LOW Unofficial Wrestler Super Archive
The purpose of this resource is to house in one central location a wealth of LOW player created card stats that have evolved over the years from 'outside' of this board. The goal is to further extend ready access to the material while acting as a secondary source of preservation. Currently this project is in a construction phase.
I invite anyone who is interested in donating LOW Wrestler Stat content from a Yahoo Group or like equivalent to send me a PM to arrange for inclusion.
Note that this thread does not 'replace' the value of the various sources from which the materials are derived. To enjoy all the 'bells & whistles' of artwork, focused discussion & access to any real time updates, reference the credited groups as linked below.
Some quick tips: * You can quickly find specific content via a 'keyword' search. Simultaneously pressing the 'Ctrl and F' keys and then typing the name of the wrestler you are looking for will bring up a matched anchored link. Hitting 'Enter' will toggle for more search results. In some cases different sets may contain alternate versions of a given wrestler.
* The text version of the card stats are formatted to comply with the same code CotG Online uses for its Create A Character templates. To add a wrestler under that program just 'copy & paste' the content as shown.
* With regards to checking to see if a particular wrestler card 'conforms' to legal LOW card rules standards or to project whether or not making a change to a card would meet said standard...feel free to use theCard Creation Guidelines & Checklist as a reference.
"Man is the only creature that strives to surpass himself, yearning for the impossible. It is the child in man that is the source of his uniqueness & creativeness, and the playground is the optimal milieu for the unfolding of his capacities & talents."-Eric Hoffer
"However fiercely opposed one may be to the present order, an old respect for the idea of order itself often prevents people from distinguishing between order and those who stand for order, and leads them in practice to respect individuals under the pretext of respecting order itself.”-Antonin Artaud
"Appearing better than others is always dangerous, but most dangerous of all is to appear to have no faults or weaknesses. Envy creates silent enemies. It is smart to occasionally display defects, and admit to harmless vices, in order to deflect envy and appear more human and approachable. Only gods and the dead can seem perfect with impunity."- Robert Greene
"Unhappy is the fate of one who tries to win his battles and succeed in his attacks without cultivating the spirit of enterprise; for the result is waste of time and general stagnation. Hence the saying: The enlightened ruler lays his plans well ahead; the good general cultivates his resources."- Sun Tzu
