Episode #1 Marchesa Hall & Theater; Austin, TX ...We fade up on AJ Styles standing in the ring as IP announcers, Brandon Stroud and Eamon Patton explain that 'American Pyscho' Lance Hoyt was introduced for this segment but we got AJ instead....AJ tells the crowd that he wanted the first face the 'idiots' at home and Marchesa Hall sees is his....AJ talked about how Lance deep down always wanted to be a member of the elite 'Bullet Club' that AJ is the leader of....AJ talks about Lance's accomplishments in wrestling but Lance was never quite good enough to join....
....Apparently, having heard enough, Lance strides through the curtain with his suitcase in tow and down to the ring....Lance apologizes for being late, blaming it on a delayed flight, but he's here now....If AJ wants to fight then Lance is down for that as the crowd erupts in cheers....AJ doesn't seem to keen on that idea as he explains he wasn't paid enough to wrestle tonight and isn't going to do so....
....Having said his piece, AJ turns to leave the ring but Lance pulls him back in....However, AJ executes a picture-perfect Pele Kick sending Lance to the canvas. As AJ taunts the jeering crowd, AJ lifts Lance up and nails the STYLES CLASH sending Lance face-first onto his suitcase....We go to break to calm the riotous crowd down....--In a historic first, Inspire Pro regulars, Ricky Starks battled Steve O'Reno in the opening match. Starks controlled early and hit the BUSTER KEATON for a long 2-count. However, O'Reno would reverse a drop toehold to gain control and shortly after, nail Starks with a Blue Thunder Bomb to pick up the win. --In an IP XX Division match, Angelus Layne battled Delilah Doom as IP XX stalwart, Barbi Hayden provided commentary. This seemed to upset Layne as Doom took advantage and nearly scored the pinfall with the EXCELLENT ADVENTURE but Layne rallied back and caught Doom with a Memory Lane. Doom fought out of a Bing Bang Boom by Layne but soon fell to VICTORY LAYNE for the finish. ....Afterwards, Angelus Layne grabbed the house mike and goaded Barbi Hayden to get in the ring....Angelus says of course Barbi is going to be the face of the XX division chosen by the Inspire brass....Of course, Barbi is beautiful and bubbly and gets the cheers from the fans....Angelus gets right into Barbi's face and says she's going to take all that, wrap up into a ball, put it into her fist, and then beat the living s**t out of Barbi....
....Angelus Layne rares back and slaps Barbi Hayden hard across the face....Barbi had had enough and fired back with several rapid forearms before hitting Angelus with a high knee strike that drives Angelus from the ring....We go to break as an irate Angelus Layne fumes from the rampway....--We come back from the break as Veda Scott brings War Machine (Hansen/Raymond Rowe) to the ring as they battle PPRay (Peter Avalon/Ray Rosas) in tag team action. War Machine dominated their smaller opponents as they finish off their impressive performance with WAR MACHINE on Peter Avalon for the finish. ....It's time for the Main Event but before we get started a man steps through the curtains and introduces himself as the Dark Menace, the manager of champions....He introduces his newest client, a man he guarantees will be a champion in the very near future....Out steps 'Dirty' Andy Dalton from behind Dark Menace as the two stride confidently to the ring, jawing with the fans....--In the Main Event, 'Dirty' Andy Dalton battled Rex Havoc in a great back and forth match. Dark Menace stays clear of the action for the most part until Rex locks Andy in the KILL PREY. With DMF wrestler Benett Cole at ringside distracting the referee, Dark Menace cracks Rex's skull with his cane to break the hold. Dalton capitalizes as he hauls Havoc up for the PILEDRIVER to steal a win and close the show.

That was a superb opening show for Inspire Pro! Looking forward to the inevitable encounter between Hoyt and Styles... Would've liked to see Ricky Starks pick up the win, but he got cheated by a slow count...
War Machine will also make a cool addition to the fed and it looks like you've got that XX division heating up quickly... Great stuff!
And to close out the event... What's not to like about The Dark Menace plucking up a new furture star and then turning on one of his former associates? Nice underhanded victory for Dirty Andy Dalton...
Loved the action and you've really given yourself something to build on... Thanks for sharing!

Nice first show!
Great opening with Styles & Hoyt. Perfect hook to interest the fans.
The confrontation between the XX competitors was intense.
I like that you didn't overbook, if you know what I mean. The card was balanced with a beginning, middle, and end. Everything had it's place.
Look forward to more.

