Thanks to Dustin Neal for his comment!
It's now time for this week's edition of Friday Night Smackdown!
Major League Wrestling (MLW) Smackdown Friday June 12, 2009 The Major League Wrestling Arena Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
- Smackdown starts off with footage from the end of last week's edition of Smackdown where the Four Horsemen's Buddy Rogers and United States Champion Rikidozan defeated MLW Champion George Hackenschmidt and Antonino Rocca.
- The footage continues to show how a post match brawl broke out between the 4 participants and Johnny Valentine and Larry Zbyszko (Rogers and Rikidozan's fellow Horsemen) arrived to help assault Hackenschmidt and Rocca until Dan "the Beast" Severn and Bobo Brazil ran in to assist Hackenschmidt and Rocca as an 8 man melee erupted as Smackdown went off the air.
In the Ring: Smackdown General Manager Dusty Rhodes
- Rhodes says that following the 8 man brawl that ended last week's edition of Smackdown, one of his first decisions as the new Smackdown General Manager will be to bring back the War Games match for Smackdown's Great American Bash PPV on July 4, 2009!
- Rhodes says the 2 teams involved in the War Games match at the Great American Bash will be: MLW Champion George Hackenschmidt, Antonino Rocca, Bobo Brazil, Dan "the Beast" Severn, and a partner to be determined against the Four Horsemen: Buddy Rogers, United States Champion Rikidozan, Johnny Valentine, Larry Zbyszko, and a partner to be determined.
- Finally, Rhodes announces that both teams have until tonight's main event to select and announce the 5th member of their teams as tonight's main event on Smackdown will be the captains (Hackenschmidt and Rogers) each teaming up with their announced 5th members in a tag team match!
Match #1: Ed "Strangler" Lewis defeated George South
- Lewis won this match via his STRANGLER'S HEADLOCK as he remained undefeated since being selected by Smackdown from RAW in the annual MLW Draft 3 weeks ago.
- The TV commentators mention/suggest that Lewis would be an ideal selection by the Four Horsemen as their 5th teammate for their War Games match at the Great American Bash.
Match #2: Buff Bagwell and the Boogie Woogie Man defeated the Samoan Island Tribe.
- The recent tag team pairing of Bagwell and the Boogie Woogie Man was once again in action this week and they picked up the win when the Boogie Woogie Man put Samu away via his SLEEPER.
Match #3: Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated Iron Mike DiBiase
- Duggan won this match after 2 straight FLYING SPEARS.
Match #4: Fritz Von Goering defeated Koko B. Ware
- A good match won by Von Goering via his BACKBREAKER.
- Afterward Cruiserweight Champion Tiger Mask, seeking revenge for Von Goering's attack upon him and attempt to unmask him last week on Smackdown, ran in and attacked Von Goering who retreated in surprise.
Match #5: Angelo Mosca defeated Larry Sharpe
- Sharpe got in a surprising amount of offense including a pin attempt following his PILEDRIVER. But Mosca came back to win via a running clothesline to stay undefeated since coming over from the EAWA 3 weeks ago in the annual MLW Draft.
- Afterward, Mr. Canada showed up again to congratulate sardonically and to challenge Mosca to a match next week on Smackdown to determine who is the brand's true Canadian.
End of First Half. Second Half will be posted next and includes: the New Age Outlaws making their Smackdown debut, Antonino Rocca, Bobo Brazil, and Dan "the Beast" Severn vs United States Champion Rikidozan, Johnny Valentine, and Larry Zbyszko in a 6 man tag team match, a match between the Road warriors and their enemies Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff, and the main event of MLW Champion George Hackenschmidt and his War Games team's mystery 5th partner vs Buddy Rogers and his War Games team's mystery 5th partner!

Major League Wrestling (MLW) Smackdown Friday June 12, 2009 The Major League Wrestling Arena Las Vegas, NV (Second Half of show)
Backstage: Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express (who last week on Smackdown won the World Tag Team Championship) are seeking reassurance from Smackdown General Manager Dusty Rhodes that the New Age Outlaws, who recently came over to Smackdown from RAW in the annual MLW Draft, won't soon be getting a title shot against them.
