Genesis was a fairly boring tag name. Should be some fun. Sly in 2119 will have it rough against Switchblade but a fun show regardless. For anyone familiar with Sly Drury, but not with his New Beginning card, it might come as a bit of a surprise that he's a real mid-carder in 2119... Nowhere near main event caliber... On the flip side, Switchblade rocks (that changes quite a bit with his 2120 update)... Although I will run their feud, I'm going to have to mix it up a bit if I don't want Sly to get buried... Also, for anyone interested - I took this card straight out of the New Beginning handbook (same thing I did for the opening card of my Originals fed)... That is why Havoc and Paralyze are the tag champs, even though they technically don't even appear until 2119... The championship committee must have been really impressed with the scouting reports... Truly appreciate the continued interest, my friend... Many thanks!

NB 01 - A New Beginning 2119.01 from Deimos, Mars
Colonizers vs. First Watch Epoch defeated Anivar with a Pavo Powerbomb at 15:13 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Epoch sustains some serious damage and gets busted open after Anivar runs him into a ring post. Tauran hits a LEG HOOK PILEDRIVER for a near fall, but Slave Beast pounces off the top rope to make a stunning save. Anivar goes after Beast and gets leveled by Epoch from behind. The Colonizers double team Tauran and toss him out of the ring. Anivar gives a grand effort, but cannot hold off both opponents. (Fatigue: Epoch 4 - Anivar 2, Tauran 2)
Epoch verbally criticizes Slave Beast for jumping in when he was not needed, even though he clearly saved his master from being pinned. Slave Beast hangs his head in shame and offers his apologies.
Sly Drury (w/ Thantos) vs. Switchblade (w/ Lorelei) Switchblade defeated Sly Drury with a leg drop clothesline at 2:10 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: Switchblade thrills the fans with his spectacular high risk offense. Drury tries to seek refuge, but swiftly tastes defeat in his debut. Thantos appears perplexed at ringside while Lorelei celebrates with her son. (Fatigue: n/a)
Shann-Ra vs. She Devil Shann-Ra defeated She Devil with a MACHETE at 1:52 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: Moment after the opening bell, Shann-Ra rebounds off the ropes and puts She Devil down with a swinging hurricanrana. She Devil's neck comes down at an awkward angle and she has no hope of getting back into the fight. (Fatigue: Devil 2)
Vin Strutter shows great pleasure with She Devil's downfall. He tries to congratulate Shann-Ra backstage, but she shoves him away and reminds him that they have a working relationship of convenience.
Stars & Stripes (w/ Latasha) vs. Troubleshooters (w/ Phantasy) The Bomb defeated American Guy with a disqualification at 4:37 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Stars & Stripes strike first and almost put The Bomb away with DAWN'S EARLY BLIGHT. Muss breaks up the cover and the Troubleshooters quickly bounce back. Guy gets hit with TROUBLE TIMES TWO, but Male is in to make the save. Things quickly spiral out of control both inside and outside the ring, as Latasha confronts Phantasy. Losing his temper, Guy grabs his six pack of beer from the apron and smashes his opponents with the metal cans. (Fatigue: Bomb 2 - Guy 3)
Latasha immediately demands that her team be granted a rematch. Amused with the situation, Phantasy challenges Latasha and American Guy to a mixed tag match against herself and The Bomb. Thinking this is a grand idea, Commissioner Massif signs the match for NB 02. As an added incentive, if Latasha and Guy emerge victorious, Latasha will be the number one contender for the GWF Women's Champsionship and Stars & Stripes will be the number one contenders for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship.
- Cosmic Cage Match - Kill Prey vs. Swarm Swarm defeated Kill Prey with a spinning jawbuster at 5:48 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Prey gets busted open fairly quickly after a Swarm Attack causes him to become disoriented. The blood running down his face causes him further issues and Swarm completely shuts down every attempt to reverse the tide of the match. (Fatigue: Prey 5)
Swarm is declared the number one contender for the GWF Interplanetary Championship and will face The Amazing Mann for the title at NB 02. Speaking on behalf of his client, Vin Strutter guarantees that no filthy AniMan will defeat a member of the Greatest Show in the Galaxy.
- Championship Match - Havoc and Paralyze vs. Guardians for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship Havoc defeated Reckless with an AETHRAN ATROCITY at 8:38 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: After being isolated for a good portion of the contest, Paralyze hammers his way through the challengers and crushes Valour with the PARALYZER. Reckless breaks up the cover, but his partner is out of commission. With some brutal double teaming, the Gladiators tear Reckless apart and smoothly cruise to victory. (Fatigue: Reckless 2, Valour 2)
Havoc and Paralyze retained the Galaxian Tag Team Championship
- Titan Death Match - Bloodline vs. Encubus Bloodline defeated Encubus with a COSMIC BIG BANG (+2) at 3:22 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: The crowd is ready for an intense battle, but their expectations are far from met. Encubus tries to take the upper hand by using a foreign object, but Bloodline neutralizes him with a mule kick below the belt. Wasting no time, Bloodline brings the match to a swift end. (Fatigue: Bloodline 1)
After the bell, Sly Drury arrives and distracts Bloodline long enough for Encubus to recover and grab a steel chair. Switchblade races from the back with a Gutarr stick in hand and a wild brawl erupts. Security is summoned and Commissioner Massif announces that the four men will be booked into a tag match at NB 02. Drury taunts Switchblade. "Bring it, meat."
- Championship Match - Endgame vs. Disaster (w/ Thrash) for the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship Endgame defeated Disaster with an ULTIMA LEAP at 24:31 Match Rating: 5.00 Match Notes: Endgame absolutely dominates the first half of this contest, hitting the challenger with everything in his arsenal. In a desperation move, Disaster hauls his opponent through the ropes and they tumble to the floor. Both men are busted open and approaching the point of exhaustion when Thrash attempts to bash Endgame with a Rylock rod. Endgame dodges and Thrash accidentally strikes her fellow Gladiator instead! With perfect accuracy, Endgame dives onto his opponent and secures a well earned triumph. (Fatigue: Endgame 4 - Disaster 6)
Endgame retained the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship

