A nice run of shows my friend and I especially enjoyed that MSG card. Harley Race over Bobby Shane and Albano turning on The Mongols was classic. Keep those dice rolling!

Card 31 – Legacy Indy Wrestling - Lafayette High School, Brooklyn, NY (1.82)
Delirious picked up a controversial decision over Savage-T w/HJ Hill in his debut when he rolled up T while he was attempting to assist the referee to his feet after the official had been knocked down in the action. T took an epic beating but had come back to nearly beat Delirious twice before the finish. 3.5
In a match the featured plenty of back and forth action and the unsuccessful interference attempt of Team FIST, Chuck Taylor bested Ricky Landell with a big boot. 2.5
In a battle of competitors looking to move closer to a title shot, Chris Hero finished The Sandman with HERO’S WELCOME. 1.0
Team FIST (Gran Akuma & Icarus) downed Osirian Portal (Amasis & Ophidian) with tandem dropkicks to Ophidian in a fast paced encounter. 2.0
Young Bucks (“Mr. Action Replay” Matt Jackson & “Slick” Nick Jackson) used back to back MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK to defeat PG 13 (Wolfie D. & J.C. Ice) getting the pin on Ice. 1.0
In a back and forth battled, Davey Richards downed Brodie Lee with a shooting star press. 2.0
Konnan was able to overpower Legacy Indy Champion Lightning Mike Quackenbush and claim the title with a TEQUILA SUNRISE in match where Quackenbush had zero offence. D
Legacy Indy Tag Team Champions Backseat Boyz retained their titles in a violent and bloody steel cage encounter against the Age of Fall with T-GIMMICK on Jacobs after the challengers dominated the match. 3.5

The Backseat Boyz over Age of the Fall was killer, and an upset in my opinion, and congrats to Konnan on taking the gold from Mike Quackenbush in a squash no less.

Card 32 – Elevation Tour - Embassy Hall, North Bergen, NJ (2.13)
In a back and forth battle that featured plenty of violence, Sheepherders (Luke Williams & Butch Miller) came back to beat BWO (Blue Meanie & Stevie Richards) with a DOUBLE GUTBUSTER to Blue Meanie. 3.5
Bobby Shane eared plenty of heat with his questionable tactics but came away with the win over a bloodied Les Thatcher with a STUMP PULLER. 2.5
Cowboy Bob Orton destroyed Justin Credible with a SUPERPLEX. D
Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito (w/Captain Lou Albano) survived a wild battle with the Mongols (Geeto Mongol & Bepo Mongol) when Bepo Mongol was disqualified for running Saito into the ring post. Both teams brawled after the bell. 1.5
Bill Apter hosts the Hot Seat with guest Captain Lou Albano who introduces his latest wrestler, Ray Stevens! Albano promises to lead Stevens to the Legacy Title. In a Lumberjack Match, Ilio DiPaolo downed Ox Baker after Justin Credible nails Baker with a SIGNAPORE CANE during a brawl on the floor. 1.5
Antonio Inoki made a huge comeback surviving back to back PILEDIRVERS at one point to defeat Larry Zbyszkso with an OCTOPUS HOLD. After the match, Cowboy Bob Orton arrives and attacks Inoki from behind. Zbyszko recovers and it is a two on one beat down. Zbyskzo finishes the attack with a PILEDRIVER that leaves Inoki in a heap. (two card injury) 4.0
Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) battled Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton & Stan Lane) w/Jim Cornette in a fast paced encounter that ended when Lane was counted out after Rogers clocked him with Cornette’s tennis racket! (Snake eyes!). The action carries on after the bell and the Express gain the upper hand. The Express use Cornette’s tennis racket to lay waste to both Fantastics and then crush Rogers with a VEG-O-MATIC onto a chair. Rogers is removed on a stretcher (4 card injury) 2.0
Legacy Champion Harley Race downed Ed “Strangler” Lewis in a best of three falls match. In the first fall, Race controlled most of the action and Lewis let his frustrations get the best of him during a brawl on the floor where he used a chair to crack Race across the back and earn a disqualification. Lewis is able to control the early action of the second fall but cannot put away Race who comes back and catches Lewis with a choke slam that is enough to get the three count. 2.0
Commission Charlies Cox suspends Midnight Express and their manager for two cards for the attack on the Fantastics! And they were slotted to main event against the Tag Team Champions Stars & Stripes on card 34! Opportunity will knock for another tandem!

