Night 1
Tully Blanchard and special guest PJ Black edged Steve Regal and Johnny Saint with the Slingshot Suplex on Regal and a handful of tights. PJ Black was one of the special guests and he held his own but it was mostly Blanchard and Dillon using sneaky tactics that let them win after Saint wore both guys down. Blanchard drilled Saint with a roll of coins forcing a tag. Regal tried to keep up but Dillon tripped him allowing Black to drill him with a kick to the jaw and then tagged in Tully who used the Slingshot Suplex for the pin.
Bobo Brazil and Pampero Firpo finished off Gorgeous George and Rock Riddle following a Bobo body slam on George. George's ego probably cost him here as for some reason Bobo simply never tried for a Coco Butt but Firpo was more than willing to use El Garfio. Riddle made a late tag and George let his ego get the best of him as he slapped Brazil and went into his antics only to turn around and find himself the victim of a big Bobo body slam. Brazil then covered and George was too stunned to kick out.
Rock and Roll Express squashed The Valentines when Gibson pinned Johnny Valentine after the Double Dropkick. Greg never even ended up in the ring except for two pin save attempts. Morton and Gibson had a little trouble early but once they got clicking, Johnny could never come back to even try a tag before a Double Dropkick a Morton Cross Body and then a second Double Dropkick finished him off.
The Heavenly Bodies smashed Scott Casey and Joe Blanchard with the Rocket Launcher on Casey. Casey and Blanchard gave it a go but they never could keep up with the Bodies who survived one Casey Bulldog and eventually finished him off with a Flapjack and then Rocket Launcher as Lane took the pin.
Rock and Soul easily bested David Taylor and Adrian Street with the Rocker Dropper on Taylor. This was all Jannetty as Scorpio mostly watched his partner though he did execute a perfect dive to the floor to knock Street for a loop as Jannetty reversed Taylor, hit a DDT and then the Rocker Dropper to win.
The Bolsheviks put away Downtown Charlie Brown and Magnum T.A. with the Backbreaker Drop on Brown. Volkoff and Zhukov were at their best as they double teamed like experts stomping Brown and T.A. before finally Volkoff lifted up Brown and dropped him with his backbreaker. Volkoff went after Brown after the match but Magnum stopped him and hit a Belly to Belly Suplex causing the Bolsheviks to scurry.
Miracle Power Combination overcame Sky High with the Lariat on Snuka. Brody and Hansen quickly cut Snuka off and RVD could not manage to get into the ring without the referee putting him back after missing the tag. Snuka tried one last shot but got caught off by Hansen who nailed him with the Lariat.
The Flying Redheads finished off The Kiwis when Bastien used the Atomic Drop on Miller. The Redheads dominated most of the match but the Kiwis kept making comebacks until Bastien suddenly caught Miller off guard, rammed him into his partner and then used the Atomic Drop to gain the three.
The Road Warriors survived The Hot Bodies when Hawk pinned R. Rose after the Doomsday Device. Randy Rose and Chris Candido surprised everyone by nearly upsetting the Road Warriors. It finally took a late counter on the floor and then THREE Doomsday Devices before Rose finally went down.
The Heenan Family overcame The Destroyer and Lou Thesz with the Bombs Away on Destroyer. This was a fun match with Bockinwkel and Stevens looking great but Thesz and Destroyer keeping it even for a while until late in the match, Bock and Stevens double teamed Thesz on the floor taking him and then worked over Destroyer until the Figure Four and a Bombs Away put him away for the three count.
