I am looking to really attempt to get into this. My boys really want to play an rpg...and they both enjoy wrestling...so, I figured this would be a great product to pull out and learn.
My problem with pen & paper rpg's...is just learning the game. How is this game, as far as charts and all go? I know I read that there are not that many, but how easy is it to learn the rules and the charts that are needed?

Hi Mynnotaur, I recommend downloading the Free Fast-Count Demo and trying some matches out first. There are just a few charts, and only one, the Maneuvers Modifier Table, is essential to actual gameplay and even then only if you wanted to create or modify wrestling moves on the fly. (AND even then it involved only basic single-digit additions/subtractions and easily memorize-able.) Hopefully others can chip in with their experience, but I know of players who taught their young children to play. If you're already familiar with the d20 System you should be able to pick this up with ease, since it's a much-simplified version. If you aren't, the basics are intuitive enough to learn fairly quickly, judging from past feedback and demos. Please let me know how the game turn out for you, good or bad. Thanks!
