IWF TUESDAY NIGHT TURBO EPISODE # 04
[The show opens with a shot of the entrance ramp. Red Pyro shoots off into the air. The fans in the audience are going crazy as they are excited for another edition of Tuesday Night Turbo. Once the pyro stops, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan’s music hits the loud speaker and he makes his way down the entrance ramp with his trusty two by four. He doesn’t look like he is a good mood as he climbs the steps of the ring. He walks down the apron and then gets in the ring, grabbing the microphone from the ring announcer. His music stops and he looks around at the crowd. He then begins to speak.]
“Hacksaw” Jim Duggan: Let’s get down to business, I am not in the best of moods. I’ve got a serious problem here and that is “Generation Kill.” Generation Kill, I’d like for you to come down here to the ring and face me face to face.
[”Hacksaw” Jim Duggan looks around and waits to see if Generation Kill decides to show up. After waiting a few moments he shakes his head and then brings the microphone back up to his lips.]
“Hacksaw” Jim Duggan: That’s just what I thought. You guys are such scum, hiding from me. I have a proposition for you Generation Kill, at March Massacre in San Antonio, Texas, we are in need of a main event. So how about this, it’ll be me - “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan the General Manager of the Intense Wrestling Federation, The owner of IWF in The One Man Gang, and finally, “The Unbreakable” Michael Elgin, the reigning IWF World Heavyweight champion - taking on you three in a match where if we win, you have to unmask and if we lose, you guys get total control of the IWF. So if you want to accept our challenge…
[Suddenly the lights go out. The fans cheer because when the lights go back on, three masked men are standing in the center of the ring. They go right after “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, punching and kicking him in the corner. Jim Duggan takes a hell of a beating. One of the masked men walks over and grabs the microphone that had fallen on the mat and picks it up.]
Masked Man: We accept.
[The arena then goes dark and when it comes back on, they are all gone - leaving “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan laying in the middle of the ring, out cold.]
[The show then cuts out to a commercial break for “Tums.”]
[When we come back from the commercial we have Veda Scott coming down to the ringside area. She climbs the steps and steps through the ropes into the ring. She grabs the microphone away from the ring announcer. She then begins to speak.]
Veda Scott: That’s such a shame what happened to “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan but I am not here to talk about him. I’ve talking a lot lately about starting a stable. I even told you guys the name of it - “Camp Veda.” Now I’ve been doing some scouting and I am making an offer to one man to be apart of my stable. He’s from Hamilton, Ontario - He’s “All Ego” Ethan Page!
[The shot goes onto the entrance way where we see “All Ego” Ethan Page make his way slowly down to the ring. He climbs up the ring steps and walks down the apron before stepping through the ropes. He takes the microphone from Veda Scott and then begins to speak.]

So how about this, I face Darby Allin in a number one contenders match and then whoever wins gets a title shot?

Unfortunately you weren’t and that’s why I am not the number one contender to the IWF Television championship. I have a feeling if I team up with you two that I am going to go far here in the Intense Wrestling Federation. So my answer is yes, yes I will join Camp Veda!
Veda Scott: You’re not going to regret this, as a matter of fact I’ve got an interesting idea… let’s go somewhere private so we can talk about it?
Maxwell Jacob Friedman: Yeah good idea.
[The shot then goes back onto “Captain” Lou Albano and Bobby “The Brain” Heenan who are sitting down at the commentary table.]
Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Well, that’s an interesting turn of events. Maxwell Jacob Friedman joining the Veda Camp.
“Captain” Lou Albano: That’s right Heenan, I wonder what the idea Veda Scott has. I wish I was a fly on the wall for that conversation.
Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Well, we’ve got another match coming up and it is a Cruiserweight championship tournament match.
“Captain” Lou Albano: Yes! I love these cruiserweights, they are so damn entertaining!
Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Well let’s go to the ring announcer.
[The shot then goes onto the ring announcer.]