- Cornette complains to Rhodes that the New Age Outlaws, who last week on Smackdown said they're targeting the World Tag Team Championship, shouldn't receive an immediate title shot since they haven't even won a match yet here on Smackdown.
- Rhodes replies that, as former MLW Tag Team Champions during their time on RAW, the New Age Outlaws have already demonstrated their championship qualifications and will challenge the Midnight Express for the World Tag Team Championship at the Great American Bash if they (the New Age Outlaws) win their Smackdown debut match against the Armstrongs coming up next!
Match #6: New Age Outlaws defeated the Armstrongs by DQ.
- This match marked the Smackdown in-ring debut for the New Age Outlaws since being selected from RAW 3 weeks ago in the annual MLW Draft.
- During this match, Cornette and the Midnight Express came down to ringside to try and distract the New Age Outlaws.
- This match ended when Cornette hit B.G. James with his tennis racket outside of the ring, but the referee caught Cornette and awarded the match by DQ to the New Age Outlaws.
- The Armstrongs, who seemed in control of the match at the time, complained that Cornette's actions cost them the match- but to no avail.
- As a result, despite the complaints of Cornette and the Midnight Express, the New Age Outlaws will challenge the Midnight Express for the World Tag Team Championship at the Great American Bash!
Match #7: The Horsemen: United States Champion Rikidozan, Johnny Valentine, and Larry Zbyszko (all managed by Eddie Fyne) defeated Bobo Brazil, Antonino Rocca, and Dan "the Beast" Severn in a 6 man tag team match.
- This match marked the Smackdown in-ring debut for former World Champion Brazil since being selected from RAW 3 weeks ago in the annual MLW Draft.
- This match featured 6 of the 10 competitors in the War Games match at the Great American Bash.
- This match ended when Rikidozan pinned Severn via a piledriver.
- As the Horsemen were awarded the victory, the TV commentators mention to remind everyone that the captains of these 2 teams (Buddy Rogers for the Horsemen and MLW Champion George Hackenschmidt for Rocca, Brazil, and Severn) will both be revealing their team's mystery 5th partners for War Games prior to tonight's main event.
The Big Screen: Footage from last week's match between the Road Warriors and their enemies Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff is shown. The footage shows how Koloff and Volkoff won the match when Koloff put away Road Warrior Hawk after Nikita Breznikov got away with smashing Hawk in the head with Koloff's chain.
Match #8: Road Warriors defeated Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff (both managed by Nikita Breznikov)
- This match was a completely different story from this same matchup on last week's episode of Smackdown as the Road Warriors not only won this one but they even did so in just a few moves as Hawk pinned Volkoff via the DOOMSDAY DEVICE. - As the crowd went wild, the Road Warriors got on the microphone to say they have another match against Koloff and Volkoff at the Great American Bash and that match, based on the way their match last week ended, will be a tag team steel chain match!
Great American Bash Advertisement Great American Bash presented by MLW's Smackdown PPV Saturday July 4 1. War Games match: MLW Champion George Hackenschmidt, Antonino Rocca, Bobo Brazil, Dan "the Beast" Severn, and a 5th mystery partner vs The Four Horsemen: Buddy Rogers, United States Champion Rikidozan, Johnny Valentine, and Larry Zbyszko and a 5th mystery partner. 2. Road Warriors vs Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff (tag team steel chain match) 3. New Age Outlaws vs World Tag Team Champions Midnight Express 4. More matches TBA
In The Ring: Smackdown General Manager Dusty Rhodes with MLW Champion George Hackenschmidt on one side and Buddy Rogers with Eddie Fyne on the other side.
- Rogers introduces the Horsemen's 5th mystery partner for the War Games match at the Great American Bash: Don Leo Jonathan!
- Hackenschmidt introduces his team's 5th mystery partner for the War Games match at the Great American Bash: Antonio Inoki who has twice recently defeated DLJ!
- Rhodes says now that the mystery partners have been revealed, it's time for tonight's main event.
Match #9, the main event: Buddy Rogers (managed by Eddie Fyne) and Don Leo Jonathan defeated MLW Champion George Hackenschmidt and Antonio Inoki.
