It's great to see another of your EVOLVE cards and EVOLVE 45 was very entertaining. I liked the introduction of Timothy Thatcher and him twistings Larry Dallas' arm, but losing to the returning Trent Barreta was a tough one. The Chris Hero stuff is dead on, I've become a fan of Heroes after watching him in EVOLVE of late and your write up for him is top notch...

Crimson Cross - Chris Hero is one of my favorite wrestling personalities. For his promo I thought back to when Hero first debuted in ROH almost ten years ago and realized how long he's worked off and on for Gabe. I think it made for a good EVOLVE-style segment. Pariah - Fox/Galloway was a fun match. Read below to see where their rivalry goes from here. 46 Timothy Thatcher def. RicochetThatcher rebounded from his debut loss with a dominant victory against Ricochet. Successfully grounding Ricochet is often the key to defeating the high flyer and Thatcher did it to perfection. Fluidly transitioning back and forth from the Thatcher Stretch to a Fujiwara Armbar, Timothy put Ricochet through submission hell and finally tapped him with a Thatcher Stretch. Drew Gulak def. Rich SwannA handshake started this one. Swann got a couple of quick shots in but Gulak hit some nasty lariats and worked the University Stretch to take this one home in no time. Trent Barreta w/Su Yung def. Biff BusickBarreta hit Busick with a non-stop barrage of high flying strikes and capped it with a corkscrew senton and a three count. Gabe's Book It Cam: Drew Galloway and AR Fox awkwardly stand together Gabe: “You two had a great match last night at EVOLVE 45 but it ended controversially.”Drew: “AR Fox, I have no problems with you or what happened in that match last night. You gave it everything you had and so did I. It was a hell of a fight but we weren’t allowed to find out who the real winner was. We owe it to the fans to show who the better man is. I say we have a rematch next month at EVOLVE 47. What do you think?”Fox: “That’s cool.”Gabe: “You guys have tough matches tonight but if you both win, your match at EVOLVE 47 could mean a title shot for the winner.” Drew: “Excellent!”Fox: “That title shot’s going to be mine.”Drew: “We’ll see, Fox. We’ll see.”AR Fox def. Chris HeroAt the bell, Fox speared Hero who crumbled into the corner. Chris then got hit with Air Fox and then dragged out of the corner and covered for a near fall. A pair of AR-KOs put down Hero and Fox won in decisive fashion. Fox leaned over the ropes and said into the camera: “I’m ready for you, Drew!”Drew Galloway def. Caleb Konley w/Su YungKonley proved scrappy early on but Drew’s size led to Caleb being pummeled for a long stretch. Konley slithered out of Galloway’s grasp and got in some more offense, really taking it to the larger man. The pin attempts were racking up for Konley and Galloway left the ring to regroup. Konley followed and Drew sent him into the post. Caleb came up bloody and Galloway rolled him back into the ring and gave him Thee Move. Galloway’s hand was raised but it was hard to overlook the way in which he got over. EVOLVE CHAMPIONSHIPChuck Taylor def. Anthony Nese w/Su YungTaylor and Nese jawed at each other before the action started. Chuck reversed Tony’s opening offense and gave him a turnbuckle powerbomb. Taylor caught Nese as he staggered out of the corner and planted him with an Awful Waffle for the easy pin. While some may see the anticlimactic end to the main event as a let down others might now be thinking Chuck Taylor is the real deal as EVOLVE Champion. EVOLVE TOP 10Champion - Chuck Taylor - Drew Galloway
- AR Fox
- Chris Hero
- Trent Barreta
- Timothy Thatcher
- Ricochet
- Drew Gulak
- Caleb Konley
- Anthony Nese
- Rich Swann

Solid victory for Thatcher, as he used great strategy to defeat Ricochet... And it was great seeing Trent? walk away with yet another win...
Fox and Galloway are on a collision course... Seems like poor Caleb Konley got caught in the line of fire... Like the aggression being displayed by Galloway on that match...
Chuck-T did an excellent job, holding onto the big prize... However, he's got some tough challenges on the horizon...
Superb show!

A really top notch card Ace and it's great to see Chuck Taylor keep the belt and I like the Drew Gulak victory. It'll be fun to see your next round of shows and on the Chris Hero topic, I really like how he wears unique themed gear like at the real EVOLVE 45 where he wore a Phoenix Suns themed trunks and knee pads...

Crimson Cross - Yeah, I just saw Hero on an ICW show wearing Denver Nuggets gear. It must be nice to be able to write off your throwback collection as a business expense on your taxes. Pariah - Taylor better hold onto his belt tight because Fox is on a roll and Galloway is tough to beat. He's definitely in for a challenge. WWNLive Alert July 2015 Edition New York City hosts our next weekend in August for EVOLVE 47 & 48. UK submission specialist Zack Saber Jr. makes his EVOLVE debut in New York. Here's how the New York cards stack up: EVOLVE 46Drew Galloway vs. AR Fox These two put on such a great show at EVOLVE 45 that we had to have a rematch! This time #1 contender-ship for the EVOLVE Championship is on the line with the winner getting a title shot the next night. Chris Hero vs. Trent Barreta Trent was hot in his return during our last weekend. Now he has a true test facing Hero. The Bravado Brothers vs. The Inner City Machine Guns Should Ricochet and Rich Swann win, their match on night two against the Premiere Athlete Brand will be for the Open The United Gate Championship.Chuck Taylor vs. Caleb Konley The EVOLVE Champion continues the rivalry between the Bold Young Gentlemen and the PAB in this non-title bout.Timothy Thatcher vs. Anthony Nese Drew Gulak vs. Zack Saber Jr Also appearing: Johnny Gargano EVOLVE 48EVOLVE Championship Chuck Taylor defends against either Drew Galloway or AR Fox Premiere Athlete Brand vs. Inner City Machine Guns Chris Hero vs. Timothy Thatcher The Bravado Brothers vs. Drew Gulak & Biff Busick Also appearing: Johnny Gargano, Trent Barreta, and Zack Saber Jr Chuck Taylor: “So Drew Galloway and AR Fox are fighting each other for a chance to face me for my EVOLVE title. Well, boys, I saw your last match and you beat the hell out of each other. I mean, really beat the hell out of each other. It seems to me that with a championship match on the line, you'll fight even harder. So much so, that the winner might not be in the best condition when they have to face ol' Chucky T. Wouldn't that be a shame?"”

