Mornin TTX! Very cool fun show. Especially dug The Macho Man retaining the World Title especially against tough competition in Stan Hansen. Too bad Gorgeous George couldn't get it done!

Bob Armstrong squashed Wild Bill Irwin with the Georgia Jawjacker. This was nearly all Bob Armstrong as he bounced Irwin pillar to post before using his finisher in short order to win.
Pitbulls edged The Heavenly Bodies when Pitbull 2 pinned Prichard after the Super Bomb. This was back and forth and both teams looked good before the Pitbulls managed to trap Prichard. Lane tried a save but Pitbull 1 knocked him out of the ring.
Disco Inferno stole a win over Tugboat Taylor with Last Dance after a Rock Riddle distraction. Tugboat looked to have it after a big Anchor Drop but the referee and Taylor were distracted by Riddle. Tugboat knocked Riddle to the floor but Inferno recovered and took advantage before eventually finishing off his opponent with the Last Dance.
Ox Baker crushed Jimmy Valiant with the Heart Punch. Valiant actually dominated the match but Baker hit Valiant so hard with the Heart Punch that Valiant was stretchered out of the ring and had a one card injury.
Big Van Vader and Harley Race overcame Diamond Dallas Page and Bruiser Brody with the Release Power Bomb on Page. Page nearly took this match four times with the Diamond Cutter but Race and Vader kept their cool and finally wore him down as they prevented Brody from entering the ring till Vader had gained the three count.
Jackie Fargo stomped Abdullah the Butcher with the jumping stomp. This was a bloody brawl as they battled in and out of the ring before Fargo's well placed boot kept the big man down for the pin.
Terry Gordy put down an upset minded Mikey Whipwreck with the Piledriver. For a while it looked like Whipwreck was going to pull off an upset as he had a very near fall with a tornado DDT but Gordy's power proved too much in the end and a Bamm Bamm Slam and then the Piledriver put down his opponent.
In a Steel Cage Match for the World Title, Randy Savage easily retained the belt over Ted DiBiase with a knee drop. Savage just battered his opponent all around the ring. The Flying Elbow looked to finish him off but DiBiase somehow managed a foot on the ropes. However, Savage just took it in stride and a short time later dropped a knee for the three count.

Rockin stuff from top to bottom TTX! Each match had something groovy in it. Great victory by The Macho Man to retain the title. Was pulling for Abdullah The Butcher to get the victory - but just wasn't his night. Do you think there's a chance for a new Gotch card in the George Tragos/Lou Thesz set?
