- this match ended in DQ when the action spoiled outside of the ring where DLJ slammed RVD through the announcer's table
- afterward, RVD says as a former EAWA Champion he has some experience in this hardcore stuff and challenges DLJ to a hardcore match next week on Smackdown!
Backstage: the Vachons and their manager "Wild" Red Berry, angry over how Jim Cornette's interference last weekend at Elimination Chamber Smackdown prevented them for any chance at winning the United States Tag Team Championship, confront Cornette and the Midnight Express saying they want a rematch in another effort to become the first tag team to hold a tag team championship on all 3 MLW brands.
Match #8: Antonio Inoki defeated Antonino Rocca
- Inoki won this grudge match against his enemy Rocca via an ENZUIGIRI with his feet on the ropes for extra leverage as the referee made the 3 count
Match #9: the Dream Team (managed by Ladies Champion Sherri Martel) defeated the New Age Outlaws
- the Dream Team got the victory in this rare inter-brand matchup when Greg Valentine made Kip James tap out to his FIGURE-FOUR LEGLOCK.

Hawk and Animal tell Valentine and Brutus Beefcake that if they are thinking about choosing the Road Warriors as the tag team champions they challenge at Wrestlemania 4, they may want to watch the Road Warriors' next match- a non-title no DQ match against the Horsemen!
Match #10: The Horsemen (Johnny Valentine and Don Muraco, both managed by Eddie Fyne) defeated World Tag Team Champions Road Warriors in a non-title no DQ match.
- one week after losing by DQ against the Road Warriors at Elimination Chamber Smackdown to set up this no DQ but non-title rematch, The Horsemen got the surprising victory when Valentine pinned Road Warrior Animal via ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER after Fyne tripped Animal.
Backstage: Bobo Brazil approaches his best friend Mil Mascaras and says he has an idea for them about Wrestlemania 4.
Match #11, the main event: Buddy Rogers (managed by Eddie Fyne) defeated Dan "the Beast" Severn
- for this match, Thesz provided guest color commentary
- Rogers got the victory over his enemy Severn via the FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE
- as a result, Rogers gets a title shot against Thesz at Wrestlemania 4!
- afterward, Rogers refused to break his finishing hold until Thesz ran in the ring to make the save for Severn
- as a departing Rogers gets his hand raised in triumph by Fyne, tonight's show comes to an end.

In the Ring: new EAWA Champion Wolf (who won the title in the elimination chamber last weekend at Elimination Chamber EAWA) is introduced
- Rick Rude, who lost the EAWA Championship last weekend, comes out to confront Wolf and reveals that prior to the elimination chamber match he had a clause inserted into his contract that if he lost the EAWA Championship in the elimination chamber he would get a one on one rematch against the new champion and he plans to use this rematch against Wolf at Wrestlemania 4!
- suddenly the entrance music for Rude's enemy the Sandman is played and the Sandman arrives carrying his Money in the Bank briefcase and accompanied by his friend Sabu.
- Sandman tells Rude he has something (indicating his briefcase) that could cause Rude some problems for his planned title match against Wolf but for tonight Rude is wrestling Sabu on EAWA!
Match #1: Fritz Von Goering defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan
- Von Goering got the impressive win via his BACKBREAKER after nailing Duggan with a foreign object
Match #2: Playboy Buddy Rose defeated "Precious" Paul Ellering
- Rose won via BOMB'S AWAY
Backstage: Ladies Champion Sherri Martel and the Dream Team are seen watching the end of the Ellering-Rose match. Martel tells the Dream Team she has an idea.
Match #3: Joyce Grable defeated Jazz
- Grable won via her vertical suplex
- afterward Grable says she knows why Martel reacted with alarm at learning Grable had signed with MLW and she (Grable) will be revealing this secret soon!
Match #4: Kevin Sullivan defeated The Crusher
- Sullivan's winning streak continued in impressive fashion as he won via DOUBLE FOOT STOMP while also grabbing the Crusher's wrestling shorts for extra leverage as the referee made the 3 count.
Match #5: Finlay (accompanied by Bobby Shaw) defeated George "the Animal" Steele
- one week after Shaw defeated Steele at Elimination Chamber EAWA, Shaw's newly-proclaimed squire Finlay also defeated Steele. Finlay won via SHILLELAGH.
- afterward, Finlay humiliated Steele by using his SHILLELAGH to make him bow down to Shane
Match #6: Hardcore Hutton defeated The Terrible Turk
- in this rematch from last weekend's Elimination Chamber EAWA, Hutton again got the victory over his former tag team partner via his ABDOMINAL STRETCH

Rocca should be forced to drop his first name to "the other Antonio" and adopt "Argentina Rocca" as stips for losing that match!
As far as the EAWA show goes, any time George Steele loses is good with me. It's even better when the loss comes to Finlay.

