Unfortunate that Styles couldn't take it all the way to the gold... but, enjoyed seeing Chris Hero make the winning pinfall in the six man tag match. Excellent stuff!

Awesome start to your fed Tornado. Like the booking with the BLK Out stable and Cole winning the gold is excellent.

Good looking card... Alexander has a tough debut ahead of him... And I'll go out on a limb and predict that Gargano comes out on top of Gulak... Match I'm most looking forward to is the Pro Champion title defense... Sydal vs. Cole should be a great matchup!

RAGE 8
Johnny Gargano defeated Drew Gulak with the Gargano escape in a great opening contest
Trios The House of Truth (Jimmy Jacobs, Jaka, & Oleg the Usurper w/ Truth Martini) defeated AC/DC (Arik Cannon & Darin Corbin) & Shynron when Jacobs hit the end time on Cannon after a chair shot. The referee was distracted as all six men battled on the outside and Jacobs was allowed to use a chair on Cannon behind the referee's back
Chuck Taylor defeated Heidi Lovelace with the awfule waffle. Hedi started the match with quick offense before Taylor got control
AJ Styles defeated Cedric Alexander with a rack bomb in the match of the night. The two shook hands afterwards.
Six Man Scramble - One Fall To A Finish Biff Busick defeated Roderick Strong, Jervis Conttonbelly, Trent Barretta, Willie Mack, & Uhaa Nation with a half and half suplex from the top rope to Willie Mack. Mack & Nation were surprise participants, expanding the match to a six man scramble.
Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian) defeated ReDragon (Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish) when Daniels hit the angel's wings on O'Reilly
Anthony Nese defeated Chris Hero with a reverse piledriver
Trios BLK OUT (Eddie Kingston, Blk Jeez, & Ruckus) defeated Michael Elgin, Brian Cage, & Necro Butcher when Kingston hit backfist to the future on Cage. This was a brutal and wild trios match. After the match Kingston went to continue the assult by wrapping a chair around Cage's neck, but Elgin and Necro got in the ring before any damage could be done. Elgin grabs the mic and challenges BLK OUT to one more trios match, and the losing team can never team in RAGE again, but before they accept Necro takes the mic from Elgin and ups the stakes proposing it be in a cage of death! BLK OUT accepts for RAGE 9!
RAGE World Championship Adam Cole (c) defeated Matt Sydal with the Florida Key in a back and forth main event to retain the RAGE World Championship

Happy to see that Gargano came out on top of Gulak... And Styles walked away from his victory over Alexander in very classy fashion... Nice!
Big wins for Busick and Bad Influence... Was hoping to see Roddy Strong win that Scramble, but it was full of tough customers, for sure...
Great job by Cole to retain the RAGE World Championship... Sydal is an offensive lightning rod, so it could not have been easy... Excellent show!

RAGE SECRET SESSIONS #3
The Colony (Fire Ant & Green Ant) defeated The House of Truth (Jaka & Oleg the Usurper w/ Truth Martini) when Green Ant made Jaka tap out to the Chikara special in a phenomenal tag match. Jaka and Oleg dominating Fire Ant early, but with a little resilience and utilizing lucha rules, The Colony was victorious.
Caleb Konley quickly defeated Marion Fontaine with the home wrecker
Matt Taven, ACH, The Hobo, & Voodoo Kaos wrestled to a time limit draw*
*Promoter's note. The match was originally scheduled for elimination rules, but after a lengthy match with a lot of level two offense and very few pin fall attempts, I opted to call a time limit draw. It is also noted that Secret Sessions are free youtube shows and should only run a certain amount of time, and the opening tag match was quite lengthy. Perhaps the four will meet again.