- This match ended when DLJ made Hackenschmidt submit to his MORMON SWING.
- As Rogers and DLJ get their hands raised in victory, they are joined in the ring by the rest of the Four Horsemen. Can the Four Horsemen, with their pickup of DLJ who impressively made the MLW Champion tap out in tonight's main event, win War Games this year?
- As the Four Horsemen continue to celebrate, tonight's show comes to an end.
End of Show.

Thank you Switchfoot for your comment!
With 1 week to go until Bad Blood, it's now time for this week's edition of Saturday EAWA (the Extreme AWA)!
Major League Wrestling (MLW) EAWA Saturday June 13th, 2009 The Major League Wrestling Arena Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
Match #1: Giant Baba defeated Ray Stevens, Bob Orton Sr., and the Iron Sheik in a Fatal Fourway elimination match.
- This match featured 4 of the 6 competitors who will battle for the vacant EAWA Championship in an elimination chamber match next week at Bad Blood.
- The other 2 participants in next week's elimination chamber match, EAWA General Manager the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase (accompanied by Virgil) and his employee Kong Kong Bundy, watched this match from ringside.
- First Elimination: Orton Sr. who got pinned by Stevens via BOMBS AWAY.
- Second Elimination: Stevens who got pinned by the Iron sheik following a kick with loaded boot.
- Third/Final Elimination: Iron Sheik who got pinned by Baba via a Baba Chop.
-Afterward, DiBiase, Bundy, and Virgil entered the ring and beat down a tired Baba.
- DiBiase got on the microphone to announce that next week at Bad Blood not only will he have the backing of his employee Bundy in the elimination chamber match but his (DiBiase's) pod will be the one opening last!
- DiBiase goes on to brag about he's got the vacant EAWA Championship practically locked up when all of a sudden he is interrupted by the following music:
And as the music plays, a message on the big screen flashes saying "Save Us RVD, Save Us!"
- Confused and irritated about getting interrupted, DiBiase motions to Bundy and Virgil and the three of them head up the ramp to the back to investigate what is going on.
Match #2: The Mongols (managed by Sir Oliver Humperdink) defeated Playboy Buddy Rose and Danny Doring
- The recent friction between Rose and Doring was clearly evident early on and erupted in full force during the match when Doring crawled toward Rose to make a defensive tag and Rose gave him a dismissive wave before jumping down off the apron and walking away up the ramp. The TV announcers say "Playboy Buddy Rose has abandoned Danny Doring!"
- Left alone to face both of the Mongols, Doring put up a good fight but was eventually overwhelmed. At one point the Mongols took advantage of Rose's absence as Bepo Mongol got away with attacking Doring with chains right in clear sight of the referee who was powerless to do anything about it due to the extreme rules nature for all EAWA (Extreme AWA) matches. A couple of moves later Geeto Mongol pinned Doring via TOP ROPE KNEE DROP.
Match #3: Rapping Red Bastien defeated "Precious" Paul Ellering
- This match marked the EAWA debut for Bastien who 3 weeks ago was selected by the EAWA from Smackdown in the annual MLW Draft.
- Ellering put up a good fight but Bastien got the win via his ATOMIC DROP.
Match #4: The Terrible Turk defeated the Missing Link
- A good match won by the Terrible Turk via a falling bodyslam.
- During this match, it was announced the match at Bad Blood between the Missing Link and the MLW Cruiserweight Champion will be a dog collar match!
EAWA Production Truck:
- DiBiase (to the production truck worker): "What do you mean you didn't play that music and flash that Save Us RVD message? If you didn't do it, who did?"
- Production Truck Worker: "I don't know Mr. DiBiase, it looks like somebody hacked into the system."
- DiBiase: "How could someone hack into the system?"
- Production Truck Worker: "It might have happened when I left my post."
- DiBiase (angry): "You left your post? I should fire you!"
- Production Truck Worker: "But I had to take a big long dump. I had lunch at Applebee's."
- DiBiase (glancing toward Bundy and Virgil who shake their head because they don't know the answers to DiBiase's questions): "What I want to know is just who is this RVD person and what is he trying to save people from?"
End of First Half. Second Half will be posted next.
