PRIMUS
10.14.2121 from Primus Rock Amphitheatre
- Beginning of The End -
"We have taken the images that Aegis presented us in the Nightmare Matrix to map out where they are hiding Trisis. The numbers flashed must be her room. Take a ship and as many of my undead as you need. Bring me back my bride."
- What We See -
The primitives of Planet Primus are excited at the thought of Paganax getting his hands on General Rankor again. Primus Rock Amphitheater looks the same as last time, the huge Holotron behind the ring giving everyone a clear view of what happens in the ring.
Mr. Bloat vs. Nemean
Nemean defeated Mr. Bloat with HUNGER STRIKE at 6:16
Match Rating: 2.00
Nemean bounces back from his lose at Schism although it didn't look promising for most of the match. Nemean foolishly tries to start the match with a Nemean World Beater but Bloat is too big. Mr. Bloat takes control walking all over Nemean with the Organ Gringer and then locks in CRUEL AND UNUSUAL. Bloat nearly is disqualified for the forehead carving he administered to Nemean but stopped at the refs final warning. Nemean fought his way out of a rib breaker to execute a Nemean Super Twister Press that sent Bloat to the outside. Nemean tries to follow up with a tope suicida but Bloat catches him with CRUEL AND UNUSUAL out of midair! Nemean escapes and manages to power Bloat up with an Olympic Slam through the announcers table! Nemean crawls back in the ring content with getting a count out victory but Bloat is making his way back in the ring. Nemean hits HUNGER STRIKE on Bloat as he makes his way through the ropes, and makes the pin for the win.

The Dead Nemesis floats ominously above Centra Prime airspace over the Tarkanian Sea. The vessel points towards Centrapolis but makes no attempt to attack or enter, surely knowing the fate it would meet. Regardless ROC officials take no chances and send a pair of fighter ships to "greet" the dead ship. They arrive with weapons drawn demanding the ship return to Antilia at once. Nothing happens. Again the demand goes out with no action from the ship. Finally the ROC demand to speak with the Captain of the Dead Nemesis but again no response. Cautiously they decide to board the ship checking from bow to stern for any undead threat or hostile being but finding nothing, never realizing the threat had already landed.
The Others vs. Sycophant and Master
Odyssey defeated PainMaster with CHRONOFLOW at 0:30
Match Rating: 0.10
Two moves! The Others take advantage of a distracted PainMaster and hit a perfectly timed Timeline (Springboard flying kicks from opposite ropes). Omni goes for the pin but PainMaster faintly kicks out. Odyssey quickly decks Sycophant sending him off the ring apron and gets together with Omni for CHRONOFLOW getting the fast win.

Esperanto vs. Gheist
Esperanto defeated Gheist via No Contest at 0.00
Esperanto stood in the ring ready for a fight. Welts still visible on his neck from the despicable act of Rankor, Esperanto was all business. Gheist music played but no one comes out. The aCe crew would start his music three times but the Spiritual Assassin never appeared. The ref administered a 20 count and then awarded a clearly frustrated Esperanto the win.

As the ROC members radioed down to headquarters that no one was aboard the ship the calls started coming in. Pockets of undead had been reported around St. Prometheus, the Thirsty Neighbor Tavern, Southern Sun Memorial Hall and even in the streets outside of ROC Headquarters. CPPD and ROC were dispatched to each of these locations with Blue Steel members doing their part to help but more and more calls come in reporting little pockets of undead, spreading the groups thin.
NuBorn Destruction vs. Light Brigade
Lance At-Las defeated Warfare with MARS MANHANDLER at 14:33
Match Rating: 3.00
This match was made immediately after the interaction between the two teams in the main event of Schism.
At-Las worked over Tekaro's arm in the opening moments of the bout, taking the Antilian Warrior off his game. Light Brigade did an excellent job cutting off the ring and keeping NuBorn Destruction on their heels. Northstar hit a near perfect FLASH OF BRILLIANCE that would have sealed Tekaro's fate had Warfare not intervened. Aspin would show signs of inexperience, almost costing his team dearly when he tried unsuccessfully to hit a NORTHERN STAR SUPLEX on Warfare. He made up for it by ducking out of the WARHAMMER running the course of the ring up the turnbuckle and jumping off with a springboard backflip inverted DDT. At-Las quickly tagged in and hit MARS MANHANDLER for the victory.

