Camera shot opens on Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, and then widens to show that he is surrounded by Harley Race, Blackjack Mulligan, "Crippler" Ray Stevens, and JJ Dillon; Heenan says: "So, the NEW hired Paul Heyman to run the show, huh? What a bunch of morons. Now it's up to a guy that still thinks ponytails are cool to decide how the place should be run? Whatever. It doesn't matter. Whatever convoluted method he comes up with to decide the title picture here will only end up one way: with gold around these waists. Look at this man (points at Race). This is the toughest, most talented wrestler ever to set foot in a ring anywhere, let alone among the ham-and-eggers here in the NEW. Heyman, if you are a smart man-which I know you're not-you'd just award him the title now. What are your alternatives? That giant mongoloid Bruiser Brody? The 'high' flyer, Rob Van Dam (makes air-quotes around 'high')? That lunatic Blassie? Look, my man has held nearly 50 major titles in his career. Do the right thing, Heyman. Do the smart thing (points at his head as the picture fades...).

Video message released to media outlets, Facebook, YouTube, etc, by NEW GM Paul Heyman:
"So the WWA wants me to send them representatives to compete for their 'World Title' and 'World Tag Team Titles?' And these representatives can't compete for the NEW Heavyweight Championship or tag team belts? I suppose they expect our best? Why would I send my two best men, as well as my best tag team, when we went through the trouble to draft them, hoping they'd be the face of our brand? And now, they want the representatives right away. So, with this in mind, I've managed to procure the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia-that's right, the former ECW Arena-for tomorrow night, Friday, August 7, to hold our first event. I have an...associate...that owes me a favor. Anyway, tomorrow night, we will-in front of a short-notice, sell-out crowd, I'm predicting-crown our first tag team and heavyweight champions! Then, WWA, you can have whoever's left.
"Oh, and Bobby Heenan? I will not be bullied by you and your clients. I know you think Harley Race is the toughest man in wrestling. I already represent the toughest man in wrestling elsewhere. I don't care what Race has done in the past. This is the NEW. All that matters is what he does RIGHT NOW. He'll have the same chance as anybody else. Out with the old, and in with the NEW..."
It then shows a graphic with the first round match ups:
Kurt Angle vs. Blackjack Mulligan Freddie Blassie vs. Ricky Steamboat George Hackenschmidt vs. Tony Atlas Johnny Valentine vs. Rob Van Dam Bruiser Brody vs. Kevin Sullivan Don Muraco vs. Harley Race
Dudley Boys vs. Danny Doring & Roadkill The Killer Bees vs. London & Kendrick Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito vs. The U.S. Express The Samoan Island Tribe vs. Bad Influence

Card #1 Friday, August 7, 2015 ECW Arena
The show opens with NEW GM Paul Heyman standing in the center of the ring:
"Welcome, to the first ever card of the newly formed NEW, part of the also newly reformed WWA!" (Crowd starts chanting ECW! ECW! ECW!). "Whoa, whoa, whoa. ECW is something I'm proud of. But ECW is in the past. If you want to chant something, chant N.E.W.!" (Crowd is split between NEW and WCW). "Tonight, we will crown our first NEW Heavyweight Champion as well as our first NEW Tag Team Champions, and then decide who among this star-studded roster will be sent to Las Vegas to represent the NEW in the WWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament! You may notice that there is six first-round matchups. Does that mean the second round will be Triple Threat Matches? No. The WWA is already using Triple Threat Matches to decide the World Champion. The triple threat match was pioneered and made popular by yours truly and the WWA likes the idea enough to use it for their tourney. There are going to be eleven other tournaments going on around the world to decide the champions in the other WWA territories. NEW will stand out. Now, like I said, you may have noticed six first-round matches? You may also have noticed that a fair amount of floor seats have been cleared away? Well, the WWA isn't the only one that can steal ideas; the six men that win their first round matchups will compete, TONIGHT, in an Elimination Chamber Match for the NEW Heavyweight Championship! But now, our first match in the NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament, featuring a quartet of former 'Paul Heyman Guys!'"
NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Match The Dudley Boys vs. Danny Doring & Roadkill The Dudleys advance when Bubba Ray pins Doring after a 3-D. After the match, the Dudleys put both men through tables, until Heyman comes out. Just when it looks like he is going to chastise the Dudleys, he raises both men's hands in victory and goes backstage with them, laughing the whole way.
