It is now time for the start of Night 2 of the Battle of Las Vegas!
Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #52- Battle of Las Vegas Night 2 March 26, Year 3 Sam's Town Las Vegas, NV
- tonight's commentators: Excalibur and Chuck Taylor
Preshow match: Lio Rush defeated Moose (accompanied by Stokely Hathaway) by DQ
- in a battle of free agents, Rush won by DQ when he dodged out of the way as Moose (who had been dominating the action in this match) went for his SPEAR and instead accidentally nailed the referee who called for the bell.
- as a result, Lio Rush is now 2-0 in this series of free agent preshow matches during this Battle of Las Vegas weekend.
Match #1: Roppongi Vice defeated ROV Tag Team Champions Christopher Daniels and Kazarian, the All Night Express (accompanied by SoCal Val,) and Team Tremendous in a 4 way tag elimination first round match
- Christopher Daniels pinned Detective Dan Barry via ANGEL'S WINGS
- Rhett Titus pinned Daniels via MUFF DRIVER
- Titus got DQd when he got caught giving Rocky Romero a low blow. A frustrated ANX then launched a steel chair attack against both members of Roppongi Vice before leaving the ring.
- as a result and despite being the victims of an assault by the ANX, Roppongi Vice advance to the 4 way tag elimination finals of the tag team bracket tomorrow.
Match #2: AJ Styles defeated Brian Myers in a first round match
- Myers put up a fight and even kicked out of a STYLES CLASH. But a second STYLES CLASH allowed Styles to get the victory and advance to the quarter-finals tomorrow night.
In the Ring: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness
- McGuinness says by tradition there is a 4 way elimination match to open up Vegas Universe shows so, since Daniels and Kazarian lost tonight, tomorrow night to open up Night 3 they will defend the ROV Tag Team Championship against 3 other ROV tag teams already eliminated from the tag team bracket- reDRagon, Hooligans, and American Wolves!
Match #3: PJ Black defeated Marty Scurll in a first round match
- Scurll lost when he got distracted by the Young Bucks who apparently wanted revenge for Mount Rushmore's loss to Euro Trash in last night's main event. The interference by the Bucks allowed Black (who seemed unaware of the involvement by the Bucks) to win via his 450 SPLASH.
Match #4: Samuray Del Sol defeated Will Ospreay by DQ in a first round match
- this match ended when the Young Bucks again appeared and again appeared to seek revenge for Mount Rushmore's loss last night to Euro Trash as they each gave superkicks to Del Sol to cause Ospreay (who was in control of the match at the time) to get DQd and thus eliminated from the tournament
Match #5: Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Chris Hero in a first round match
- this match ended when Hero got distracted by his former KOW tag team partner Claudio Castagnoli (accompanied by Sara Del Rey) and ZSJ applied his CROSS ARMBREAKER to get the victory and advance in the tournament.
Intermission. Second Half posted next.

Euro Trash for the win!! What a closure to a wonderful show. Great debut for Omega too and who would expect anything less than such an underhanded (and very old school) way of winning? I think Generico will be looking for revenge pretty soon....this just makes me want the Omega card even more now. Hopefully it'll make its way to the UK any day! Great stuff, the amount of matches and level of detail is outstanding! When I first started going to PWG in 2009, El Generico was in a feud with Kenny Omega (and Omega's tag team partner at the time Chuck Taylor- they were the Men of Low Moral Fiber.) So I was actually glad to see the dice caused El Generico to get eliminated against Kenny Omega by DQ as it set up a way for me to feud El Generico with Omega in my fed. Thanks for reading my fed! Reading about how you can recreate a feud between El Generico and Kenny Omega is cool stuff and it's another reason why this game continues to deliver...

Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #52- Battle of Las Vegas Night 2 March 26, Year 3 Sam's Town Las Vegas, NV (Second Half of show, First Half is posted above)
Match #6: Love Gun (Matt Sydal and Chris Sabin) defeated Young Bucks, Reno Scum, and Los Primos Rivera in a 4 way tag elimination first round match
- Gino Rivera pinned Luster the Legend after CAPI KU
- Matt Sydal pinned Gino Rivera via SHOOTING SYDAL PRESS
- during this fall, Marty Scurll and Will Ospreay (who each lost their tournament matches earlier tonight due to interference from the Young Bucks who were seeking to retaliate for Mount Rushmore losing to Euro Trash in last night's main event) appeared at ringside. The fall ended when Scurll got away with sticking his umbrella through the ropes to trip Matt Jackson who was then caught by and put away by Chris Sabin via CRADLE SHOCK.
- as a result, Love Gun advances to tomorrow night's 4 way tag elimination finals against CVW Tag Team Champions Briscoes, Roppongi Vice, and Classic Connection.
- afterward, Scurll and Ospreay challenged the Bucks to a non-tournament match tomorrow at Night 3!
Match #7: ROV TV Champion Roderick Strong defeated Tommy End in a first round match
- Strong won via his Gibson Driver to advance to the next round but Excalibur and Taylor wonder aloud what will happen if Strong in this blind bracket format eventually has to face fellow Mount Rushmore member AJ Styles who has also advanced to the next round.
Match #8: ROV Champion Adam Cole (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties) defeated Jerry Lynn in a first round match
- this final first round match marked the ROV debut for the free agent legend Lynn who had to endure some geriatric jokes from Cole before the match started
- Lynn put up a good fight but ultimately tapped out to Cole's figure four leglock
Match #9: WOV Champion Cheerleader Melissa defeated Saraya Knight by DQ
- this championship grudge match ended in DQ when Knight went berserk by having her enemy Melissa's neck viciously trapped between the ropes and refusing to release her as the referee made the 5 count.
- afterward, Knight left Melissa gasping for air in the ring when suddenly Madison Rayne (who recently made her WOV debut with a win over Madison Eagles) appeared and helped up Melissa but also told her to keep the title warm for her because she is coming for it.
Backstage: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness is approached by the Premiere Athlete Brand (Austin Aries, the All Night Express, and SoCal Val.)
- the PAB demands to know why the ANX are not among the 3 ROV tag teams challenging Christopher Daniels and Kazarian for the ROV Tag Team Championship tomorrow since they (ANX) were the ones who eliminated Daniels and Kazarian in the tag tournament earlier tonight. McGuinness says because he does not want to reward the violent post match chairs attack by the ANX upon Roppongi Vice and, while he will grant the ANX a future title shot, tomorrow night the ANX along with Aries will instead take on 3 others eliminated from this weekend's tournaments who know something about violence- CVW's Wired Champion "Sick" Nick Mondo and Reno Scum!
Match #10: "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega, Ethan Carter III, Matt Riddle, and TJ Perkins defeated CVW Champion Drake Younger, Wired Champion "Sick" Nick Mondo, Sami Callihan, and Necro Butcher in an ultraviolence tornado elimination match
- this matchup of free agents vs CVW was turned into a CVW trademark match- an ultraviolence tornado elimination match- due to the vicious attack by Ethan Carter against Necro Butcher in their first round match against each other yesterday.
- a great match!
- Callihan pinned TJP via a Forearm 2 Remember
- Omega put away Necro Butcher via AOI SHOUDOU
- EC3 pinned Mondo via the ONE PERCENTER
- Riddle made Younger tap out to a CROSS ARMBREAKER, as a result Riddle somewhat avenged his tournament loss to Younger last night and validated last night's claim that he could either tap out or knock out Younger
- Omega pinned Callihan via V-TRIGGER
- match survivors: Omega, EC3, and Riddle
End of Show. See you tomorrow for Night 3 to end the Battle of Las Vegas!

The Battle of Las Vegas has been nothing short of incredible thus far. It was cool to see EC3 debut and even though he lost out to Necro Butcher it was a great setup for the ultraviolence tornado elimination match with EC3, Kenny Omega and Matt Riddle surviving giving the free agents a big win. I have become a big fan of Riddle through the game and it was great to see him avenge his tournament loss to Drake Younger by eliminating him to win the match. I am really looking forward to what goes down at Night Three.

The Battle of Las Vegas has been extremely entertaining thus far... TJ Perkins has played the ultimate spoiler, eliminating BOTH my favorite (Sick Nick Mondo) and the individual that I predicted to win (AJ Styles)... So, at this point, I have no choice, but to say that I think TJP will take it all... There are some colossal names still in the running and I'm very excited for the conclusion... Fun stuff!

Awesome BOLV so far! Boo on Adam Cole winning over Necro Butcher, but of course Martini is the deciding factor. It is tough to pick a winner, but I am going to go with ZSJ winning the whole thing.

Ring of Vegas (ROV) Show #53- Battle of Las Vegas Night 3 March 27, Year 3 Sam's Town Las Vegas, NV (Second Third of the show, First Third is posted above)
Match #8: "Sick" Nick Mondo and Reno Scum defeated the Premiere Athlete Brand (Austin Aries and the All Night Express, managed by SoCal Val) by DQ
- this match ended in a DQ when the referee caught SoCal Val giving Mondo a low blow
- afterward, as the PAB attempted to flee, Reno Scum corralled Rhett Titus and threw him back into the ring where Titus was hit by a LIFE CUTTER and then an ASSAULT DRIVER from Mondo
Match #9: ROV Champion Adam Cole (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties) defeated TJ Perkins in a Semi-Finals match
- a great match as TJP really pushed Cole and the offense was spread evenly throughout with both competitors scoring multiple pin/submission attempts against each other
- Cole won via his FLORIDA KEY to become the first to advance to the 3 way finals
Match #10: ROV TV Champion Roderick Strong defeated Zack Sabre Jr. in a Semi-Finals match
- this matchup in the blind brackets format turned out to be a grudge match between enemies ZSJ and Strong. Strong won to advance via a SICK KICK while grabbing the ropes for extra leverage as the referee made the 3 count.
- as a result, both the ROV Champion (Cole) and ROV TV Champion (Strong) have secured 2 of the 3 spots in the finals
Match #11: Bryan Danielson defeated "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega in a Semi-Finals match
- Danielson got past Omega to advance into the finals via CATTLE MUTILATION
- as a result, Danielson will take on Cole and Strong in the triple threat elimination finals!
Match #12: Young Bucks defeated Will Ospreay and "The Villain" Marty Scurll in a non-tournament match
- Ospreay and Scurll were seeking revenge against the Bucks whose interference caused both of them to lose their first round tournament matches but they lost when the Bucks got away with a chair shot and then pinned Ospreay via INDYTAKER.
- as a result of this match ending and how the Semi-Final match between ZSJ and Strong ended, 3 members of Mount Rushmore have cheated to defeat 3 members of their enemies Euro Trash during this segment of the show.
2nd Intermission/End of Second Third. Final Third with the Battle of Las Vegas Finals and more posted next!