Pariah, aceldamas....Thanks for the comments. I find I tend to overbook with a large roster. You will see wrestlers from other Indy sets come through but my plan is to focus on the IP roster plus a few outsiders. I think the 'hour episode' format works well with what I want to do. Again, thanks for reading.Episode #2 Marchesa Hall & Theater; Austin, TX ....We fade up on Brandon Stroud and Eamon Patton at ringside....We start the process of crowning our 1st-ever Inspire Pro champion with two tournament qualifiers tonight....Stroud states that all four Inspire Pro regulars are automatically entered in the tourney while AJ Styles is in at the request of Lance Hoyt....Patton mentions that Rex Havoc is also been granted an entry as well....
....This brings the Dark Menace to ringside....DM wants to know why Rex Havoc has been given a spot but not his DMF charge, Benett Cole....DM says that Cole has done as much as, if not more, than Havoc to earn that spot and wants Cole in the tourney....Rex Havoc comes down to ringside and says if DM wants Cole to have that spot, he'll have to earn it....Against him....Right now.... --We come back from break as Rex Havoc and Benett Cole square off for Havoc's spot in the Inspire Pro title tournament. Thanks to Dark Menace, Cole controls large portions of the match but, even after landing several high impact moves like Black Sheep Bomb and Fade to Black, Havoc was still able to survive. Somehow, Havoc hits a gutbuster and a T-bone Suplex out of nowhere to get the 3-count and earn his spot in the tournament. Afterwards, 'Dirty' Andy Dalton hits the ring and pummels Rex Havoc. Benett Cole and the Dark Menace join in as the three deliver a spike PILEDRIVER that causes Havoc to be stretchered from the ring as we go to break. --We come back with Ricochet/Tommy End vs Timothy Thatcher/Rich Swann in the ring. Brandon Stroud explains that these four were suppose to compete in two singles matches as IP title tourney qualifiers but that format went out the window thanks to the Dark Menace. Now, the winning team will get the two remaining spots. In an exciting back and forth match that popped the crowd with several high spots, Ricochet lands CHOCOLATE RAIN on Rich Swann to earn the qualifier spots for his team. ....Back from the break, it seems Ricky Starks and Eamon Patton are having a heated argument in the ring....Patton seems to shrug his shoulders, give Starks the house mike, and leave the ring....Starks complains about a slow count last week....He knows it was a slow count because the wrestling universe has tweeted him about it....Starks wants another round with Steve O'Reno in the ring right now....
....Steve O'Reno comes down and accepts the challenge....However, Starks ask him if he thinks that is happening tonight and if he does, Steve is sadly mistaken as Pinkie Sanchez blindsides O'Reno....Starks joins in on the mugging before Nick Madrid runs out to even the sides....--We come back from the break with our 2nd tag team match of the evening with Ricky Starks/Pinkie Sanchez vs Steve O'Reno/Nick Madrid. In what turned out to be a very good match, Starks/Sanchez def. O'Reno/Madrid after Starks hits a Famous Amos on O'Reno to get the pin. The story of the match was that Starks refused to get in the ring with O'Reno as O'Reno dominated Pinkie. Starks finally got in the ring after he blindsided O'Reno and controlled until the end. Afterwards, Starks/Sanchez celebrated but this budding feud looks far from over. ....Next up after the break our Main Event....IP XX Division....Barbi Hayden vs Angelus Layne.... --We are back for Hayden vs Layne just as the introduction start. This match was a hard-hitting affair as both women showed just how tough they are. Layne survived two HAYDEN HALOS while Hayden was able to battle back after getting hit with several Bing Bangs and Memory Laynes! The fans were on the edge of their seats as the two battled it out until Layne made a mistake and missed a turnbuckle charge. Barbi seized the opportunity and rolled Angelus up in a Victory Roll to secure the pinfall. However, before Barbi could get her arm raised in victory, Angelus spiked her with the VICTORY LAYNE. Angelus kept up the attack, raining fists and elbows down on Barbi but the real damage came as Angelus locked in Bing Bang Boom. Barbi went out as soon as the Koji Clutch portion of the move was applied!! Jessica James charged the ring and chased Angelus to the floor as security poured down to ringside. ....Angelus gets the house mike....She may have lost a battle tonight but it's all about winning the war....If Barbi thinks this is over, she's delusional....Angelus asks Barbi and Jessica if this is the way they want to play it because, believe it or not....She has friends too....Fade.

Bullet Club members, the Young Bucks were at ringside to lend support for their leader. The match was short but full of action as Styles survives CHOCOLATE RAIN and a double rotation moonsault after Nick Jackson put Styles' foot on the rope to break the pinfall. Ricochet started jawing with the Bucks before missing the 630 SENTON. AJ followed with the STYLES CLASH as he moves on to face Benett Cole in the Bracket Final. Afterwards, as the credits rolled, the Bullet Club surrounded Ricochet in the ring before Rich Swann and Lance Hoyt ran out to make the save.

Disappointed that The Dark Menace spoiled End's chances of advancing in the Inspire Pro Title tourney... But, AJ Styles picked up a stellar victory... And seeing Hoyt and Swann run in to make the save at the end was very cool...
Top to bottom, exciting stuff... Looking forward to more!