NEW Heavyweight Championship Tournament Match Kurt Angle vs. Blackjack Mulligan w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan As Mulligan and Heenan walked to the ring, Heenan repeated from his promo last week, "Do the smart thing, Paulie..." while pointing at his temple. Unfortunately for Heenan and Mulligan, Angle made it look easy, pinning Mulligan in a few short moves after an Angle Slam.
NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Match London & Kendrick vs. The Killer Bees Nice back and forth scientific tag match with London & Kendrick advancing when Kendrick pinned Brunzell after a Sliced Bread.
NEW Heavyweight Championship Tournament Match "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat Steamboat dominated early with his speed, but Blassie wore him down with bites to the forehead and eventually won with the Southern Neckbreaker.
NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Match The U.S. Express vs. Fuji & Saito w/Oliver Humperdink Saito pinned Windham with a Saito Suplex after Fuji threw salt in Windham's eyes.
NEW Heavyweight Championship Tournament Match "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas vs. "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt It was America vs. Russia and power vs. power in this match, but Atlas scores an upset after a Press Slam and Splash finisher.
NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Match Bad Influence vs. The Samoan Island Tribe w/Kevin Sullivan Bad Influence made short work of the Samoans when Kazarian pinned Alofa after a Sit-Down Powerbomb/Neckbreaker.
NEW Heavyweight Championship Tournament Match Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink vs. Rob Van Dam RVD was cruising until a missed Deathjump set him up for three straight Atomic Skullcrushers, advancing Valentine to the Elimination Chamber.
NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Match The Dudley Boys w/Paul Heyman vs. London & Kendrick The Dudleys seemed to have this one well in hand until Heyman ordered Bubba Ray to put London through a table, earning them a DQ loss. The fans, as well as The Dudleys, seemed confused, while Heyman laughed.
NEW Heavyweight Championship Tournament Match Bruiser Brody vs. Kevin Sullivan This match went all over the ringside area, in and out of the fan area, and even in the ring for a short time. It finally ended when Brody hit Sullivan with a Jumping Knee Drop.
NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Match Bad Influence vs. Fuji & Saito w/Oliver Humperdink The finals are now set, as Daniels pinned Fuji after the Best Moonsault Ever. After the match, Heyman comes out and announces an additional match to give the tournament competitors a few extra minutes to recuperate: "In an effort to continue to stand out among the other territories in the WWA, I'm announcing a new title that will be decided in a tournament in a few weeks: The Triple Crown. As I said earlier, the Triple Threat Match is something we came up with that revolutionized wrestling. The Triple Crown will be awarded to the man that stands out in a 27-man triple threat match tournament! Here is an exhibition of what you can look forward to-El Generico vs. Tommaso Ciampa vs. Luke Harper! Oh, and boys? The winner of this match will be the first person to qualify for the Triple Crown Tournament!"
Exhibition Triple Threat Match El Generico vs. Tommaso Ciampa vs. Luke Harper After Harper knocks Ciampa out of the ring, he turns around and walks into an exploder suplex into the turnbuckle from El Generico, who gets the 1-2-3, securing his spot in the upcoming Triple Crown tourney.
NEW Heavyweight Championship Tournament Match "The Magnificent" Don Muraco vs. Harley Race w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan This match went back and forth until Paul Heyman came out and confronted Heenan. When Race came to Heenan's aid, Muraco nailed him from behind and two Asiatic Spikes and a Hawaiian Hammer later, the former NWA World Champ was down for the count. Heyman laughs all the way to the back with Muraco, and points at his temple and says, "Who's the brain now, Bobby?" This sets the six competitors for the Elimination Chamber: Kurt Angle, Freddie Blassie, Tony Atlas, Johnny Valentine, Bruiser Brody and Don Muraco!
NEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Finals Bad Influence vs. London & Kendrick Unfortunately for London & Kendrick, The Dudleys' attack on London seemed to have taken its toll. Kendrick was forced to practically be a one-man team against Daniels & Kazarian. London eventually got in the match, but was destroyed by a reverse STO from Daniels. Bad Influence becomes the first NEW Tag Team Champions!
NEW Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber Match Kurt Angle vs. "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas vs. Johnny Valentine vs. Bruiser Brody vs. "The Magnificent" Don Muraco
Order of entry: Brody Atlas Valentine Angle Muraco Blassie
Eliminations: Atlas (by Brody) Valentine (by Muraco) Muraco (by Brody) Blassie (by Angle) Angle (by Brody) Bruiser Brody becomes the 1st NEW Heavyweight Champion!