In the Ring: accompanied by his entire Cabinet (Masked Superstar, Virgil, and the Valiants) EAWA General Manager the Million Dollar Man says he is tired of having his administering of the EAWA interfered with by MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino who recently prevented DiBiase's attempt to have his own pod open last in the EAWA Championship elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber EAWA.
- Sammartino says he is issuing an open challenge to Sammartino for a 5 on 5 elimination match at Wrestlemania 4 where the captain of the winning team (either DiBiase or Sammartino) will have complete control over the EAWA!
- if Sammartino accepts his challenge, DiBiase introduces two of the wrestlers who would be on his (DiBiase's) team: Larry Zbyszko and former EAWA Champion Bob Orton Sr.!
Match #7: EAWA Tag Team Champions Miracle Violence Connection defeated Danny Doring and Amish Roadkill in a non-title match
- Terry Gordy pinned Doring via PILEDRIVER
- afterward, the MVC were confronted by Martel and the Dream Team who said they have decided to select the MVC as the tag team champions they will challenge at Wrestlemania 4 as a result of winning last month's tag team rumble.
- the MVC react without concern as they took the EAWA Tag Team Championship from the Dream Team back in October at Halloween Havoc EAWA and have not had much problem with them since that time. The MVC even agrees to the request from Martel that the Dream Team will pick the stipulation for their Wrestlemania 4 match next week on EAWA.
Match #8: Jerry Lynn defeated Ox Baker
- before this match started, Baker (who recently won a feud against DiBiase) announced he would offer his services to be part of Sammartino's team at Wrestlemania 4 if Sammartino accepts DiBiase's challenge.
- this match ended when Zbyszko and Orton Sr. came out and distracted Baker allowing Lynn to get the win via his CRADLE PILEDRIVER.
Match #9: Curt Hennig defeated Iron Sheik (managed by Sir Oliver Humperdink)
- 1 week after Hennig pinned the Iron Sheik in their elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber EAWA, Hennig won an awesome match via his HENNIG PLEX.
Match #10: Brass Knuckles Champion Ray "the Crippler" Stevens defeated D' Lo Brown
- Stevens won via BOMBS AWAY
- afterward Stevens said he will be ready to defend his Brass Knuckles Championship against any opponent he is confronted with at Wrestlemania 4!

- Baba got an easy victory via his NECKBREAKER DROP as DiBiase was seen watching from the top of the ramp and applauding the result

- one week after Nick Bockwinkel choked out his friend and occasional tag team partner Andre the Giant, George Hackenschmidt has challenged Nick Bockwinkel to a match this week on RAW!
- in other RAW related news, MLW Champion Frank Gotch is still out with injured ribs from the attack with multiple AVALANCHES upon him by King Kong Bundy at Elimination Chamber RAW, but doctors have confirmed once again Gotch is expected to be cleared to defend his MLW Championship against Bundy at Wrestlemania 4.
- finally, Abduallah Faoruk has a bandaged eye after suffering that accidental FIREBALL from his protege The Sheik when Jimmy Snuka pushed the intended target Intercontinental Champion Bruiser Brody out of the way. Farouk says he has a message for Snuka this week on RAW!

WrestleMania 4 is going to be huge with Thesz vs. Rogers, Gotch vs. Bundy, and Wolf vs. Rude in the three world title matches on top. I enjoyed all three shows this time around, especially Smackdown with Rogers over Severn and refusing to release the Figure Four Grapevine plus the Horsemen over the Road Warriors in the non-title match. Great stuff as always, Vegas.

