News and Views
The Best: Iron Sheik v. Bobo Brazil
The Worst: None of the matches were disappointing but Hutton v. Valentine was the least exciting to play.
Highlights: Dick Hutton is back on track with a solid win over Greg Valentine . . .The combination of Rose and Valentine strike for the 2nd time in as many cards, this time injuring Nick Bockwinkel . . .Sandman is victorious in his return match . . . Bastien gains some revenge against Bundy . . .Sheik and Brazil tear each other apart. . The Valiant Brothers get one over on the Road Warriors.
Booker’s Notes: Some cards are a blast to play and this one was no exception. The was a great deal of realism to several of the matches where I could feel the crowds reaction. I loved the ending to the main event with the Valiants taking an incredible beating and still escaping with a victory . . . Iron Sheik is beginning to set himself apart from the field as the next contender for Frank Gotch.
