Great joint show for WOV-ROV with Saraya Knight getting a huge win in the main event. I'm looking forward to Knight challenging Cheerleader Melissa for the championship. Congrats to the Hoopla Hotties on winning the tag tournament in what could be called an upset win over the Canadian Ninjas. With their semi-final win over the tag champs it looks like the Hoopla Hotties are the top contenders for the titles.

with just 5 days to go until Souled Out!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) ROV TV Episode #74 July 21st, Year Two Las Vegas, NV
In the Ring: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness
- McGuinness says congratulations to both Saraya Knight and the Hoopla Hotties Jessie McKay and Courtney Rush for winning their tournaments at this past weekend's show Girls Just Wanna Have Funds and their accounts have all been credited with their promised prize money.
- McGuinness says that next week's episode of ROV TV (taking place two days after this weekend's Souled Out show) will be Episode #75 and thus will be a special 2 hour show instead of the regular 1 hour show.
Match #1: Rich Swann (accompanied by Ricochet) defeated Adam Cole
- before this match started, Cole issued another open challenge- this time for somebody to be his opponent at Souled Out. As the bell rang to begin the match, Ricochet accepted Cole's challenge and this distracted Cole allowing Swann to win this match in just 1 move via a Swannac-rana. Coke afterward seemed frustrated after yet another recent loss.
Backstage: Truth Martini approaches McGuinness and asks if the Hoopla Hotties, as a result of winning their tournament at Girls Just Wanna Have Funds, can have a title shot against the WOV Tag Team Champions Women of Violence this weekend at Souled Out. McGuinness responds by saying no because the tournament was for $50,000 and not a title shot and, while he may consider the Hoopla Hotties for a title shot in the near future, it will not happen at Souled Out because that show's last spot for a match just went to Cole vs Ricochet.
Match #2: Willie Mack and ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves defeated Vegas Champion Adam Pearce and Young Bucks
- this match pitted Mack and the Wolves against their separate respective Souled Out opponents Pearce and the Bucks
- this match ended with Mack pinning via a Samoan Drop with the commentators stating that if Mack does the same thing this weekend at Souled Out then he will regain the Vegas Championship!
Backstage: Chris Hero walks up to McGuinness and accuses him of making his rematch against Tommaso Ciampa no DQ at High Rollers an attempt to help Ciampa after Ciampa lost to Hero by DQ at High Rollers. However, Hero warns McGuinness that this no DQ stipulation can also favor him too and walks away as the commentators wonder aloud, what does Hero have planned for his match at Souled Out?
Match #3: El Generico defeated Kevin Steen (accompanied by vOodOo kAos) by DQ
- it was stipulated for this match that the winner got to choose the stipulation for their grudge match at Souled Out.
-this match ended when Steen gave El Generico a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER through a ringside table to draw the DQ, however, afterward El Generico was in too much agony to choose the stipulation leaving everybody guessing as to what the stipulation will be for the Generico vs Steen grudge match this weekend at Souled Out.
Backstage: House of Truth members Roderick Strong and ROV TV Champion Michael Elgin
- Strong tells Elgin he needs to watch the next match closely since the winner challenges Elgin for the ROV TV Championship at Souled Out and Elgin needs all the help he can get. Elgin says at least he, unlike Strong, still has a title to defend and warns Strong if he gets too confident going into his match at Souled Out against Matt Taven then Strong might not like the result as tensions still clearly exist between Strong and Elgin.
Match #4: AR Fox defeated Austin Ares in a ROV TV Championship #1 contender's match
- Fox won via LO MEIN PAIN and as a result challenges Elgin for the ROV TV Championship this weekend at Souled Out!
the show ends with the final updated preview for Souled Out:
Show #34: Souled Out Silverton casino July 26, Year 2 1. ROV Champion AJ Styles vs Johnny Gargano 2. ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves vs Young Bucks 3. AR Fox vs ROV TV Champion Michael Elgin 4. Willie Mack vs Vegas Champion Adam Pearce 5. El Generico vs Kevin Steen (stipulation TBA) 6. Bad Influence vs reDRagon 7. Tommaso Ciampa vs Chris Hero (no DQ) 8. Matt Taven vs Roderick Strong 9. Adam Cole vs Ricochet 10. ACH vs TaDarius Thomas
End of Show. See you this weekend for Souled Out!

