OutBreak Update
- Speaking Out -
Some reactions to what took place at The EPIDEMIC is REAL...
Mike Bennett: "The Midnight Son and 'Trent?'... Is this really the BEST we have to offer? Konley, if you'd spend less time ogling Maria and more time with your eyes on what's taking place in the ring... Well, maybe then we could take our current tag champs more seriously. You've just had a small taste of what Sinners Delight has to offer boys... Get used to staring up at the lights."
Jon Davis: "Su Yung and Anthony Nese thought they were gonna use my match as a platform to promote their Premier Athlete Brand? Not likely, buttercups! Establish dominance! That is MY message! And Nese, I will dominate YOU!"
Jay Briscoe went on a rampage of profanity that was mostly censored. But, there was no disguising his eagerness to get The Young Bucks back in the ring.
Johnny Gargano: "There's simply no mistaking the facts... I AM 'The Whole Shebang'! And now there's a golden strap on my shoulder to prove I am what I say I am!"
Adam Cole: "Well Johnny, luck was certainly smiling down on you... Don't get used to wearing that Interstate Championship belt because I plan on bringing it back home... real soon."
Steve Corino: "Winning isn't everything... That's how the old school saying goes, right? Just like that! Jimmy and I sent the American Wolves home with their tails between their legs... And if Damage Inc. wasn't a big enough threat before... Now we've got the 'Man-Beast' running with us! So, who's really the alpha pack around here?"
Bryan Danielson: "I'm making no excuses... Michael Elgin, you had my number tonight. I don't know what's worse... That I lost to a neanderthal like you... Or the fact that your idiot manager is parading around like he just won the Kentucky Derby! I came here with a plan... To win the OutBreak World Championship! And if I have to burn down the House of Truth to get there... So be it!"
Kevin Steen: Is there anyone else out there? Please... PLEASE... If Aries is the biggest challenge this company has for me... Well, that's just sad..."
Although he was satisfied with the show overall, Commissioner CM Punk expressed displeasure with the number of contests that were decided by disqualification. "I'll be reviewing the matches with my senior officials. None of the decisions will be overturned, as I feel that strips empowerment away from the referees. However, I will be addressing the actions that led to each disqualification. If I feel that the certain competitors are consistently taking liberties with the rulebook... Then I will deal with them on an individual basis."
Overall Card Rating: 2.60

Cool to see Commissioner Punk addressing the outbreak (sorry) of DQs as of late. Nice new logo! I also enjoyed the speaking out segment. This fed is coming together nicely. I greatly appreciate the kind words... I am not much for graphics and the like, but I am hoping to eventually design a separate logo for each different show... I was a little bit taken aback by the number of DQs on the last show, so I figured I would pass my own chagrin onto the Straight Edge Commish... Hopefully, he does something about it without stifling the talent itself... Many thanks for reading!