This was the Bruiser Brody show. He dominated Atlas, pinning him after a Jumping Knee Drop before another competitor even entered the ring. Later, Muraco eliminated Valentine after a Hawaiian Hammer on the outside part of the chamber. As he celebrated, he walked into a big boot from Brody, who got the 1-2-3. Blassie did some damage to Brody, opening him up on the cage wall before falling victim to the Angle Slam. This led to the match within the match, Angle vs. Brody. Both men were bloody, and Angle German suplexed Brody through a pod wall. The end came when Angle missed a moonsault, setting him up for the Jumping Knee Drop and the three count. Angle shook Brody's hand and raised it in victory as Brody eyed him suspiciously. As Angle left the ring, Heyman came out and congratulated both men on a great match. He then told Angle, as a reward for being the last elimination, he is sending him to Vegas to represent the NEW in the WWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament! He then calls out the rest of the roster, and they line up on the ramp. He walks up and down the line, looking each man up and down. He then selects the Dudley Boys to be the Tag Team representatives, and as he's walking, he stops in front of Bobby Heenan and Harley Race. Heenan smiles and nods, saying "I knew you'd do the right thing." Heyman then looks Heenan in the eyes and says, "The NEW's final selection for the WWA World Heavyweight Championship will be...ROB VAN DAM!" as Heenan and Race go ballistic. Heyman then looks into the camera and says, "The Dudley Boys. Kurt Angle. RVD. All former 'Paul Heyman' guys. Go figure..." as we fade to black...

Thanks, Joe! Can't wait to read yours!
Card #2 Wednesday Night Havoc Wednesday, August 12, 2015 Madison Square Garden New York, New York
The show opens with NEW GM Paul Heyman coming down to the ring. He first introduces the announce team that will handle match commentary and interviews for the NEW, Gorilla Monsoon & Joey Styles! Both men came down to a huge ovation and took their seats at ringside. Heyman then continues: "Next week, right here on Havoc, we will crown our TV Champion. How, you ask? A 10-Man Gauntlet Match! And which ten NEW superstars will be the participants? I'm going to be fair. In the spirit of competition, as well as a way to give everyone a reason to make tonight's television debut as good as it can possibly be, the first ten men tonight that show me something will be the competitors in next week's Gauntlet Match! If it's the first ten men, so be it. Let's get started!"
Match #1 Tommaso Ciampa vs. Mike Graham Ciampa controlled the majority of this match, after a botched moonsault by Graham. Ciampa spoils Graham's NEW debut with running knees in the corner. (*) Heyman, watching from the entrance ramp, shrugs and walks away.
Match #2 Brian Kendrick vs. "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels Kendrick had something to prove against one half of the tag champs, as he and partner Paul London were the losers of the tourney final. Unfortunately for him, he never got an offensive move in, as Daniels showed exactly why he's a champion. Daniels hit two Death Valley Drivers, a Last Rites, a reverse STO, and finally put Kendrick away after a second Angel's Wings finisher. (Dud) Paul Heyman strolled out on the ramp with a mic: "Daniels. You're in." He then gave a thumbs up and walked away.
Match #3 Triple Crown Championship Tournament Qualifying Match Val Venis vs. Luke Harper vs. Kevin Sullivan While the real story in this match seemed to be the violence with which Harper and Sullivan attacked each other, Venis stole a victory by rolling Harper up from behind while he was swinging away. Venis joins El Generico as the first two qualifiers for the Triple Crown Tournament. After the match, Harper and Sullivan brawled all the way to the back.
Match #4 The Killer Bees vs. The Blackjacks (Mulligan & Dillon) w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan Heenan's new Blackjacks win their first match as a team, but not without controversy. The Bees cut the ring in half and kept Dillon isolated for the majority of the match, until an angry Mulligan attacked B. Brian Blair while Heenan distracted the referee. Mulligan viciously slammed Blair to the mat and rolled Dillon on top. The ref turned away from Heenan and counted the 1-2-3. Brunzell argued and pleaded with the ref as we cut to commercial.
Match #5 "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek vs. Danny Hodge Nice back-and-forth match, but still not as competitive as it seemed on paper. Pesek was in control for most of the match, and made a worn-down Hodge tap to a lateral press keylock. (**) Heyman appeared on the jumbotron: "Pesek, be ready for the gauntlet match next week!"
