what Swarm said.
seriously have no interest in WrestleMania this year. it's gotten worse and worse in recent years. They don't even try to build feuds up leading to WrestleMania. it's just booked like any other ppv. Seriously Undertaker wrestles about once a year and you throw a match together in 3 weeks? Why is he fighting Reigns? because they came out to the ring at the same time?!

Nothing fantastic, but better than last year. I will be watching at the house of my friend who is not a wrestling fan, so it will be interesting to see what he thinks of things.

Brock - as I mentioned before, he's the only guy they seem to know how to book. He has wrestled on average once a month for awhile now. Always leaves fans wanting more. Reminds me of how Hogan was booked on TV in the early years. More guys should be booked like that. More like UFC, more realistic to see a guy fight once or twice a month vs over exposing them 3-4 times a week. That's why half the roster is boring. We've seen them a million times do all the same stuff. Read this and immediately thought of the never ending Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn matches. Enough already!

All it has resulted in is boring GM skits and thinned out shows.

Here is something I've been thinking, Wrestlemania was not written for us marks. Well maybe Jericho vs Owens, other than that I think it's being written for casual fans and advertisers. That whole shark cage bull crap was to sell a toy. I left wwe for a decade, missed all the cm punk stuff. I've since caught up on the network, but I came back because of NXT. I really was excited to see all the call ups but over the year have grown frustrated at Raws inability to book and tell stories that relate to wrestling. With few exceptions. This Wrestlemania is the writings team effort to appease the casual fan and advertisers. The talent and what they can do are afterthoughts. Only the Jericho Owens match has any appeal. And to be honest this would have been much better with the universal title on the line. Who cares about the US title. So many good ideas, intriguing match ups just tossed out for the almighty dollar. I've cancelled my membership to the network, it ends at the end of the month. I just have stopped watching Here's to another ten years, I heard NJPW is amazing. I will start looking there.

I like the Bray Wyatt character, I just don't see a World Champion when I look back at how he's been built up (or not been built up). Other than Kane and Daniel Bryan, he has no remarkable feuds. The Wyatt family has jobbed out constantly. His "followers" really do everything but. They've broken up, and reunited the family a few times, but mostly do their own things. Orton and Wyatt lost the belts to some rookie tag team, then a few weeks later Bray wins the belt that AJ and Cena killed themselves over all year. Maybe it was the same match, I forget, but one PPV, Harper lost to Kane (I think), then later during the tag match , the lights go out and - Harper shows up. Who cares? Dude just lost to Kane. The whole Wyatt family is one big jumbled mess to this viewer. Even the Orton stuff has been wildly inconsistent and hokey. Brock - as I mentioned before, he's the only guy they seem to know how to book. He has wrestled on average once a month for awhile now. Always leaves fans wanting more. Reminds me of how Hogan was booked on TV in the early years. More guys should be booked like that. We've seen them a million times do all the same stuff. I agree with 95% of this. Bray is a great character but isn't ready to be the face of the company and I don't see Bray vs. Orton putting on a Wrestlemania-quality match. Bray as champion reminds me of Jeff Jarrett as WCW champion, only with charisma. If they do plan on keeping Bray as champion, he needs to win in a convincing fashion at Wrestlemania or pretty soon he'll be in Dolph Ziggler's shoes. You're right about everyone except Brock being overexposed. The Monday Night Wars have been over for what, 16 years now? There's no need to keep giving away potential PPV matches every week and it's perfectly fine not to have PPV opponents tangle every week leading up to it. The bottom line is that they need to build up new stars and not give us the same matches all the time.

Really have come to the conclusion that the ONLY way to enjoy WWE is to view it as entertainment. Wrestling goes out the window at 8 PM on Mondays & Tuesdays and twice a month on Sundays. If we get a good match once in a blue moon, consider it a bonus. RAW & Smackdown are nothing more than 3 & 2 hour "commercials" to sell WWE's products, especially the Network, which allows you to spend 10 bucks a month to watch slightly more entertaining "commercials" for WWE products. There is no payoff for Vince to build storylines that engage us, nor is there any reason for WWE wrestlers to go out & kill themselves for our entertainment any longer. You can thank the Network for that too. Anybody out there disagree that the WWE product was ALOT better when they wanted us to spend 60 bucks a month for a PPV?
