If I am able to make it to Galacticon next month, I definitely need to stop somewhere in Buffalo first for wings before driving down to Jamestown. Absolutely! I am totally in favor of trying the local famous food when visiting a new city...its usually my top priority. Next year Gcon....Primanti Brothers sandwiches!

I wouldn't part with Indy or Z at all. Still like to roll physical dice sometimes.

Hey Vegas, I'm 5 minutes from the airport you are landing at. The Falls are about 15 minutes from the airport & Jamestown is around an hour. LaNova's is the popular place for pizza. Picasso's is good too. And Just Pizza is right down the street. Not much (outside of the falls) for sightseeing, but we have good food! Need anything when u get in LMK sounds good! Mhardcore, if I can make the trip and if your schedule is open that Friday I would be glad to meet your for lunch and buy you a beer before I drive down to Jamestown. I just don't know for sure if I can make it yet because I beat 3-4 other teachers out for this Summer job I got and am depending on it for my new truck payments, so I don't want to ask for the time off just yet when I know my work still has other options to replace me.

I went to my work orientation today and they said any time off requests must be approved and the reason explained. Because my job status was still tentative today, I didn't ask for the time off yet. I was really worried I was going to lose my job today due to low enrollment numbers (only 9 students the first 3 weeks/session 1 and only 6 students the second 3 weeks/session 2) but I got an Email tonight that they had to let some teachers go but my job has been finalized because it is a required class for graduation. So I will make the time off request toward the end of the month once my situation is even more secured.

My end of Galacticon is over, & even tho I didn't play in the tourneys I had a great time. Everyone was really cool, helpful and inviting. Awesome meeting Tom who was real friendly, down to earth & talkative. All the guys (& gals) I met were great tho. Lucky to be a part of this. Thanks guys for making me feel welcome & for TM (Todd) hooking me up as usual. Another nice release from Brocster w more in Sept.. Regime Change. Can't say enough nice things about the people I met. Loudens MCing the auction. Smurf Village. Just an awesome group.

My favorite wrestler JAY LETHAL, (card lent to me by Mr. Jimmyface - thanks again sir - very much appreciated) led me to victory in the Indy tournament and earned me a spot in the GalactiCup finals. Drew fourth pick and after Destructon 3000 (1), Sur (2) and Bryan Danielson (3) were chosen I picked Aethran Overmaster!!! Round One - Faced Brocster , who is a LONG time Galaticon veteran and we all have seen grow up as he was just a little guy coming with his dad, playing Eydilon. Overmaster was just too much for the Brymstonian to over come. Round Two - Faced one of my favorite people ever, Jack aka Louden Noxious, playing Destructon 3000 and bested the mechanized monster. Robotic Rammer just sounds wrong.... Finals - Faced another youngster we have all seen grow up, son of smoke , as he's been coming since he was just a lad. The American Dragon fought hard but the Overmaster was not to be denied as I won my FIRST GALACTICUP EVER!!! 2002 - 2017, 15 years in the making.... GALACTICUP CHAMPION ~KB~

What can I say, it's like a family reunion instead of a gaming convention. Tournament Master as always ran an incredible event and deserves A LOT of credit for his hard work, hellofa nice guy and class act. TTX did an amazing job of keeping the Chaos, pun intended, in check and keeping all the tournaments running smoothly. kudos sir. Of course it was great seeing my brothers from another mother, Matt D., Jack aka Louden Noxious, Mr. Jimmyface , Mike Delve, smoke and son, EpicDave , NGO brethren Pete Beck, Brocster , jimsteel , Jeff reno and Josh. All incredible human beings. Sam Luptak, you and I go back along way and I cherish the times we spent on the phone talking about your upcoming bootleg sets. I truly hope you do a best of in color, like we talked about. New promoters need to see poetic Justice, Purgatory and Creatures Of The Night. I will help fund the set, for art, coloring and printing. Got to see the entire Filsinger clan, TOM of course, Leslie, Alex who grew up in this game along with my son Matthew, Kerri, Dana and Holly. Made new friends in MHardcore and another two who I forgot your name on here, so sorry I'm horrible with names. You have my permission to smack me next year for forgetting. ..... and finally met Vegas for the first time as I wasn't able to the attend the previous two, which he did. Amazing guy, who I'm truly glad I now know. His dedication and contributions to this game are right up there with the best of them. Then there's my bro............ Swarm it is ALWAYS great seeing and hanging out with you my friend. You're one of a kind and an incredible and loyal friend.