We go backstage, where Joey Styles is standing with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan is standing with Harley Race. Styles asks Heenan how he feels about the bad blood that has seemed to develop between the Heenan Family and GM Paul Heyman. An unusually calm Heenan replies, "I've talked to Mr. Heyman. I've talked to Harley. Harley's just here to wrestle and prove he's the best. If Heyman is serious about making this one of the flagship territories in the WWA, he'll see the light. He wants to be taken seriously? He wants to make money? He'll be a professional and squash this and do the right thing."
Match #6 The U.S. Express (Barry Windham & Mike Rotundo) vs. Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito w/Oliver Humperdink Emotions ran high in this rematch from last week's NEW Tag Team Title Tournament, as Fuji & Saito won when Fuji threw salt in Windham's eyes. Windham was looking to exact revenge, and he and Rotundo came in a house afire, delivering drop kicks and bodyslams. The ref got things under control and the match was started. Both teams took turns on the offensive, but it was when Fuji and Windham were the legal men that things broke down again. Unfortunately for Windham, this match ended similarly to the last one, with Fuji throwing salt in his eyes. Fortunately for Windham, however, the referee caught it this time, and the U.S. Express won by DQ. After the bell, a very red-eyed Windham grabbed a mic: "Fuji, I'm getting real sick and tired of this crap! Mike and I challenge the two of you, next week on Havoc, to a Street Fight!"
Match #7 "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt vs. "Crippler" Ray Stevens w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan Another man looking to impress in his debut match, the Crippler attacked Hackenschmidt before the bell. Unfortunately for him, the "Russian Lion's" strength was too much to overcome, even with some help from Heenan. Hackenschmidt wins with the single leg pickup and slam. (**1/2) After the bell, Heyman came out and declared Hackenschmidt as another participant in the TV Title Gauntlet Match.
Match #8 "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas Blassie wins after tearing Atlas open with several bites to the forehead. (**) He continues to attack after the bell, until Ricky Steamboat runs in and chases him off. Steamboat is apparently still hot about Blassie's tactics that put "The Dragon" out of the Heavyweight Title Tournament. Steamboat then challenges Blassie to a match next week, only to be interrupted by Heyman: "Hold on there, 'Dragon,' Mr. Blassie will already be busy with the Gauntlet Match next week! And you have a match to prepare for. If you do a decent job, maybe you'll get your hands on him in that Gauntlet Match... Oh, and Atlas? Why not? You're in too!"
Match #9 "Handsome" Harley Race w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan vs. D'Lo Brown Race put on a clinic in this one, suplexing Brown all over the ring. Unfortunately, the match ended in a DQ win for Race when a frustrated Brown shoves the referee. (*) Heyman comes out and says, "Finally! Somebody who has really shown me something!" Race and Heenan smile, as Heyman continues, "Congratulations, D'Lo!" as Race and Heenan become irate.
Match #10 Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. "The Magnificent" Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman Match of the night so far! Steamboat & Muraco traded offense back and forth. Muraco kicked out of two Flying Crossbody finishers. Steamboat survived an Asiatic Spike and a Hawaiian Hammer. Steamboat won with a jumping chop. (***1/2) An excited Heyman shows up on the jumbotron: "That's the kind of excitement I'm looking for! You're both in!"
Match #11 Non-Title Match NEW Heavyweight Champion Bruiser Brody vs. Samu w/Kevin Sullivan Brody steamrolls Samu, who never gets a punch in. Brody threw him to the arena floor and bounced him all over the ringside area before mercifully putting him away with the Jumping Knee Drop.

Card #3 Wednesday Night Havoc Wednesday, August 19, 2015 Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, Long Island, NY
The show begins with NEW GM Paul Heyman coming to the ring: "It's been brought to my attention that several of the superstars here in the NEW want to know who is the #1 contender to the NEW Heavyweight and Tag Team Championships. Moreover, it's been brought to my attention that several superstars believe it's them. Well, let me put that to rest right now. As far as the Tag Team Title Contenders-the winner of tonight's Street Fight between the U.S. Express and Fuji & Saito will be the number one contender! On to the Heavyweight Title. As of right now, since we only have a few shows under our belt, the #1 Contender to the NEW Heavyweight Championship is the returning Kurt Angle! Kurt was the last man eliminated in the Elimination Chamber Match, so it's only fair that he be the first to challenge for the title. After that, we'll be going by won-loss records for the rankings. So, having settled that, Mr. Angle will be the very first challenger for the title at our very first PPV, NEW presents...Brooklyn Brawl at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn, NY on Sunday, September 6! Also, I'd like to-" Heyman is interrupted by Bobby "The Brain" Heenan and his client, Harley Race: Heenan: "Heyman, Heyman, Heyman. You've had the chance to do the right thing, time and time again, and you continue to choose to ignore this man. This man! The toughest man in the NEW-hell, the entire WWA! Well, now your little mongoloid, camouflaged morons, the Dudleys, aren't here to protect you. Maybe now you'll see things our way..." Race grabs Heyman by the shirt and pulls him in for a punch, only to have the Dudley Boys rush the ring! The Dudleys doubleteam Race until the Blackjacks hit the ring, and Heyman and the Dudleys bail out. Heyman: "Alright, Heenan-you've got my attention now. The boys here are in town for a couple more weeks, but tonight? Tonight, they'll be showing why they're the best tag team in the world, as they're going up against your Blackjacks! Oh, and that match is right now!"