Pariah - I think you'll like what I have planned for Johnny Gargano's return. He's gonna shake things up a bit... Vegas - What's not to love about Chucky-T in the spotlight? He's a guy that I can really hear in my head when writing his promos, hopefully making them sound authentic. Thanks for commenting fellas!

47 Lenny Leonard introduced the debuting Zack Sabre Jr. Once Zack is in the ring, Larry Dallas came through the curtain and down to the ring. Standing at ringside, Larry tried convincing Zack that he was the man who could take him to the top. Zack looked at Lenny quizzically asking “Who is this?”“Ignore him,” Lenny replied. “Security! Get him out of here!”Zack Sabre Jr. def. Drew GulakSabre showed his chain wrestling expertise, keeping Gulak on the defensive most of the match. Drew did get in some offense, including applying the University Stretch for a few excruciating minutes. Sabre was not to be denied and made a strong comeback. A Dragon Suplex spelled the end for Gulak. After shaking hands, Drew left. As Zack was taking a bow, Johnny Gargano stepped through the curtain, back from suspension. Over his shoulder was the Open The Freedom Gate Championship belt. “What’s Gargano doing with that belt?! That title was retired and the belt turned up missing. Now we know what happened to it.”Gargano asked for a mic and had some words for Sabre: “So you think you’re the new hotshot around here? I’m the Open The Freedom Gate Champion. If you think you’re so great, why don’t you step into the ring against me tomorrow night at EVOLVE 48?”Zack contemplated and looked to the fans who supported him taking on Gargano. Satisfied, Gargano exited. “It’s nice to receive so much attention my first time here,” Sabre joked. Anthony Nese w/Su Yung def. Timothy ThatcherNese quickly and easily defeated Thatcher with a bevy of power moves. A Spider German Suplex set up the pin. Caleb Konley w/Su Yung def. Chuck TaylorThe Premiere Athlete Brand scored their second win of the night as Konley pinned EVOLVE Champion Chuck Taylor in this non-title shocker. Despite being outwrestled by Chuck, Caleb hit a perfect cross body from the top turnbuckle for the pin. Su Yung immediately started petitioning for a title shot. Gabe's Book It Cam: Ricochet and Rich Swann are warming up. Gabe: “You guys are on next. What made you two decide to start teaming again?”Ricochet: “Hey, you got these two guys calling themselves premiere athletes. Rich and I both know that we’re the better athletes. Just watch our matches. Not only are we going to prove we’re the better athletes, but we’re also going to win those Open The United Gate belts.”Rich: “It’s real simple, Gabe Sapolsky! The Inner City Machine Guns are loaded and ready to fire... all night long!”Inner City Machine Guns def. Bravado BrothersLenny Leonard explained that if the Inner City Machine Guns won tonight, their match at EVOLVE 48 against The Premiere Athlete Brand would be for the Open The United Gate Championship. The Bravados were completely outclassed as Rich Swann did most of the damage against Lancelot. Harlem made a few pin saves but Ricochet eventually pinned Lance with Chocolate Rain. Trent Barreta w/Su Yung def. Chris HeroHero struck early with a Deathblow but Trent landed with his feet on the ropes. Booting his opponent through the ropes, Chris followed with a release suplex on the ring apron. Barreta managed to get back into the ring where Hero delivered another Deathblow. Su Yung jumped up on the apron, distracting the referee. The two ended up on the floor again, fighting, with Trent getting the upper hand. Trent’s high velocity offense put him over, dropping Hero with a leg lariat for the pin. RELAXED RULESDrew Galloway def. AR FoxTheir match at EVOLVE 45 was epic but ended in a disqualification. With a potential number one spot in the balance, Fox and Galloway were given a lot of leeway by the referee. At the bell, both men charged with big boots. Drew’s height saw his connect and send Fox tumbling through the ropes. Galloway punished Fox early with a Double Arm DDT and slams on the ring apron. Fox rebounded, catching Drew off guard with a Death Valley Driver through the timekeeper’s table. Fox kept the pressure on for a bit but after some brawling at ringside, Galloway used Thee Move to take this one home. Before signing out, Lenny Leonard confirmed that Galloway would indeed be facing Chuck Taylor for the EVOLVE Championship tomorrow night.

What can I say, stellar action with your EVOLVE 47. I really like the Johnny Gargano and Zack Sabre Jr. story with the OFG belt, awesome stuff. It was good to see Drew Galloway over AR Fox, but the highlight was the big time win by Trent Barreta over Chris Hero, crazy stuff...