Card 33 – Legacy Indy Wrestling - Gilbert School Gym, Windstead ,CT (1.94)
Delirious defeated Savage-T w/KJ Hill with CHEMICAL IMBALANCE #2. After the match, Delirious left the ring with Jimmy Jacobs! 1.5
Ricky Landell got the best of Chuck Taylor picking up the pin after a crowd pleasing missile dropkick. 1.5
Jigsaw made an awesome debut against Tyler Black dominating the match and appearing to have the pin after a JIG’N’TONIC when Jimmy Jacobs and Delirious attacked Jigsaw. Lightning Mike Quackenbush and Ricky Landell arrived to even the odds and all six men brawled. The referee gives the decision to Jigsaw by disqualification. 2.0
Team FIST (Icarus & Gran Akuma) made a big comeback to defeat Osirian Portal (Amasis & Ophidian) when Akuma pinned Amasis with a Tombstone facebuster. 3.0

Lightning Mike Quackenbush become a three time Legacy Indy Champion by defeating Konnan after a swanton dive as Quackenbush was able to unleash all his weapons tonight to simply overwhelm Konnan and claim the victory. 3.0

Ray Stevens w/Captain Lou Albano needed the distraction of Albano to narrowly survive against Jim Powers in an opening match shocker before coming back to get the win with a cross body deathjump. 4.5
Love Brothers (Hartford Love & Reginald Love) beat BWO (Blue Meanie & Steve Richards) when Hartford Love pinned Meanie after a choke with the tag rope. 3.0
Les Thatcher downed Cowboy Bob Orton in a absolute back and forth war picking up the comeback win with a STUMP PULLER. 3.0
In a chaotic Lumberjack Match that saw the official knocked down for twelve moves, Ilio DiPaolo pinned Ox Baker following a AIRPLANE SPIN after plenty of interference from the lumberjacks including Bepo Mongol cracking Baker with his chains at one point busting him open. 4.0
Bobby Shane downed Bryan Danielson with back to back JAPANESE SLEEPERS but the referee reversed the decision and disqualified Shane when he refused to wake up Danielson. 2.0
Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito w/Captain Lou Albano had just two many evil tricks for the Mongols (Bepo Mongol & Geeto Mongol) as Mr. Saito came up with the submission victory with a SCORPION DEATHLOCK after Mr. Fuj threw salt into the eyes of Geeto Mongol. 4.0
Ed “Strangler” Lewis (sub for Antonio Inoki) needed just four moves to submit Larry Zbyszko with a STRANGLER’S HEADLOCK. D

This fed continues to be a lot of fun to play right now. Hot feuds
Mongols v. Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito – Can the Mongols get back at their former manager Captain Lou Albano by getting the best of Albano’s new tandem?
Fantastics v. Midnight Express – multiple injuries and suspension have highlighted this action packed back and forth feud between two top contending tag teams
Ilio DiPaolo v. Ox Baker – Baker continues to struggle against DiPaolo despite having put the fan favourite on the shelf some time ago
Harley Race v. Ed Lewis – The Strangler continues to get title opportunities but comes up just short each time
Antonio Inoki v. Larry Zbyszko – this one is just starting to heat up with Inoki recently injured at the hands of Zbyszko & Cowboy Bob Orton
Harley Race has been the champion since Card 6 and Stars & Stripes have been the tag team champions since card 16. Both are two time champions as well!