Match #1 Non-Title Match WWA World Tag Team Champions The Dudley Boys w/Paul Heyman vs. The Blackjacks w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan The Dudleys show why they're the best, isolating Dillon and destroying him, pinning him after a Bubba Bomb. After the match, Bubba hoisted him up in a bear hug, while D-Von delivered a clothesline in a familiar tag team move. Heyman looks into the camera and says, "Jimmy Hart-THAT is how you give a Hart Attack!"
Match #2 Mike Graham vs. Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink Valentine makes short work of Graham, pinning him after an Atomic Skullcrusher.
Match #3 Triple Crown Tournament Qualifying Match Paul London vs. Kazarian vs. Ray "The Crippler" Stevens w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan London advances, pinning Stevens after a 450 Splash, after Kazarian laid him out with a Shining Wizard. After the match, the Dudleys run in with a table and 3-D Stevens through it, as Heenan runs for help.
Match #4 El Generico vs. Val Venis In this matchup between two men that have qualified for the Triple Crown Tournament, Generico came out on top with a Brainbustaaaah!
Match #5 "Handsome" Harley Race w/Bobby "The Brain: Heenan vs. "Jumping" Jim Brunzell Race takes out his aggressions and completely destroys Brunzell, finally, mercifully, putting him away with a piledriver.
Match #6 Luke Harper vs. Kevin Sullivan These two lunatics picked up their brawl where they left off last week, and this one quickly degenerated to an uncontrollable mess. Harper wins by DQ when Sullivan hit him with a chair. After the bell, Sullivan hits him with the chair several more times and then drags him off by his hair.
Match #7 Triple Crown Tournament Qualifying Match B. Brian Blair vs. Brian Kendrick vs. Matt Sydal This match was truly anybody's, as each man had several near falls. Sydal advances in his NEW debut after pinning Kendrick with a roll up. (Note: Each man had at least 5 tokens). This sets four of the nine spots for the Triple Crown Tournament with El Generico, Val Venis, Paul London, and Sydal.
Match #8 Street Fight U.S. Express (Windham & Rotundo) vs. Fuji & Saito w/Oliver Humperdink Suddenly, after tonight's announcement that the winner will be the #1 Contender to the NEW Tag Titles, this match took on new meaning. While Windham & Rotundo got some measure of revenge with Rotundo pinning Fuji after an Airplane Spin, Fuji once again threw salt in Windham's eyes. Styles made the comment that Windham should start wrestling with goggles...
Match #9 Gauntlet Match for the NEW TV Title Rob Van Dam vs. "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels vs. Kurt Angle vs. D'Lo Brown vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. "The Magnificent" Don Muraco vs. "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt vs. "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek vs. "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas
Order of Entry: Atlas & Brown Muraco Pesek Hackenschmidt Steamboat Angle Daniels RVD Blassie
Eliminations: Atlas pins Brown after a Press Slam & Splash finisher Muraco puts Atlas away with the Hawaiian Hammer (not before Atlas puts 3 tokens on him) Muraco eliminates Pesek in 3 moves with the Hawaiian Hammer Hack defeats an exhausted Muraco with the single leg pickup and slam Hack makes Steamboat submit to the Russian Bear Hug Angle makes Hack tap to the Ankle Lock Angle beats Daniels by Countout when Daniels refuses to reenter the ring RVD pins Angle after a Van Daminator that the ref somehow missed on the outside Blassie pins RVD after a Southern Neckbreaker to become the first NEW TV Champion!
The show ends with Heyman presenting Blassie with the TV Title as the crowd boos.
