Do these 'new' characters have official backstories at all?
I'm looking at their great classic looking b&w cards done in the style of the original prints of 2087 and trying to figure out how to incorporate them into my 2087 fed.

Very short ones......Duke fought Exo-King for control of the Evil Ones and lost, Red Talon kinda popped in and feuded against guys like Beast Rider and Omega (though I use him as a face for balance) and quickly left as well.

Troy pretty much summed them up but here are the official descriptions (they are on the board somewhere IIRC)
RED TALON Red Talon was in and out of the GWF quickly and mysteriously in 2087. He had minor feuds with Beast Rider and Pulsar in his brief stay. Red Talon was arrogant, but couldn't back up his confidence in the ring. Claiming to represent the "superior AniMen race" he used a clumsy finisher called FLYING HEADHUNT which was a soaring head butt off the ropes. The best that can be said about Red Talon is he was a forerunner to the powerful AniMan legacy that followed.
DUKE OF DESTRUCTION The Duke of Destruction joined the Evil Ones for a brief period of time in 2087, but he turned out to be an agitator, arguing that he was more fit to lead the team than Exo-King. He might have gone far in the GWF if not for his attitude. The Duke was flexible, showing that he was capable both as a singles wrestler and a tag wrestler. Robotic parts in his hands gave him a strong finisher, GRIP OF DOOM. His run in the GWF ended in a feud against Exo-King for control of the team, which Exo-King won.

Thanks guys. The bios, although brief, help quite a bit. I dig the Duke, especially his b&w art, it speaks to me in a weird way.I'm going to try and find a spot for him somewhere.
I'm less into Red Talon, but I have a few ideas for him. I May bring him in as a Ani-Man slave to the Gladiators to add more heat their feud with Wolf & The Greek Gods. Kind of a slap in the face to Wolf who was a Gladiator once upon a time. Plus it gives me 3 vs. 3 which works well for crazy six-man tag matches.

I liked both of them quite a bit so they're both in my FTR causing havoc.

I really liked these two and had them in the spaceship with Colby and Chaos Supreme. They added much needed flavor in my short roster size.

I liked both of them quite a bit so they're both in my FTR causing havoc. I have them in my FTR too. Red Talon and Mayhem are teaming. The Duke was in my main fed, but Exo-King figured him out, whooped him up & sent him packing to FTR via a stipulation in their match.

I'm going to debut the Duke during my Earth Tour 2087 and Red Talon a bit later. I'm coming around more and more on Red Talon, mostly because of Carter's great art. I can't wait to use them for the first time.

I have them but haven't used them as of yet. I do like what victoryroll84 did.
