Match #6: Christoper Daniels and Frankie Kazarian defeated War Machine in a first round match
- Daniels and Kazarian advanced when Daniels pinned Hanson via ANGEL'S WINGS
Match #7: Randy Savage and Diamond Dallas Page defeated The Psychos (managed by Veda Scott) in a first round match
- Savage and DDP advanced to the next round when DDP countered a twisting neckbreaker from Tommaso Ciampa with a DIAMOND CUTTER.
Match #8: Drew Galloway and Zack Sabre Jr. defeated the Young Bucks (accompanied by Roderick Strong) by DQ in a first round match
- the Bucks got DQd when the referee caught their Mount Rushmore partner Strong attacking ZSJ outside of the ring. Afterwards an angry Bucks and Strong together took out Galloway and ZSJ.
Match #9: Adam Cole (accompanied by Truth Martin and WOV Tag Team Champions Hoopla Hotties) defeated Bryan Danielson and El Generico in a triple threat #1 contender's match
- a great match, Cole won via a diving crossbody on El Generico while getting away with a handful of tights as the referee made the 3 count
- as a result, Cole challenges ROV Champion AJ Styles tomorrow on Night 2 of the Double Down!
Match #10: reDRagon defeated ROV Tag Team Champions American Wolves in a tornado first round match
- per Double Down stipulation, all tournament matches involving the ROV Tag Team Championship are fought tornado style
- an awesome grudge match, but the returning reDRagon proved victorious when Bobby Fish pinned Davey Richards after CHASING THE DRAGON
- as a result, reDRagon are the new ROV Tag Team Champions- but they will have to continue to defend the ROV Tag Team Championship in tornado matches through the remaining rounds of the tournament- and the incredible 14 month reign of the American Wolves has ended.

for Night Two (Night One results posted above,) the blind bracketing continues in the Double Down and these are the announced Quarter-Finals matchups:
Hooligans vs Inner City Machine Guns
Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian vs Drew Galloway and Zack Sabre Jr.
Randy Savage and Diamond Dallas Page vs Kings of Wrestling
Vegas Tag Team Champions RockNES Monsters vs ROV Tag Team Champions reDRagon (tornado match)
in addition, the ROV traditional opening 4 way elimination match will be a 4 way tag elimination match involving these 4 of the 8 tag teams who were eliminated in Night One: Love Gun, Dream Team, Young Bucks, and the American Wolves!
finally, the preshow match will be PJ Black vs Johhny Gargano (accompanied by Candice LeRae!)
all this plus the two championship matches of ROV TV Champion Tommy End vs Roderick Strong and ROV Champion AJ Styles vs Adam Cole, the Semi-Finals, and the Finals of the Double Down!

Huge victory for reDRagon, possibly eliminating their toughest competition in the Wolves...
Night two should rock the house... Really looking forward to Styles vs Cole for the big prize... And how ironic that the pre-show contest between the Darewolf and the Whole Shebang has the potential to be a true highlight of the night...

