Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #25: King of the Ring of Vegas, Day Four March 23rd, Year Two Thomas and Mack Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
Match #1: Jay Briscoe (accompanied by Mark Briscoe) defeated Tyler Black (accompanied by Jon Moxley) by DQ
- the second Briscoes vs Shield singles matches in as many days ended the same way- in a DQ as Moxley got DQd for sending Jay Briscoe through a table after Black had thrown him out of the ring. Afterward, the Briscoes challenged the Shield to their first tag team match against each other next weekend at Supercard of Vegas.
Match #2: Mike Quackenbush defeated Eddie Kingston in the Semi-Finals
- Quackenbush advanced to the finals via the Quackendriver.
- afterward an eliminated Kingston publicly offered to be El Generico's tag team partner in a match against Kevin Steen (who attacked Kingston with a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER after being eliminated by Kingston earlier in the tournament) and vOodoo kAos at Supercard of Vegas!
Match #3: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness defeated Chris Hero in the Semi-Finals
- McGuinness advanced to the finals via his JAWBREAKER LARIAT- although not without controversy as Hero managed to get his foot on the ropes before the referee completed the 3 count but the referee did not see it and awarded the match to McGuinness.
- as a result, it is Quackenbush vs McGuinness in the finals!
Match #4: Eddie Edwards, Willie Mack, Scorpio Sky, and ACH defeated Jigsaw, Colt Cabana, Johnny Saint, and Mister Zero in a Ring of Vegas vs Lachikaras Vegas atomicos match
- Edwards pinned Saint via DIE HARD
Intermission. Second Half including the KOTROV finals posted next!

Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #25: King of the Ring of Vegas, Day Four March 23rd, Year Two Thomas and Mack Las Vegas, NV (Second Half of show, First Half is posted above)
Match #5: Roderick Strong (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties) defeated Bryan Danielson and Drake Younger
in this good Ring of Vegas vs Lachikaras Vegas vs Combat Vegas Wrestling triple threat mathchup in which Strong was inserted into a rematch from last year's ROV MOTY candidate of Danielson vs Younger, Danielson appeared to have Younger pinned via a diving headbutt but Strong grabbed Danielson and threw him out of the ring and then nailed Younger with a SICK KICK to steal the victory
Match #6: CVW Champion Joey Ryan (with Mia Yim) defeated ROV Champion Adam Pearce
in this champion vs champion non-title match, the end came when Yim jumped on the ring to distract the referee as Ryan gave Pearce a belt shot to the face with the CVW Championship. Ryan then gave Pearce a MUSTACHE RIDE for the impressive victory.
Match #7: Davey Richards defeated Grand Champion Claudio Castagnoli (with Jakob Hammermeier and Daizee Haze) by DQ in a non-title match
- in this rematch from last year's King of the Ring of Vegas finals (won by Castagnoli last year,) Richards got the victory when Castagnoli got DQd for a low blow. A frustrated Castagnoli then took a downed Richards outside of the ring and gave him a RICOLA BOMB through a ringside table before returning to the ring and announcing since he has never been pinned in this tournament (he was eliminated by DQ earlier in this year's tournament) he still considers himself the true King of the Ring of Vegas.
- After Castagnoli finishes speaking, suddenly the lights went dark and when they were turned back on Hammermeier was seen lying down on the mat and up on the top turnbuckle was Randy Savage! Savage delivered a FLYING ELBOW DROP to Hammermeier and then told Castagnoli (now standing in shock outside of the ring with Haze) that he has just been signed for a number of annual appearances with Ring of Vegas starting next weekend at Supercard of Vegas where he, known in the past as the Macho King, is issuing a challenge to the self-proclaimed King of the Ring of Vegas Castganoli!
Show #26: Supercard of Vegas promo March 29, Year 2 1. Randy Savage vs Grand Champion Claudio Castagnoli (non-title) 2. Sin City steel cage warfare: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuiness, ROV Champion Adam Pearce, Willie Mack, and PPrAy vs the House of Truth 3. CVW Tag Team Champions Briscoes vs Jon Moxley and Tyler Black (non-title) 4. ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves vs Natural Selection (steel cage match) 5. El Generico and Eddie Kingston vs Kevin Steen and vOodOo kAos 6. Adam Cole vs Kyle O'Reilly (steel cage match) 7. more matches TBA
{Promoter's Note: in Ring of Vegas, I am using the color card for Randy Savage}
Match #8: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness defeated Mike Quackenbush in the King of the Ring of Vegas finals
- before and after this match, both McGuinness and Quackenbush respectfully honored the Code of Vegas
- McGuinness won the match and as a result the tournament via his JAWBREAKER LARIAT
- thus the last entrant in the tournament proved to be the ultimate winner- McGuinness, the ROV matchmaker himself
End of Show. ROV returns Monday for the next episode of ROV TV and then next weekend for Supercard of Vegas!

KOTROV was great and it was a nice surprise seeing matchmaker Nigel McGuinness win it. It should be interesting to see if Nigel uses that for a title shot in the future. Supercard of Vegas looks great and I am psyched for that Savage vs. Claudio match plus the Briscoes vs. The Shield.