Ring Announcer: And his opponent, from Anonymous, Ohio, weighing in at two hundred pounds, here is Sami Callihan!
[The shot goes back on the entrance way where we see Sami Callihan make his way down the aisle and to the ring. He gets in and poses to the crowd. He then removes his leather jacket and then waits for the bell to ring and the match to start.]
DING DING DING!
[The two lock up. Sami Callihan grabs Will and pushes him to the corner. He then gives him some knees to the stomach. Will stumbles out of the corner and is holding his stomach in pain. Callihan grabs him again and tosses him into the opposite side of the ring into the turnbuckle. Sami Callihan charges and gives him a big running splash in the corner. Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: I thought he had him right there.
“Captain” Lou Albano: Sami Callihan just a split second away from winning the match!
[Sami lifts up Will Ospreay. Will fights back with some punches and some chops to the chest. Will then grabs him and tosses him out of the ring. Sami Callihan gets on the apron at a count of five from the referee. Will Ospreay goes after him and gives him a big kick to stomach. He then grabs him and gives him a vertical suplex from the apron into the ring. He goes for the cover but only gets a two count.]
Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Will Ospreay almost walked out with the victory just then!
“Captain” Lou Albano: That’s right. So much is on the line here as they both want to advance in the Cruiserweight championship tournament!
[Sami Callihan gets to his feet. The two trade punches back and forth. Eventually Sami Callihan gets the advantage. He lifts Will Ospreay up on his shoulder and gives him a running power slam. He then pins him! 1…2…3!]
DING DING DING!
Ring Announcer: Here is your winner of the match and advancing to the next round in the IWF Cruiserweight Championship tournament - Sami Callihan!
[The shot goes onto Sami Callihan who is leaning against the ropes trying to catch his breath from the match. He then raises his hands in victory and then makes his way up the entrance ramp. Once he is at the top of the entrance ramp, he raises his hands in victory as the fans cheer along. Once he goes to the backstage area, the camera then goes back onto the ring where we see Will Ospreay getting checked on by the referee. He slowly gets to his feet and exits the ring to cheers from the fans.]
Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: What a great match by those two.
“Captain” Lou Albano: That’s what this cruiserweight division is all about, great matches from great wrestlers. Now before we go to our next match, we must go to a commercial break! We will be right back!
[The show then goes to a commercial break for McDonalds.]
[The shot goes backstage where we see “Sweet -n- Sour” Larry Sweeney standing backstage. He is wearing a purple suit. As he walks down the back hall of the arena he runs into Lio Rush. He stops Lio Rush and then begins to speak.]
“Sweet -n- Sour” Larry Sweeney: Lio Rush, just the man I am looking for. I have a proposition for you. How about you join the “Sweeney Society”? Larry Sweeney can really launch your career to new heights if you take my services. What do you say pal?
Lio Rush: I don’t want to join no damn “Sweeney Society.” I do everything on my own. I don’t want no services or short cuts. I don’t want dollar bills, I want respect and you can’t give me that. So no, I don’t want to join you. I am going to do things all on my own and if you don’t get out of my way, I am going to drop you.
[The shot then goes on Sweeney shaking his head in disgust.]
Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Lio Rush not wanting to join Sweeney’s camp. I think he’s making a big mistake.
“Captain” Lou Albano: You heard the man, he wants to do things by himself. He doesn’t need Larry Sweeney.
Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Well be that as it may, we’ve got another big match up coming. It’s between Jerry Lynn and “All Ego” Ethan Page. Let’s go to the ring! I can’t wait for this match!

Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Ethan Page getting an early advantage on Jerry Lynn!
“Captain” Lou Albano: It doesn’t look good for Jerry Lynn right now.
[Ethan Page grabs him and tries to irish whip Lynn into the ropes. Lynn puts the brakes on and reverses the irish whip sending Ethan Page into the ropes. Ethan comes off and is given a big back body drop by Jerry. Lynn grabs him again and then slams him into the center of the ring. From there Lynn grabs him again and lifts him up. He goes to give him his finishing maneuver, a cradle piledriver but Veda Scott jumps on the apron distracting the referee. The referee goes over to Veda Scott. Jerry Lynn goes to Ethan Page and punches him in the face. With the referee still distracted, Jerry Lynn walks over to the referee and tries to get him to turn around. [The shot then goes on the entrance way where we see Jerry Lynn make his way to the top. He has a microphone in hand and he begins to speak.]
Jerry Lynn: I say we do this one more time next week. I’ll shut your damn mouth Ethan Page when I walk out with the victory once again.
Veda Scott: You know what Jerry Lynn, I think you’re a great wrestler. I say, if Ethan Page can beat you - you belong to me and the Veda Camp. What do you say about that?
Jerry Lynn: You know what Veda Scott, I don’t want to be apart of the Veda Camp - but if Ethan Page can beat me next week on Tuesday Night Turbo, you will have my services!