BREAKING NEWS:
After winning the right to pick to pick the stipulation for their grudge match at Souled Out by defeating Kevin Steen in a match by DQ on ROV TV earlier this week when Steen gave him a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER through a table but being unable to speak at the time to choose the stipulation, El Generico has recovered and decided his match against Steen at Souled Out will be a tables match so Steen can feel the same pain Generico just experienced on ROV TV!
Also, rumors abound that next month will mark the first-ever international show for Ring of Vegas (ROV.) Cities heavily speculated to be the site of this show include London, Paris, Tokyo, Sydney, Rome, and Dar es Salaam. Stay tuned for further details!

I agree with Crimson and Souled Out does look great. I like the thought of ROV holding an international event and it will be interesting to see where it takes place. I liked the angle with El Generico being unable to announce his match stipulation but then calling for a Tables Match with Kevin Steen. That should be awesome.

It's now time for Souled Out!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #34: Souled Out July 26th, Year Two Silverton Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
Preshow: Best Friends defeated C&C Wrestle Factory
- Trent Baretta pinned Caprice Coleman via a top rope Frankensteiner
Match #1: Adam Cole defeated Ricochet (accompanied by Rich Swann)
- although he has suffered many recent defeats, Cole managed to get a victory tonight via his FLYING CROSSBODY
Match #2: ACH defeated TaDarius Thomas
- in this grudge match between former Adrenaline Rush tag team partners and now current enemies, ACH evened the score against Thomas (who earlier this year defeated ACH at Vegas in the Heart of Texas) via his Dragonfly move.
Match #3: Matt Taven vs Roderick Strong (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties) ended in a double countout
- in what was supposed to be Taven's last ROV appearance before he departs for VNA (at least until their jeopardized TV deal expires,) this match quickly turned into a brawl outside of the ring where Martini got knocked out by Taven's ARM TRAP HEADLOCK DRIVER knocking him face first into the floor. As they both got counted out at the 20 count, Taven and Strong continued their brawl to the back.
Match #4: ROV TV Champion Michael Elgin defeated AR Fox
- despite not having Martini in his corner as a result of what happened to Martini in the previous match, Elgin managed to retain the ROV TV Championship via his SPINNING SIT-OUT POWERBOMB.
In the Ring: El Generico, Kevin Steen, vOodOo kAos, and ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness
- after both Steen and Generico made their ring entrances for their match against each other, McGuinness appeared and said it is now time to announce the location of where ROV's first international show will take place next month. McGuinness said many people have been guessing London, Paris, and Tokyo but all those guesses are incorrect because the show is called Border Wars and London, Paris, and Tokyo are not located on the US border. McGuinness says instead Border Wars will take place in Tijuana- the hometown of El Generico!
- McGuinness then said he would allow El Generico to choose his opponent for Border Wars and El Generico pointed across the ring at Steen who responded "I'm going to kick your a*s tonight and then I'm going to kick your a*s again in your home town" leading to blows being exchanged between him and Generico to start their match.
Match #5: El Generico defeated Kevin Steen (accompanied by vOodOo kAos) in a tables match
- a great match, Steen controlled alot of the action but Generico kept using his agility to maneuver out of the way before Steen could throw him through a table. Generico got Steen through a table by giving Steen a BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!! from the top turnbuckle through a set up table. Now eligible to get the win, Generico minutes later proceeded to get the victory via his SPIKE BRAINBUSTER.
End of First Half. Intermission.

Match #6: Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian defeated reDRagon
- this match marked the ROV debuts for both Daniels and Kazarian
- Daniels pinned Bobby Fish via ANGELS WINGS
Backstage: Anthony Nese is asking Larry Dallas why he (Nese) is not booked for tonight's show. Dallas promises to find out as Austin Aries walks by. Dallas stops Aries and says he notices Aries is also not booked tonight and asks if Aries would like Dallas to start representing him. Aries says he will consider it and then walks off.
Match #7: Vegas Champion Adam Pearce defeated Willie Mack
- Pearce pinned Mack via a spinebuster to retain the Vegas Championship
Backstage: Joey Ryan is seen in the catering area when a catering staff approaches him.
- Catering staff: "Sir, would you like a cocktail?"
- Joey Ryan: "Sure! And then I will tell you one."

- Ciampa had Hero in trouble and seemed set to win the match when suddenly two masked individuals dressed in black suddenly appeared and interfered on Hero's behalf allowing Hero to regain the advantage and proceed to win via a running elbow strike
