This is what I've come up with so far for Raymond Rowe of War Machine. As always, suggestions are welcomed.
These are the videos I used to determine his move-set.
(It seemed like Raymond spent the majority of the match on the defensive, which is what influenced me to create the defensive stats that I gave him)
(I have no idea what the hold was that he put Plisken out with at the end of the match, but it looked awesome and would've liked to have used it on his card if I knew what it was.)
