IGA I
American Legion, New York City, NY
— Matt Striker opens the show and thanks everyone for joining IGA as they create history tonight. As he runs down the card, George Gatton's music hits and he comes down to the ring prematurely. He demands Sriker to leave. The fans boo Gatton as Striker leaves. Fred Yehi quickly turns things around as he runs down to the ring.
I. Fred Yehi vs. George Gatton — Yehi makes short work of Gatton and puts him away via Uzamaki Special. As Gatton begins to leave, Yehi extends his hand to him; however, Gatton pushes Yehi and leaves the ring. Yehi celebrates his victory and then leaves.
II. The All Night Express vs. Milk Chocolate — ANX stay on offense for the majority of the match. The finish comes when King and Titus hit both members of Milk Chocolate, Brandon Watts and Randy Summers, with the One Night Stand. ANX celebrate with the fans in the crowd.
III. Sara Del Rey vs. Tomoka Nakagawa — This is not your standard "piss break during a women's match" match. Both ladies bring down the house! After going back and forth throughout the match, it's SDR that picks up the win via the Cross Armbreaker.
— Before the next match, Chris Hero comes out and expresses how he is the "greatest of all time." He says this will be the summer that he defeats all the legends of wrestling. He then calls out an aged Johnny Saint. He taunts the British wrestler and starts the match with a cheap shot. The fans give Hero major heat.
IV. Chris Hero vs. Johnny Saint — Hero punishes Saint, nearly beheading him with the Cyclone Kill! Hero, once he is done toying with the legend, finishes him with a sick Cravate Buster. Martin Stone runs down to the ring and helps Saint to the back.
V. IGA Championship: Lance Hoyt vs. Matt Cross vs. Rude Boy Riley vs. Robert Anthony vs. Martin Stone vs. Tommaso Ciampa — The first elimination comes when Martin Stone experiences Project Ciampa. "The Sicilian Psychopath" doesn't last long, though. Matt Cross goes on a streak and eliminates Ciampa with a Shooting Star Press, Robert Anthony with Death From Above, and Rude Boy Riley with a Scorpion Deathlock. After eliminating three opponents, Matt Cross doesn't have much left in the tank. In the end, Hoyt shatters Matt Cross' dream of capturing gold by destroying him with every big move in his arsenal, finishing him with a massive 'Texas' Lariat. Lance Hoyt becomes the first IGA World Champion!
— As Hoyt celebrates with the gold strap, Matt Cross calls for a microphone. Cross tells Hoyt that he should be the one standing there with the IGA World Championship. Cross, out of breath, makes sure Hoyt is reminded that the champion only beat one person; Matt Cross put away three. Cross finishes by demanding a rematch. Hoyt laughs as the show ends.
