I am curious to know how long it takes you to roll out an event of this magnitude. A daunting task. I plan to start playing and posting results tomorrow night and hopefully being able almost to play out and post as much as 1 night per night for all 3 shows so that all results are posted by the time I leave to go to California for PWG on Friday.

It is now time for the start of the Battle of Las Vegas!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #51- Battle of Las Vegas Night 1 March 25, Year 3 Sam's Town Las Vegas, NV
- tonight's commentators: Excalibur and Chuck Taylor
Preshow match: Lio Rush defeated Hangman Adam Page
- in a matchup of two free agents, Rush looked extremely impressive and won via RUSH HOUR.
- as Rush gets his hand raised in victory, Excalibur and Taylor wonder aloud how well Rush will do in two other preshow matches this weekend against fellow free agents Moose and Dalton Castle.
Match #1: CVW Tag Team Champions Briscoes defeated Hooligans, War Machine, and The Revolution in a first round elimination tag match
- tonight's Vegas traditional opening 4 way elimination match was the first of the four way tag elimination matches in the tag team bracket of the tournament
- Hanson pinned Che Cabrera via an exploder suplex
- War Machine got DQd when Hanson threw Jay Brisoce though the commentary table forcing Excalibur and Chick Taylor to stand the rest of the night
- Mark Briscoe pinned Brian Kendrick after DUAL SUPER KICKS
- as a result, the Briscoes become the first of 4 tag teams to advance to the 4 way elimination tag finals on Night 3
Match #2: CVW Champion Drake Younger defeated Matt Riddle (accompanied by Rock Riddle) in a first round match
- before this match started, Rock Riddle introduced free agent Matt Riddle (making his ROV debut) to the crowd and told them when it comes to Riddle's opponents he can either "tap them out or knock them out" and is about to prove that Riddle's technical skill set is superior to the ultraviolence style of Younger.
- despite the boasting of Rock Riddle and despite doing some damage to Younger in this match, Matt Riddle suffered the loss in the singles tournament's opening match when he got pinned via a deathjump from Younger.
Match #3: TJ Perkins defeated Wired Champion "Sick" Nick Mondo in a first round match
- a good match won by free agent TJP (making his ROV debut) via his FIGURE FOUR DEATHLOCK to advance to the next round in the tournament on Night 3.
Match #4: Sami Callihan defeated Austin Aries (managed by SoCal Val) in a first round match
- Callihan won via his STRETCH MUFFLER after Aries missed a 450 SPLASH as Excalibur remarks that Combat Vegas Wrestling (CVW) overall is doing really well so far in the Battle of Las Vegas.
Match #5: Necro Butcher defeated Ethan Carter III by DQ in a first round match
- this match ended in a DQ when the action spilled outside of the ring where EC3 (a free agent making his ROV debut) picked up a chair and smashed Necro Butcher with it multiple times.
- afterward, a bloodied Necro Butcher returned to the ring and said if EC3 likes to play with weapons such as chairs then perhaps tomorrow night's Night 2 main event of free agents (EC3, TJP, Riddle, and Kenny Omega) vs CVW (Necro Butcher, Younger, Mondo, and Callhan) should be changed to a CVW trademark match of an ultraviolent tornado elimination tag match! ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness appeared and announced he is making Necro Butcher's suggestion official for tomorrow night as Intermission begins.
Intermission, End of First Half. Second Half of Night 1 posted next.

Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #51- Battle of Las Vegas Night 1 March 25, Year 3 Sam's Town Las Vegas, NV (Second Half of show, First Half is posted above)
Match #6: Classic Connection defeated American Wolves, reDRagon, and the Beaver Boys in a 4 way tag elimination first round match
- Alex Reynolds put away Bobby Fish via Die Another Day.
- "The Ace" Buddy Royal pinned Eddie Edwards after BOMBS AWAY to the shock of the crowd at the elimination of the former ROV Tag Team Champions by Classic Connection who are a free agent tag team just making their ROV debut
- "Unorthodox" Levi Shapiro made Reynolds tap out to THE CLAW.
- as a result, Classic Connection becomes the second tag team (joining CVW Tag Team Champions Briscoes) in the 4 way tag elimination finals of Night 3!
Match #7: "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega defeated El Generico by DQ in a first round match
- a free agent making his ROV debut, Omega cheated to win this match. During an impressive offensive run by El Generico, Omega grabbed his broom and hit the referee in the back with it and then threw the broom to El Generico who caught it instinctively. The referee turned around to see El Generico holding the broom and called for the bell to disqualify El Generico. As he protested the decision to no avail, El Generico then got hit with a ONE WINGED ANGEL from Omega as Excalibur and Taylor wonder aloud how far will Omega advance in the Battle of Las Vegas?
Match #8: Bryan Danielson defeated Drew Galloway in a first round match
- a good match, Danielson became the final person to advance tonight when he won via his MMA ELBOWS.
Match #9: Made In Syn defeated WOV Tag Team Champions Hoopla Hotties (Jessie McKay and Courtney Rush, managed by Truth Martini)in a no DQ match
- first fall: this fall featured multiple out of the ring brawls that if not for the match stipulation would normally have lead to DQs. Thanks to distraction from Martini, the Hoopla Hotties won this fall when Rush pinned Allysin Kay via an OLYMPIC SLAM. Hoopla Hotties up 1-0.
- second fall: Made In Syn got the win in this fall when Allysin Kay pinned Rush after EIGHTH DEADLY SIN
- third/final fall: a great fall in a great match, Taylor Made pinned Rush after EIGHTH DEADLY SIN as the Las Vegas crowd cheered loudly for Made In Syn who are very popular with them- especially Las Vegas's Taylor Made who scored the deciding pinfall.
- as a result, Made In Syn are the new WOV Tag Team Champions!
Match #10: Euro Trash (Zack Sabre Jr., Tommy End, Marty Scurll, and Will Ospreay) defeated Mount Rushmore (AJ Styles, ROV TV Champion Roderick Strong, and the Young Bucks)
- before this match started, Strong entered the ring and suddenly shoved his surprised rival Sabre Jr. in the chest before quickly darting out of the ring before an angry Sabre Jr. could retaliate. Matt Jackson then attacked Sabre Jr. from behind to start the main event.
- this match featured the in-ring ROV debuts of Scurll and Ospreay (who at one point impressed the crowd by hitting a CORKSCREW SHOOTING STAR PRESS.)
- this match ended when Sabre Jr. made his enemy Strong tap out to his CROSS ARMBREAKER to give Euro Trash the victory over Mount Rushmore.
End of Show. See you tomorrow for Night 2.

Euro Trash for the win!! What a closure to a wonderful show. Great debut for Omega too and who would expect anything less than such an underhanded (and very old school) way of winning? I think Generico will be looking for revenge pretty soon....this just makes me want the Omega card even more now. Hopefully it'll make its way to the UK any day!
Great stuff, the amount of matches and level of detail is outstanding!

Great stuff, the amount of matches and level of detail is outstanding! When I first started going to PWG in 2009, El Generico was in a feud with Kenny Omega (and Omega's tag team partner at the time Chuck Taylor- they were the Men of Low Moral Fiber.) So I was actually glad to see the dice caused El Generico to get eliminated against Kenny Omega by DQ as it set up a way for me to feud El Generico with Omega in my fed. Thanks for reading my fed!