Not wanting to cause an all out panic officials tried the best they could to keep the zombie invasion under wraps, hoping their best soldiers would be able to put the incursion down. Sadly that was no the case and an emergency broadcast was sent out.
"We interrupt this program. This is a national emergency. Hordes of undead are on the loose in Centrapolis. We ask that you remain calm and indoors until this matter is resolved. If you have a bunker or panic room, we advise getting to these places as quickly as possible."
Trisis looked on worried as the emergency broadcast gave way to the aCe PRIMUS show.
"Should we be leaving?"
She asked one of the two ROC guards on duty to protect her.
"Don't worry ma'am, we are safe. We have undercover operatives masquerading as orderlies all over this building, we're on the fifth floor so we have the high ground and the ROC is mere blocks away if we need back up. No one is getting through that door."

Darkseed vs. Scorch
Darkseed defeated Scorch with BELLY OF THE BEAST at 4:25
Match Rating: 1.75
Scorch requested this match after not seeing any action in their last encounter. That would not be the case here.
The two meet in the middle of the ring to jaw jack at each other when Darkseed picks Scorch up for a rib crusher. Scorch fights his way out and plants two big boots in Darkseed's face. Darkseed roared back with a backbreaker rack and a powerbomb over the top rope and to the floor! Not content to getting a count out win Darkseed left the ring to fight some more, brawling up and down the amphitheatre's natural steps. Darkseed would come out on top of the ringside brawl and end it in rather quick fashion with BELLY OF THE BEAST.

Avarice had been pacing in his room on the ROC ship all afternoon leading up to the event. He knew if he had any chance of winning his match tonight and getting back in the title picture, he and Aegis had to be on the same page. With just two matches to go until they were up, the Blackheart finally musters the courage to go see his partner.
"Aegis" he started. "Avarice." Aegis said back in a blunt tone.
"I want to apologize for my actions the last few months. They were...unbecoming of a champion. I should have shown you the proper respect you deserve."
Aegis wasn't buying it.
"Cut the crap, Avarice. I know why you're here and what you're trying to achieve. I don't like you and you don't like me and that's fine. It is what it is. But we are both ROC. We are the same team. I will have your back out there, you can count on that."
Avarice nodded.
"Ok then. I'll see you out there, partner."
"Ok then. I'll see you out there, partner."
Shepard and Gabriel vs. Murdok and Zombie Nation
Rotwurm defeated Shepard with FLESH FEAST at 9:33
Match Rating: 2.75
Shepard kept taunting Murdok to start the match with him but the Harvester didn't flinch, instead letting Zombie Nation do his dirty work the entire time. Noxious would attack Shepard from behind and the match was underway. The makeshift Cathedral team weren't on the same page at the outset but gelled nicely as the match went on. Shepard would make several attempts to get Murdok in the match but to no avail which would be his undoing. Three quarters of the way through the match Murdok dropped off the ring apron and walked to the back. Shepard stopped his offense, perched himself on the second turnbuckle hurling insults at The Harvester to come back and fight. This allowed Rotwurm to recover and clamp on the FLESH FEAST! Noxious quickly joined and Shepard struggled to free himself with no success. Gabriel could see his partner in trouble and ran in to help kicking Noxious in the head. Noxious would let go momentarily to claw at Gabriel's eyes and send him out of the ring. He quickly would rejoin his partner and Shepard tapped to fight another day.

