Raw #11
Announcers: Vince McMahon, Jim Ross, and Bobby Heenan
Owen Hart defeated Jim Powers with the sharpshooter after a great effort from Powers early in the match. After the match, Owen gets on the mic and says that he is the best Hart, because unlike his brother who lost to a clown last week, he was able to get the victory tonight
Brutus Beefcake quickly defeated Papa Shango with the flying knee smash. After the match Shango hit Beefcake with a chokeslam and grabbed his voodoo skull from outside of the ring. Papa Shango then appears to put some type of voodoo curse on Beefcake, as Beefcake's body begins to convulse and he foams at the mouth. Beefcake follows Papa Shango back to the lock room in a zombie like stance
WWF Intercontinental Championship Match - Special referee Bill Alfonso
Bam Bam Bigelow (c) defeated Lash Leroux after he caught Leroux going for a crossbody and hit him with a body slam (deathjump roll) After the match Bigelow continued to beat Leroux hitting his diving headbutt on him while Alfonso cheered on, until Mr. Perfect came out and chased them both out of the ring!
"Rowdy" Roddy Piper appears backstage to tell Shawn Michaels that he took exception to the way Shawn mocked his culture by disrespecting the kilt a few weeks ago. Piper then says that he will make Shawn sorry when they face one on one...at the biggest event of the summer, Summerslam!
The Smoking Gunns (Billy & Bart Gunn) defeated The Bodydonnas (Chris Candido & Tom Prichard w/ Sunny) after Billy hit Candido with a flying clothesline to advance in the tag team title tournament
Ted Dibiase made quick work of 1-2-3 Kid by defeating him with a vertical suplex
WWF Champion Randy Savage and #1 Contender Yokozuna (w/ Jim Cornette) meet in the ring to sign the contract for the main event of Summerslam. A lot of tension is in the air, but both men sign the contract. Savage holds his belt up in the face of Yokozuna who then delivers a right hand and all hell breaks loose. The two start brawling while security and officials try to break them up. Eventually security muscles Savage out of the ring, but he never breaks eye contact with Yokozuna. Yokozuna, then lifts up one of the officials and slams him through the contract signing table! Savage tries to rush back into the ring, but security continues to push him out as Raw goes off the air.
