My cousin just gave me some old wrestling magazines. One of them had an article about the "odd couple" tag team of "Exotic" Adrian Street and "Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant in Mid-Atlantic Wrestling. They had a match against each other, and Paul Jones saw an opportunity to attack his enemy Valiant with a cane. He missed and hit Street. Jones, Kamala, and the Assassin beat up Valiant, and Street helped Valiant clear the ring. They later had a tag match against Jones' Army that left both of their faces a proverbial "crimson mask", but Miss Linda looked gorgeous as always in a zebra-striped outfit. In the article, Valiant called them the Punk-Funk Connection. Would anyone else like to see them get color cards at the same time so we can bring Punk and Funk to the LWF? Great post! I'd love to see some of those pics. I'm not a huge fan of Boogie Woogie in the ring, but he is certainly a great candidate for a colour card, along with the great Adrian street. I love when Street wrestled as a face in the U.S- he didn't even change his character. Street is a mainstay in my HBWA fed and certainly one of the main reasons I bought this game. I don't have a way to post pics to the board so I tried searching the internet for pics. The only ones I found were on Pintrest. One is Street and Valiant posing for the camera. The other one is them with Miss Linda and Dusty Rhodes! If that sounds like a "Bizarre Bazaar", check this out. I just read online that Street teamed up with Bruiser Brody, Iron Sheik, and Terry Funk in Florida as the Royal Family managed by "King" J.J. Dillon. Can you imagine the "Exotic One" and the "Mercenary of Mayhem" Bruiser Brody as a tag team?

I just thought of another possible partner for "Exotic" Adrian Street: the "slim, trim, 217 lb. Playboy" Buddy Rose. He could have a gimmick like a latter-day "Adorable" Adrian Adonis. They could be called the Exotic Playboys and be co-managed by Miss Linda and Sherri Martel. They could even use Rose's old AWA entrance music: "Dress You Up" by Madonna. This could be a very controversial pairing, but I don't think Street would have it any other way!

I hardly used his b&w card, but since I started to use his color card he moved up the ratings quickly and has held the North American title for a bit over 6 months game time.
I had planned on using him in some sort of faction, but he took off as a single. After his title reign is over I will be looking to use him in tag team action.