Well, I didnt do so well this time around... but always a chance next time.
Can Endgame hold on to the title? Disaster will be one of his greatest rivals this year. Only other two that might be in the picture are Bloodline or Encubus. If you let Paralyze compete in singles he might have a chance on a secondary title (when one is inserted).

Superb opening card Pariah.
Great action all around, got a huge kick out of American Guy's Beer Bash!
Endgame vs Disaster would be like Muhammad Ali vs Joe Louis in boxing to me. Two absolute machines. I'm a big fan of both, but Im glad Endgame retained the title.
Also liked the little blip under most if not all of the match results.
Havoc and Paralyze rule as well. Going to be a great 2119.

Crossbones - You're right on the money... Don't see anyone other than Disaster, Bloodline or Encubus posing a real threat to Endgame... Last time I played this era, Encubus held the title for over 50 shows (a full year) and I can't remember who wound up taking it from him... However, I was mixing in aCe guys then, so it could have been Godsend... A secondary title has already been established... The Amazing Mann is the current IP champ and Swarm will receive the first title shot... Paralyze probably won't challenge because I expect he will be too busy with the tag belts... barflymike4ever - Well, those predictions probably could have gone better... Noticed you didn't pick a winner for the Gladiators - Guardians matchup... Let's just assume you would have scored on that one and give you a clean 50%... Bri - Happy you like the write-ups... I'm trying to provide all details and information within the show itself... Want to move away from the post-show reports, so everything is self-contained... Anytime I want to relay additional info (for example, about an upcoming event) that doesn't fit within a match, I'll probably include it as a non-wrestling segment... Another experiment in progress... Truly appreciate the awesome feedback, my friends... You have no idea how much I enjoy reading what you all have to say - It all helps me navigate this crazy ride... Many thanks!

Kill Prey is an outside threat. Endgame will still likely beat him but KP is totally capable of making an upset.

Awesome first card! I always did enjoy the Bloodline/Encubus feud, and hopefully Endgame will hold on to the title for awhile, but I can see Disaster eventually taking it. I will of course be following along on this ride.

You threw us a real curve ball there, Pariah, not that there's anything wrong with that. I feel like I got into a time machine leaving 2088 for 2119. Of the guys in 2119 I am most familiar with Sly Drury and Paralyze having used them in my fed when Ultramantis Black used the Eye of Tyr to open a portal into the future bringing those guys in to do his dirty work in CHIKARA. A crazy angle for sure but then again entirely believable when you are talking about CHIKARA. Are you going to go back and forth between running 2089 and 2119?
I enjoyed the first show especially with Endgame beating Disaster to retain the Galaxian Heavyweight title in a great main event. I understand that the version of Sly Drury you are using is a rookie card so I shouldn't expect to see much success from him yet. Very interested to see how he does anyway. I also enjoy seeing the ladies of the GWF in action as well. Great stuff my friend and sorry if I pester you with too many questions on upcoming shows but as you know my knowledge of the GWF is very limited so I get enjoyment out of seeing how you are running things using the cards both old and new.

TTX - Kill Prey is a good one... I think Valour could also get the job done if he could avoid getting DQ'd... cman - Bloodline and Encubus are two of my favorites of this era... And I'm hoping their feud gets much more competitive than that first match... Not a fan of rapid fire title changes, so I'd also like Endgame to hold onto the belt for awhile... cruefan68 - Yes, I am going to alternate between my Originals and New Beginning feds... My plan is to play 2 years of Originals for each 1 year of New Beginning... Of course, if I really get into the flow of something, I'll adjust on the fly... And PLEASE feel free to ask any questions... Quite often, I find really cool things come out of the questions of others... Truly appreciate the continued interest and kind words, my friends... Lineup for the second show will be posted in a bit... Many thanks for staying tuned!