Another Emergency Broadcast had just ended causing Trisis to miss the outcome of the Darkseed/Scorch match. That was the furthest thing from her mind at this time. "That was the second EBS message are you sure we should not be making our way to a safer location?"
Trisis asked sternly.
Her guards hadn't been paying attention to the chatter on their radio for most of the night, turning down the volume to pay attention to the PRIMUS show.
Trisis asked sternly.
Her guards hadn't been paying attention to the chatter on their radio for most of the night, turning down the volume to pay attention to the PRIMUS show.
"Let me check in with HQ to see what the status is."
He turned the volume up on the radio to loud screams of "Fall Back! Fall Back!" and general chaos across the board. Asking for an update got no response, neither did a request for back up to CGH. Worried he turned his attention to the operatives inside the hosptial.
"I need a status update from anyone listening, anyone at all."
A few moments later someone responded.
"They are coming from the roof and from the lobby, they are lazer focused with a sort of tunnel vision. They're not wasting time feeding on what the kill, nor are they spreading out. They are all headed in one direction."

"What direction is that??" he asked terrified of the answer.
"The same direction we're headed sir...right to you."
Godsend vs. Ventross
Ventross defeated Godsend via Disqualification at 8:34
Match Rating: 3.50
Following the logic of Centra Underground, Godsend challenged Ventross in tho hopes of catapulting himself to the front of the line for a title shot if Ventross captured the title.
The match starts fast with Ventross telegraphing a big boot that Godsend slithered under only to pop up with 3 Godsend Super Backdrops. The demon tries for a side slam but Ventross elbows his way out. Godsend would fight back with The Realm Eternal and another Godsend Super Backdrop. Like a man obsessed he kept going back to the side slam but each time Ventross would fight his way out hitting a maneuver that would rock the Demon. Both men would find themselves outside the ring at several points in the match both risking disqualifications each time.
Things got tense when Godsend locked in SPEAK OF THE DEVIL and Nemean made his way to ringside and up on the apron yelling at Godsend that his spells had no business ruining the championship opportunity of Ventross. Godsend took exception to this and decked Nemean off the apron. Ventross took this breather and made the best of it, launching himself at Godsend with a flying shoulder spear that sent both men to the outside floor. It was at this time the aCe tag team champions attacked bringing about the disqualification.
POST MATCH
The Hellraisers motives for interfering were unclear, maybe feeling Nemean's involvement justified an attack of their own. Nevertheless, the ref awarded Ventross the victory as the Hellraisers took their pound of flesh. The Others would run down to make the save and an all out brawl between Nemean, The Others, Godsend and The Hellraisers was on! Ventross evenutally would recover and turn the tide in the favor of the Ravagers as The Dominion would retreat yelling out threats.

ROC operatives flanked the hallway leading to the room of Trisis, guns at the ready for whatever was about to happen. The Zombies attacked in waves but were mowed down in pretty fast order. Trisis sat behind her guards as they stood waiting but praying nothing came through the door. Then it happened. The lights in CGH went out. For thirty seconds everything was dark until backup generators kicked in. When they did in the middle of the hallway stood the Spiritual Assassin. The ROC operatives fired shot after shot but Gheist deflected them with his sword while throwing his jagged star weapons cutting them down one by one. From inside Trisis's room it sounded like a war and then nothing but silence. One of the guards slowly crept to the door to peak through the window seeing nothing but dead bodies. Horrified he turned to Trisis and his partner.
"They're dead. They're all dead."
His partner refused to believe him and went to look himself. Slowly he approached the window. When he looked he saw something completely different - the face of Gheist on the opposite side of the glass staring right back at him. The Spiritual Assassin hits him with the "dead lights" and calmly tells him to open the door. He obliges, getting a sword ran through him for his troubles. As he falls to the ground he hears Trisis scream and the announcers on TV declare Zombie Nation and Murdok winners of the match.