Preshow match: PJ Black defeated Johnny Gargano (accompanied by Candice LeRae)
- for this match, Gargano was accompanied by his girlfriend LeRae who made her ROV debut last night and who announced before this match started that, in addition to taking care of Sara Del Rey next week on ROV TV, she has entered the Chick Fight Tournament on Valentine's Day!
- Black won via his 450 SPLASH.
Match #1: Love Gun defeated American Wolves, Young Bucks, and the Dream Team in a 4 way elimination tag match
- tonight's ROV traditional opening 4 way elimination match was an elimination tag match involving 4 of the tag teams eliminated last night in the Double Down.
- Nick Jackson pinned Davey Richards after INDY TAKER. One day after their 14 month reign as ROV Tag Team Champions ended in the main event tornado match to reDRagon, Eddie Edwards looked really frustrated with Richards at their early elimination.
- Matt Sydal pinned Nick Jackson after a flawless SHOOTING STAR PRESS
- Chris Sabin pinned Greg Valentine after a Leap of Faith.
- as Love Gun gets their hands raised in victory, Excalibur comments that although Love Gun lost last night in the first round they seemed to have regrouped
Match #2: The Hooligans defeated Inner City Machine Guns in a Quarter-Finals match
- a great match, Hooligans won when Paul London pinned Rich Swann after a SHOOTING STAR PRESS
- as the crowd shouted and chanted "next ROV champs, next ROV champs," Excalibur and Taylor wonder aloud if the Hooligans, as they advance to the Semi-Finals, can indeed win the Double Down and leave the evening as the ROV Tag Team Champions?
Match #3: Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian defeated Drew Galloway and Zack Sabre Jr. in a Quarter-Finals match
- Daniels and Kazarian advanced to the Semi-Finals when Daniels pinned ZSJ via ANGEL'S WINGS after the Young Bucks and Roderick Strong got away with interfering and attacking their enemies ZSJ and Galloway.
Match #4: Kings of Wrestling (accompanied by Sara Del Rey) defeated Randy Savage and Diamond Dallas Page in a Quarter-Finals match
- KOW advanced to the Semi-Finals when Claudio Castagnoli pinned DDP following a giant swing after Del Rey got away with hitting DDP with a low blow.
- afterward, Del Rey announced the Kings and Queen will really reign supreme as KOW tonight will win the Double Down and leave as the ROV Tag Team Champions and she will soon become the WOV Champion as she has entered the upcoming Chick Fight Tournament!
Match #5: ROV Tag Team Champions reDRagon defeated Vegas Tag Team Champions RockNES Monsters in a Quarter-Finals tornado match.
- per Double Down stipulations, the ROV Tag Team Championship was on the line in this match, but not the Vegas Tag Team Championship.
- per Double Down stipulations for every ROV Tag Team Championship match in this tournament, this match was fought under tornado rules
- RockNES Monsters put up a good fight, but reDRagon advanced and retained when Kyle O'Reilly put away Johnny Yuma via ARMAGEDDON.
Intermission. Up next, both a ROV TV Champonship match (Tommy End defends against Roderick Strong,) a ROV Championshp match (AJ Style defends against Adam Cole,) and in blind brackets the Semi-Finals and Finals of the Double Down involving Hooligans, Daniels/Kazarian, KOW, and ROV Tag Team Champions reDRagon! Big victory for Sabin & Sydal in the opening four-way... Looks like we also just witnessed the prelude to the split of American Wolves... Richards vs Edwards - it's gotta happen...
Thoroughly enjoyed night one of Double Down... Excited for the conclusion!

The Double Down has been simply amazing. I love the ROV tag titles being at stake with reDRagon winning the belts from the Wolves and then retaining against the rockNES Monsters. Really looking forward to the rest of this event. The only bummer was seeing Randy Savage & DDP going down but I also like the Kings of Wrestling so all is good.

Match #7: The Hooligans defeated ROV Tag Team Champions reDRagon in a semi-finals tornado match
- an awesome match, Hooligans both won the ROV Tag Team Championship and advanced to the finals when Brian Kendrick pinned Kyle O'Reilly via SLICED BREAD #2.
Match #8: Roderick Strong (accompanied by the Young Bucks) defeated ROV TV Champion Tommy End
- an incredible match, Strong won via a SICK KICK to win the ROV TV Championship!
Match #9: Adam Coe (accompanied by Truth Martini and WOV Tag Team Champions Hoopla Hotties) defeated ROV Champion AJ Styles
- Cole won the ROV Championship via his FLORIDA KEY as the landscape in ROV tonight has really changed with every single title changing hands
Backstage: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness with Kay Lee Ray
- McGuinnness says Kay Lee Ray is the next emtrant in the Chick Fight Tournament next weekend and says this week's episode of ROV TV will be devoted to the Women of Vegas as they get set to present the Chick Fight Tournament next weekend.

- an amazing tournament finals, Paul London and Brian Kendrick won when London pinned Chris Hero following Please Don't Die!
- as a result, the Hooligans win the 2nd ever Double Down and are leaving tonight as the ROV Tag Team Champions!
- as the Hooligans celebrated their tournament victory in the ring, they were suddenly attacked by the CVW Tag Team Champions the Briscoes- who won the only previous Double Down two years ago!
- the Briscoes then announced that since upcoming ROV Show #50 is a ROV vs CVW Supercard of Honor match, they are challenging the Hooligans to a match to determine who truly is the best Double Down winner!
- as the Briscoes celebrated and drank beer in the ring , the biannual Double Down came to an end.

Although iI originally predicted that the Bucks would win the Double Down tournament, I'm elated at how things wound up... London & Kendrick!! DD winners and NEW ROV Tag Team Champions! How sweet it is...
Looking forward to the Chick Fight tourney and the confrontation between The Briscoes and Hooligans should snap the chain... Great stuff!