Ring of Vegas (ROV) ROV TV Episode #58 March 24th, Year Two Las Vegas, NV
In the Ring: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness
- McGuinness starts to say that winning this past weekend's King of the Ring of Vegas tournament was great but now he intends to lead his team to victory over Truth Martini's House of Truth in Sin City steel cage warfare next weekend at Supercard of Vegas when he is suddenly interrupted by Chris Hero.
- Hero who made his ROV debut at the King of the Ring of Vegas where he lost to McGuinness in the semi-finals despite having his foot on the ropes as the referee made the 3 count, says he does not recognize McGuinness as the winner and demands a rematch against the ROV matchmaker.
- McGuinness says right now he is busy focusing on the House of Truth but he promised his friend Mike Quackenbush, after defeating him in the finals of the tournament yesterday, a match at Supercard of Vegas and if Hero can defeat Quackenbush- who unlike Hero advanced to the finals of the King of the Ring of Vegas- at Supercard of Vegas then perhaps Hero deserves a rematch against him (McGuinness)
Match #1: Natural Selection and Mikey O'Shea (all managed by Percy Pringle III) defeated ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves and Scorpio Sky
- Brian Cage pinned Eddie Edwards via WEAPON X.
- will Natural Selection also be successful against the Wolves this weekend at Supercard of Vegas in their steel cage tag match for the ROV Tag Team Championship?
Backstage: Kevin Steen, accompanied by vOodOo kAos, says Eddie Kingston made the biggest mistake of his life getting himself involved in Steen's issues with El Generico as Kingston himself will realize this weekend at Supercard of Vegas where Kingston and Generico take on Steen and kAos
Match #2: Adam Cole defeated Bobby Fish (accompanied by Kyle O'Reilly)
- 5 days before Cole and O'Reilly meet in a feud-ending steel cage match at Supercard of Vegas, Cole pinned Fish (who has been seen around O'Reilly lately) via his FLYING CROSSBODY
In the Ring: Austin Aries
- Aries, who made his ROV debut at the King of the Ring of Vegas tournament, says that the last matchup involving Cole, O'Reilly, and Fish may represent the future of ROV but he represents the present of ROV and issues an open challenge for a match at Supercard of Vegas. Rob Van Dam answers the challenge by Aries.
Backstage: James "Main Event" Morgan who made it all the way to the Elite Eight in the King of the Ring of Vegas tournament says last weekend was just the start of upcoming success for him in Ring of Vegas.
Match #3: The Tribe defeated Los Banditos
- Navajo Warrior pinned Rico Dynamite after RESERVATION DEVESTATION
- afterward the Young Bucks appeared offering mock applause to the Tribe saying that the Tribe just won a spot at Supercard of Vegas- in a 3 way tag match against them (Bucks) and Adrenaline Rush!
Backstage: Veda Scott interviews Bryan Danielson who says he has been staying around ROV for a day following the King of the Ring of Vegas tournament and earlier today arranged for a matchup of himself vs Sami Callihan in a Lachikaras Vegas vs Combat Vegas Wrestling match at Supercard of Vegas!
Show #26: Supercard of Vegas promo March 29, Year 2 1. Randy Savage vs Grand Champion Claudio Castagnoli (non-title) 2. Sin City steel cage warfare: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuiness, ROV Champion Adam Pearce, Willie Mack, and PPrAy vs the House of Truth 3. Mike Quackenbush vs Chris Hero 4. CVW Tag Team Champions Briscoes vs Jon Moxley and Tyler Black (non-title) 5. Bryan Danielson vs Sami Callihan 6. ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves vs Natural Selection (steel cage match) 7. Rob Van Dam vs Austin Aries 8. El Generico and Eddie Kingston vs Kevin Steen and vOodOo kAos 9. Adam Cole vs Kyle O'Reilly (steel cage match) 10. The Tribe vs Adrenaline Rush vs Young Bucks
Match #4: ROV Champion Adam Pearce, Willie Mack, and PPrAy (all accompanied by ROV match maker Nigel McGuinness) defeated Michael Elgin, Matt Taven, and Sleazy Goodtime (all accompanied by Roderick Strong, Truth Martini, and the Hoopla Hotties)
- just 5 days before these 8 wrestlers, along with McGuinness and Strong, meet for Sin City steel cage warfare at Supercard of Vegas, McGuinness's teammates won this match when Mack pinned Elgin (who recently won the ROV TV Championship from him) with a sit out spinebuster. will McGuinness's team also prove victorious over the House of Truth in Sin City steel cage warfare this weekend at Supercard of vegas?
End of Show. See you this weekend for Supercard of Vegas!

Match #1: Adrenaline Rush defeated The Tribe and Young Bucks
- Adrenaline Rush won the opening match when ACH put away Nick Jackson via Tiger Mask.
Match #2: Sami Callihan defeated Bryan Danielson by DQ
- this Lachikaras Vegas (Danielson) vs Combat Vegas Wrestling (Callihan) matchup turned acrimonious quickly as Callihan, in an apparent attempt to intimidate, piefaced Danielson as Danielson extended his hand for the Code of Vegas. An enraged Danielson went right after Callihan to start the match and Danielson's anger got the best of him when the action spilled out of the ring where Danielson got DQd for smashing Callihan on the head with a steel chair.
- afterward, Callihan challenged Danielson to appear at a future CVW show for an ultraviolence match against him (Callihan)
Match #3: El Generico and Eddie Kingston defeated Kevin Steen and vOodOo kAos

- Hero then looked down at Quackenbush and called him mediocre by saying "Me! di! o! cre!"
-as Hero stood over a defeated Quackenbush who last weekend advanced all the way to the finals in the King of the Ring of Vegas, Hero continued to talk saying this match proved he deserves a rematch against this year's King of the Ring of Vegas winner ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness who defeated Hero in the semi-finals because the referee did not notice Hero's foot on the ropes as he made the 3 count.
