How do you players keep track of the records of your Federation? I mean like for the history of title holders and number of title defenses and so on.
Use a certain program or write down all the info? I'm talking about for playing the dice game - not online play.

Usually notebooks or even composition books basically works for me. I make sure that I also have a word document of it as well.

I'm talking about for playing the dice game - not online play. I basically just write it out once here on the board in the appropriate title history section and then update it each time a title change occurs. This allows me simultaneously to share my title history and quickly refer to for myself when necessary. For example, here is my title history for my Combat Vegas Wrestling fed which is the Indy fed I am currently playing: filsingergames.proboards.com/thread/16675/combat-vegas-wrestling-championship-history?page=1&scrollTo=242440I actually just updated it today because Kevin Steen just won the CVW Championship on my most recent show. I am going to start a new such thread for my new LOW color fed Vegas Wrestling Entertainment (VWE) once the dice determine my first champions and also go back and create title history threads for my other Indy feds such as Ring of Vegas, Lachikaras Vegas, and Championship Wrestling from Vegas.

Composition notebooks. are the main source of my Title tracking. I also have an excel spreadsheet that I am building that has my title lineage...still a work in progress.
Each card is on paper and someday I hope to put them all in electronic format (either scanned or transposed) but I will need A LOT of free time to do that...and I would rather spend my free time rolling dice (which just means I will need more free time to scan and transpose those cards!).
Pen and paper are still the medium of choice for all that I do in my fed.

I have an excel spreadsheet that has all wins and losses and title histories in it. If you don't have Excel, you can make a free spreadsheet with google docs.

I have been writing everything in those slim 9 1/2 x 6 inch 5 Subject notebooks from the beginning. Yes, I write small. For the title histories, I have separate pages dedicated to each belt. I have been detailing the history of my fed and title histories here so that it is filed somewhere electronically, but have been copying/pasting into a word document so I can save it.

In the past I used to write everything out freehand on notebook paper. And I do mean everything. All the matches on a given card complete with winners and losers, the card number, etc.
I'd keep a separate notebook with title histories in it. That one consisted of champions, number of defenses, and who they beat for the title.
Nowadays I keep everything on a word doc on the PC.

I basically did it the same way until using Microsoft Excel on my computer to keep track. I type out my shows in Microsoft Word and post the cards, W/L records and Title Histories on the three pages in my Excel save. Unfortunately the computer and Excel/Word programs I use are old so I am always fearing losing this stuff if the computer goes down. The only saving grace I have is that my cards and title histories are on the boards so I can always copy and paste them when I get a new compter. Yes, the FG Message board is my backup

I first write my title history on college ruled paper with Show Number & Year, then Winner & Who Lost and then I type it up for the boards...

I just don't worry about it, look at past shows to see who are champs if I forget.
