another good show. see no need to stop Christian is still strong as the roster seems to shifting with some wins. Splatter still causing havoc Thank you as always! By mentioning Christian, you reminded me of something Pariah brought up not that long ago about how I've worked my bootlegs into the GWF story. I didn't respond then because I knew the "shutdown" was coming, but now I can say when I came back and saw things were still as active as ever, and that there were so many characters to come, it internally started to trigger some endpoints for my characters. None of them are going away anytime soon, but some of the 5 left (Christian, Asteroid, Meteor, Slicer & Cultist) are done when I catch up to real-time (Oct '96--1 year away!), some will have really cool storyline swerves, and all will be treated with realistic ends to their legacies. That said, I'm toying with starting a "Hall of Fame" as part of my anniversary celebration--is that possible to do 10 years in, or should I give it more time?

As long as a guy had a HoF caliber career 10 years is long enough. The question is do you put in just one a year or multiple inductees. It comes down to if you think you have enough to do multiple year after year.

It comes down to if you think you have enough to do multiple year after year. I was toying with one solo wrestler and one tag team every year. While typing this I guess I realized I could probably skip one if necessary, or do two of one category if there isn't someone in the second category to go in. I think in thinking forward, the tag teams might dry up quickly, at least for HOF caliber. I'll probably do it, and see what happens if I get into trouble later...lol.

GWF Chaos 10/1/95 The Coliseum, Rome, Italy, Earth
Match 1: U.S. Patriot w/ Ms. Liberty vs. Thunder
A huge round of applause for the Patriot, making his return after Vigilante's attempted injury at War Games. His back isn't healed though, as Thunder finds out by targeting the sore area. U.S.'s back can't handle the punishment and he ends up submitting in the AETHRAN ARK.
Match 2: Jack of Diamonds vs. Gemini w/ Count Necros
Gemini gets some revenge for being piledriven onto the floor a couple of weeks ago by outwrestling JoD and getting the three count. Expecting extra-curriculars, Killer Queen runs to the ring, but Necros and Gemini are content with the win and leave without incident.
Backstage: U.S. Patriot
Medical staff is working on U.S.'s back in the hallway when Vigilante walks by. Without breaking stride, Viiglante pushes the Patriot into the wall and continues on his way.
Locker Room: King Lear
The big man hears a knock on the door. In enters Cultist, who offers Splatter's services as protection from Dreadnaught. Lear stands up, points to the door, and tells Cultist under no circumstances does he need protection, "especially from you!"
Match 3: Vengeance vs. Meteor
Vengeance plays with his food too much, and during an out of ring brawl Dreadnaught comes ringside. Dreadnaught jaws at the Aethran, distracting him enough for Meteor to recover. Unfortunately, Meteor uses his energy to slam Vengeance into the post, causing him to lose the match by DQ.
Match 4: Freaks (Mutant & Creeper) w/ Krakan vs. Superiority Complex (Prodigy & Skinhead) w/ Morpheus
SC wins in a squash, and afterwards grabs the mic and demands For Hire give them the title shot they deserve.
Backstage: Defender of the Realm
DotR approaches U.S. Patriot and tells him he has a lot of guts for coming back from his injury early. Defender lets the Patriot know that he'll keep an eye out for Vigilante since he's been brutalized by him too.
Match 5: Defender of the Realm vs. Deathknight II
DotR wins the match easily, but Vigilante runs out afterward and gives him Police Brutality, telling the hero to stay out of his business.
Backstage: Deathknight II
After his defeat, DK is jumped by Bishop Hell, who is screaming "Why did you lose to him? Why did you beat me?" Security and several wrestlers break up the fight, but the Bishop is angered beyond comprehension. He randomly grabs someone out of the crowd of separators, which happens to be Reptillo, and drags him to the ring.
Match 6: Bishop Hell vs. Reptillo
It doesn't take long for Bishop Hell to put down his opponent, and does so with HELLFIRE. His anger hasn't subsided, and he grabs the burnt lizard man and makes him taste flame again. The screams disturb everyone in the arena for a while, except for Bishop Hell who has an odd look in his eyes. Reptillo is taken out on a stretcher.
Ring: Cultist
After his earlier rebuff by King Lear, Cultist brings Darkos out to tell the big man "if you're not with us, you are against us." King Lear comes out to remind the duo that he can take care of himself. Darkos tells him he can prove that by beating Splatter right now.
Match 7: King Lear vs. Splatter w/ Cultist & Darkos
Splatter comes out and completely dominates King Lear in victory, shocking everyone but Cultist and Darkos. Cultist grabs the mic and tells Dreadnaught that he's next.