Aegis and Avarice vs. Nicodemus and Hybrid
Nicodemus defeated Avarice with NUCLEAR WINTER at 10:17
Match Rating: 2.75
Aegis and Nicodemus start the match with a collar and elbow tie up. Nicodemus goes for a wristlock smash that Aegis counters with a spinning elbow smash. Nicodemus quickly rolls out of the ring knowing the devastation of that move. Aegis isn't playing games and follows the aCe champion to the floor leading to a four man brawl that Nicodemus comes out of on top. Nicodemus is in control repeatedly dropping Aegis with spinebuster after spinebuster, wrecking havoc on the ROC leaders back. Aegis eventually makes the hot tag to Avarice who comes in all business springboarding off the top rope with Power of Greed. Nicodemus tries taking a powder after a Tiger Driver but Avarice drags the champ in by his feet for another. Avarice is in firm control until he telegraphs a charge into the turnbuckle that Nicodemus gets a boot up for. He quickly tags in Hybrid who hits the Blackheart with a Downburst. He manages to kick out of one POISON DRIVER but Aegis makes the save after the second.
Around this time Lance At-Las sprints to the ring hops up on the apron and whispers in Aegis's ear. Without pause the two take off immediately running to the back not to be seen for the rest of the night! Hybrid works over Avarice until missing a diving head butt. Avarice crawls to his corner only to see his partner not there and he realizes he's on his own! He puts up a good fight even almost gets a win with 7th SIN but Nicodemus makes the save. Hybrid eventually takes over and nearly ends it with a sloppy running tackle but Nicodemus demands he tag in adding insult to injury with NUCLEAR WINTER.

Paganax and Darkness Falls vs. General Rankor and Shock Syndicate
Flatliner defeated Krypt with SHOCK AND AWE at 18:05
Match Rating: 3.50
In a night filled with twists and turns the main event offered the biggest of them all. In similar fashion to the handicapped tag match earlier in the evening, Paganax demanded Rankor start the match with him. The Mad Scientist would laugh this off sending Holocaust to do battle. For nearly eighteen minutes Paganax, Darkness Falls and Shock Syndicate would throw everything they had at each other trying to get the victory (Shock Syndicate and Krypt were especially worse for wear taking the brunt of Shock to the System twice). Then things took a turn for the weird. Holocaust clotheslined Krypt to the floor only to be dragged out by the Primian. Jakyll and Flatliner would join in the fight and the two tag teams fought all over ringside.
Then Rankor made his move.
The Traitor climbed through the ropes opposite Paganax. The natives roared at the sight of the two bitter enemies standing across from each other. Paganax wasted no time running and hitting a Primal Scream only to go through Rankor! It had been a holograph the entire time! The kick through "Rankor" triggered the Holotron to show the images of war machines Paganax saw inside the Nightmare Matrix at Deep-Six. The General would appear on screen after from Syndicate Headquarters.

The General would appear on screen after from Syndicate Headquarters.
"Did you really think I'd risk my health in a six man tag in front of those savages? I knew you were dumb Paganax but not brain dead. No I am safe and sound coming to you live from my part of the planet, which you will never see. I'm rescinding my offer to host the next show, Paganax. Or rather, I'm holding it hostage. You have until the next show to convince one other member of the aCe committee to add me to the main event. I know you are DYING to see what I've done to your beloved planet. I'll even give you a peak!"
Rankor walks to the curtain behind his desk and peels it back ever so slightly showing the rows and rows of war machines Paganax saw in his vision. He quickly drops it and speaks again.
"I know you want to see the rest, Paganax. Oh you might want to watch out."
His warning was too late. Holocaust levels him with a clothesline that sends him out of the ring. The match continues with Krypt falling to SHOCK AND AWE giving the win to the Judas Syndicate. Rankor spoke again.
"The main event, Paganax, I want in. And then you get to see everything I've done!"
The holotron goes dark as Paganax stands outside the ring contemplating what Rankor has said.
