The Sheepherders vs. The Fantastics sounded like an amazing main event and it was cool seeing the New Zealand madmen capture the gold. Fritz Von Erich using his pull to help out his boys, I like it. Abdullah vs. Gordy was solid as well. I agree that Main Event Tag Team Match sounded Amazing and the Sheepherders winning is always a good thing. Rick Rude winning over Kevin Von Erich I really enjoyed and even though I love Fritz stating any Title Changes hands on a DQ, I'm not sure if that'll help his boys all the time...

Thanks for the comments the Fantastics vs The Sheepherders was one of the best matches I've rolled in a long time. Up next is the big MSG card with The Sheik taking on Buddy Rogers for the LWF World Title. Should have the results posted by the end of the week

Capitol Wrestling Association Madison Square Garden New York Card 7 1. Sky Low Low def Little Beaver ** - Little Beaver pounded on Sky Low Low with chops and hammering fists getting one near via top rope splash. Sky Low Low got the win in 7:33 with jumping stomp followed by a DROPKICK 2. The Hillbillies def Johnny Rodz and Buddy Rose ** - Cousin Luke mixed it up with Johnny Rodz to start off the match getting an early pin attempt with a two fisted hammer. Rodz took some additional punishment before making the tag to Rose who delivered a brain buster and got an near fall with a BOMBS AWAY. Hillbilly Jim came in cleaning house taking down Rose with a big boot to the head for the win 3. William Muldoon def Ox Baker * - Muldoon made quick work of Baker with BODY LIFT AND THROW in the time of just 2:00 coming close to his breaking his record setting victory of 1:14 in his Capital Wrestling debut match against Mr. X. 4. The Love Brothers def Bob Roop and S.D Jones ** - Jones and Roop worked well together teaming up for the very first time. Roop and Jones each scored a near fall before The Brothers pull off a patented illegal double team in the corner against Jones and finished him off a short time later with a DOUBLE SLAM 5. Eddie Kingston DDQ The Masked Superstar **- Kingston gets three pin attempts in a row with a backfist to the future, lariat and a Yakuza kick in the corner. The Masked Superstar responded with a Superstar Clothesline before the action spilled outside the ring where both men are disqualified 6. Andre The Giant def Greg The Hammer Valentine W/ Jimmy Hart by DQ - Valentine held his own during the match managing to muster up some offense despite taking a serious beating. Andre landed a big boot to the head and had Valentine ready to submit to a bear hug when Hart jumped on the ring apron and knocked Andre over the head with his megaphone from behind. Andre went down hard as Valentine took advantage and immediately locked on his figure four leglock. Hart and Valentine screamed at the ref to declare Valentine the winner but The ref instead called for the bell and disqualified Valentine. Hart instructed Valentine to maintain the hold while sending in Bobby Shane to stomp on Andre’s leg in a attempt to break it. 7. John Tolos def Bobo Brazil - *** - Brazil and Tolos fought a tough knockout drag out fight taking turns holding the advantage throughout the match. Brazil nearly knocked Tolos unconscious with a big hammer punch and a pair of COCO BUTTS but Tolos rebounded long enough to get the pinfall with a FLYING KNEEDROP 8. Ivan Koloff def Jimmy Snuka (non title) **1/2- Snuka seemed really off his game and wasn’t able to much of anything going during the match not even managing a single pin attempt versus Koloff’s three. Unbelievably Koloff laid off using the chains and got a clean win with a top rope knee drop after rolling clear of a botched Superfly Leap. Snuka put on a such a bad overall performance he was booed by the crowd as he made his way back to the locker room 9. LWF World Title Match The Sheik W/ Grand Wizard def Buddy Rogers ***The Sheik goes for the throat right at the opening bell. Rogers answers with back a running tackle, forearm uppercuts and a pair of back body drops. Rogers delivers a jumping knee smash and covers the Sheik for the count of one. Rogers follows up with a shoulder breaker and another pin attempt using the ropes this time and getting a two count. Rogers pulls the Sheik to his feet and attempts and elbow drop. The Sheik blocks it and gouges Rogers eyes. The Sheik reaches in his trunks pulls out a sharp object and planting it in the middle of Roger’s forehead. The Sheik turns his back on the stunned Rogers for a moment and turns around with a deadly blast of fire. The Sheik covers Rogers for the three count and walks away the new LWF World Champion

Love the Wide World of Wrestling show. Midget match to open the card. Nice! Muldoon making short work of Ox Baker! Impressive win over one of the sport's tough men. Interesting tag team pairing with Bob Roop and S. D. Jones. Surprised that Tolos got the win over Brazil. Koloff over Snuka is a great matchup. And congratulations to The Sheik, new LWF World Champion!

Buddy Rose needs a New partner that can help him move up the Tag Team ladder. Overall your WWW continues to grow and it'll be Fun to see whats next...

I agree with both VX and Crimson, a great show at the garden. The Sheik over Buddy Rogers to become the new LWF World Heavyweight champion was a nice surprise. Poor Jimmy Snuka taking a decisive loss in his match with Ivan Koloff and then being booed by the fans. That can't be good for his already fragile psyche. I liked the attack on Andre the Giant but Greg Valentine, Bobby Shane, and Jimmy Hart should probably run ;D

I enjoyed your LWF insider reports and I'm surprised WCCW pulls out of the LWF. It's good to see Rick Rude heading to Smoky Mountain to defend the US Belt. I'm looking forward to your next event...

I agree with Crimson, the Insider Report is a nice touch. I was surprised as well by the WCCW move but I look forward to seeing how St. Louis does as part of the LWF.
