That artwork is absolutely killer... It looks like Sly is trusting an awful lot of 'unidentified masked men' which makes me wonder... Maybe the outlaw commissioner is even more crafty than anyone expects... Maybe he knows EXACTLY who each of these individuals are... And MAYBE these men don't realize that he knows... Keep your friends close and your enemies closer... Diabolical!

Is that a symbol of Saturn on the his chest (inside the center circular thing on his armor)? Also looks kinda like Saturn on his helmet.
If it is, could we be looking at a Titan bounty hunter?
Is it someone new or is it an existing Titan?
Can't be Azuma, so maybe Kenji or O.T. sold out to the boss.
...or maybe I'm just grasping at straws.

I love the art of the first teaser and I think Overtime will join Martial Law. That has to be Overtime behind the mask. The Saturn symbol along with the shoulder pads that match his current art. You could say that Drury hires him and he is now called Overpaid! |