Match #1: Exotic Adrian Street (accompanied by Gorgeous George) defeated Cousin Luke (accompanied by Hillbilly Jim) by DQ
- in this episode of the ongoing feud between the Hillbillies and Gorgeously Exotic, Exotic Adrian Street got the victory in a painful fashion when the action spilled out of the ring where Gorgeous George attempted to spray Cousin Luke in the face with his perfume gun only to have Hillbilly Jim instead take the gun away and in the process accidentally spray Exotic Adrian Street in the face with George's perfume gun instead
Match #2: Konnan defeated "Bullet" Bob Armstrong (accompanied by Brad Armstrong)
- one week after making Bullet Bob tap out in a tag team match, Konnan also proved victorious in singles action against Bullet Bob when he once again picked up the win via TEQUILA SUNRISE.
Match #3: Harley Race (accompanied by manager Bobby Heenan and Nick Bockwinkel) defeated Diamond Dallas Page
- Heenan and Race went to the ring without Heenan Family "problem solver" Bob Orton Jr. who was slammed through the announcer's table by Andre the Giant last week on RAW.
- before this match started, Heenan announced that Andre the Giant has now sent two members of the Heenan Family, Masked Superstar II and Orton Jr., to the injured list but at Wrestlemania 4 Bockwinkel (who last week on RAW choked out Andre with some TV camera cables after Andre inured Orton Jr.) will prove again to be "a Giant killer" as he just signed Bockwinkel to a match against Andre at Wrestlemania 4!
- Race won this match via his PILEDRIVER.
- afterward, Race told Heenan that although Heenan has gotten Bockwinkel a match at Wrestlemania 4, he (Heenan) still needs to get him (Race) a match at Wrestlemania 4.
Match #4: Jim Londos defeated Buff Bagwell
- Londos, who is seeking to regain the Intercontinental Championship from current champion Bruiser Brody at Wrestlemania 4, won via a BOSTON CRAB
- afterward, Londos said he is going to do the same thing to Brody at Wrestlemania 4!
Match #5: Pepper Gomez defeated Jushin Liger
- one week after defeating Liger on RAW in a great cruiserweight match, Gomez also won this rematch via a criss cross smash
- afterward, as Gomez checked on Liger, King Kong Bundy (accompanied by his manager Heenan) suddenly appeared and attacked both Gomez and Liger who both received multiple AVALANCHES
- suddenly, MLW Champion Frank Gotch (who suffered injured ribs in a post match attack from Bundy at Elimination Chamber RAW and who defends the MLW Championship against Bundy at Wrestlemania 4) appeared on the Big Screen. Gotch called Bundy a coward for attacking smaller wrestlers who were already exhausted after wrestling a match against each other and said the way to deal with cowards is put them in a situation where they cannot run away- inside a steel cage which is the stipulation Gotch is requesting for his title match with Bundy at Wrestlemania 4!

- Tolos won this grudge match via a FLYING KNEE DROP
- after Blassie won their match against each other at Elimination Chamber RAW and then again last week on RAW, Tolos finally scores a victory in his feud with Blassie
Match #7: Fabulous Kangaroos (accompanied by manager Captain Kangaroo and Superstar Bill Dundee) defeated the Sheepherders
- Al Costello pinned Butch Miller after the BOOMERANG as the Kangaroos dispatched their enemies the Sheepherders without too much trouble
Backstage: Along with their manager Jimmy Hart, the MLW Tag Team Champion Love Brothers are seen watching with concern as their Wrestlemania 4 challengers the Kangaroos pick up the convincing victory in that last match over the Sheepherders
Backstage: Accompanied by The Mountie, Mr. Canada says in their tag team match coming up next he is going to make Bruiser Brody pay for interfering in his (Mr. Canada's) match against Londos last week on RAW that led to a Londos victory

- Snuka got the victory for him and his friend Brody by pinning Mr. Canada via a SUPERFLY LEAP.

Match #1: Buddy Rogers defeated Hardcore Hodge
- Rogers, set to challenge Lou Thesz for the World Championship at Wrestlemania 4, got the easy victory via dropkicks.
- can Rogers, a 5 time MLW Champion, win his first World Championship at Wrestlemania 4?
Match #2: Killer Bees defeated New Age Outlaws
- B. Brian Blair put away Kip James after the BEE STING
Match #3: Lash Leroux defeated the Boogie Woogie Man
- Leroux picked up the impressive victory via a a twisting Northern Lights suplex
Match #4: Ed "Strangler" Lewis (accompanied by John Pesek) defeated Johnny Saint by countout
- one week after being visibly frustrated at his henchman Pesek's defeat to Saint on Smackdown, Lewis got a shot at Saint himself. It was an even matchup with both Saint and Lewis scoring multiple pinfall/submission attempts against each other until Lewis in frustration threw Saint out of the ring where (as Lewis distracted the referee) Pesek attacked Saint leaving him unable to return to the ring when the referee finally started the 10 count.
Match #5: United States Tag Team Champions the Midnight Express (accompanied by Jim Cornette and the One Man Gang) defeated George South and Mr. X in a non-title match
- an easy victory for the Midnight Express as Bobby Eaton pinned Mr. X after the VEG-O-MATIC.
- afterward, the Vachons ran into the ring and chased away the Midnight Express and Cornette while once again demanding another title shot
Match #6: Rikidozan (managed by Eddie Fyne) defeated Cruiserweight Champion Tiger Mask by DQ in a non-title match
- Tiger Mask gave the former United States Champion some serious problems in this match and only lost by DQ when Fyne jumped on the apron and managed to lure the unsuspecting referee into the way of a Tiger Mask death jump attempt.
