The year is 2119 and the GWF is under new ownership. The first order of business was the commissioning of two brand new title belts - renamed the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship and Galaxian Tag Team Championship. There has been a lot of shuffling in the roster due to proposed salary cutbacks and a complete image overhaul. The inaugural champions were chosen by committee and are as follows: Galaxian Heavyweight Champion: EndgameGalaxian Tag Team Champions: Havoc and ParalyzeGWF Interplanetary Champion: The Amazing MannGWF Women's Champion: PhantasyGet ready for the Galaxian Wrestling Federation's New Beginning! NB01 - A NEW BEGINNING from Deimos, MarsColonizers vs. First WatchEpoch wants to gain an early foothold in this new era and forms a team with his submissive subject, Slave Beast. They will face the misunderstood duo from Equuleus. Anivar's brazen attitude will serve as counterpoint to the more reserved personality of the backwards aging Tauran.Sly Drury vs. SwitchbladeThantos did not have to look far to find Drury, a mercenary from his own homeworld of Maffei II. In his official debut, the newcomer will try to contend with the high risk style of the Centaurian, Switchblade.Shann-Ra vs. She DevilDespite her previous affiliation with the Greatest Show in the Galaxy, She Devil is looking to forge a new path for her career. Not caring about the perception of others, Shann-Ra has formed a loose alliance with Vin Strutter and wants to make an example of the Show's defector.Stars & Stripes vs. TroubleshootersAlthough rough around the edges, American Guy remains popular with the working class, along with his charismatic partner, U.S. Male. Their rivals, Muss and The Bomb, possess pure talent that is second to none. Many expect this to be a heated conflict and the respective managers of the two teams, Latasha and Phantasy, will probably play a role.- Cosmic Cage Match - Kill Prey vs. SwarmBoth of these men prefer to let their actions do the talking and they will get their chance inside the cage. Swarm, the Yellow and Black Attack from Andromeda, likes to start in high gear and move toward a fast finish. In contrast, the Orion hunter, Kill Prey, prefers to stalk his opponents in order to strip away their defenses before putting them down.- Galaxian Tag Team Championship - Havoc and Paralyze (c) vs. GuardiansThe Gladiators have sported some of the greatest teams in GWF history and this era will be no exception. Already, the championship committee have recognized their ability by awarding them the tag belts. Many are surprised that Reckless and Valour have not returned to the Second Realm, but the Guardians proclaim they are prepared to end this Aethran reign before it gets started.- Titan Death Match - Bloodline vs. EncubusBloodline did not take long to change his colors when he discovered the truth. Star Warrior is his father and Thantos has used that fact to torture the first family of Cetus for years. The Gamemaster's son, Encubus, is eager to step into the spotlight and this encounter should have major ramifications in the current title picture.- Galaxian Heavyweight Championship - Endgame (c) vs. DisasterLittle is known about Endgame, but there is no denying that he is considered a perfect athlete. He blends agility and power with a repertoire of high impact moves. He will need everything at his disposal if he wants to defeat one of the most feared Gladiators in history. Disaster is exactly what his name implies to virtually everyone that he meets inside the ring. Whoever walks out the winner here will truly deserve the reward.* Not sure how I'm going to approach this yet... My plan is to play one year of this fed for every two years in my original era fed... Definitely a work in progress - Just wanted to give something new a try... As always, we'll see how it goes.

So two years in the original, then one in new beginnings and then back to the next two years and so on. I like it, did not expect this, like watching the second Godfather movie with flasbacks and flashforwards in it. Watching two movies at the same time but intermittently. I dig it - Sign me up!

The biggest challenge (and only foreseeable drawback) is that there is no way of knowing what will happen in my early era fed leading up to 2119... Somehow, I will have to try making the two edges fit together when one catches up to the other... Of course, I can worry about that when the time comes... Truly appreciate the awesome feedback, my friend... Many thanks!

I actually intended on posting the roster first and THEN the first card announcement... Something I also keep meaning to do in my other fed... Truly appreciate the continued interest, my friend... its all about New Beginnings. Colonizers will have a fight but in the end will win over First Watch (love the name, never really liked calling them Genesis as they weren't from Omnicron. I might steal it for my reboot) Sly Drury with the win over Switchblade. come on its sly. always liked the women of the GWF. She Ra...I mean Shann-Ra with the win. another feud I liked. Troubleshooters pick up the win here. Kill Prey with the win over Swarm who puts up one hell of a fight. bitterness and nearly brothers this one was always a fight for me and like their fathers came down to one missed move. going to pick Encubus this time. Another feud I loved in my original and had many great wars. Disaster with the win this time you finally got the itch to jump ahead. so lets see how this goes and for how long

As always, barflymike4ever has offered a great pre-show analysis... In order to make sure that neither of my feds are forgotten (by myself), my plan is to run two years of Original followed by one year of New Beginning... If I continue this trend (which we all know is subject to change), I should reach 2109 around the same time that I hit the end of the Black Death era... How I will merge the two feds is something I will figure out when I arrive... Truly appreciate the constant support, my friend... Hoping to post the results for NB 01 by the end of the day... Many thanks for following along on this twisted road!

Genesis was a fairly boring tag name. Should be some fun. Sly in 2119 will have it rough against Switchblade but a fun show regardless.

In addition to making it fit, inadvertently or perhaps purposely, one may influence the other either slightly or directly. Forshadowing and backfilling storylines, the worlds are your oysters. Rock and Roll Pariah!
