Card #124 - Janus Star Center
Duke of Destruction over Faller via disqualification.
Both men had their chances as the action went back and forth but neither could hit that big move. Faller tossed Duke out of the ring and went out after him. They were exchanging blows and Duke raked Faller's eyes. The ref went out to break it up and get them in the ring. With his back turned as going thru the ropes Duke grabbed a chair. He was about to hit Faller it seemed but instead smacked the chair against the apron, fell back on the ground and placed the chair on him. When the ref turned around he saw Faller standing over Duke and assumed Faller hit Duke so he called for the bell. Faller pleaded his case to no avail.
MG7000 is interviewing M.H. Henry. Standing behind Henry is Constellation Incorporated.
MG7000: What are your plans going forward for your stable?
M.H. Henry: Well let me tell ya MG. So far none of my men have been entered into the Omega Cup and I'm not happy about that. The Butcher is a two time and current Castilex Hardcore Champion. Ultimate Chaos recently held the top prize, the GWF Universal Championship. Yet we get no respect around here.
MG7000: What about Shooting Star?
M.H. Henry: (looks at MG as if broke wind) What about him. (this garners a laugh from The Butcher and Ultimate Chaos while Shooting Star looks uncomfortable) Listen MG I'm talking about my men that have accomplished something. Yet are overlooked. Well maybe it's time to do something to get the attention of the powers that be.
Helsin & Burning Man beat New Age Gladiators w/End of Days via pinfall when Helsin pinned C-Rush after Stake to the Heart.
New Age did their intro to the delight of fans. C-Rush and Helsin started the match. After some offense by Helsin C-Rush got some in. He then tagged Mayham in. Mayham had a nice run before Helsin fought back. He tagged Burning Man in. Burning Man was working Mayham over then tossed him to the floor. Burning Man was about to go to the floor but saw End of Days walking over and moved back to the center of the ring. Once back in the ring Mayham fought back. Burning Man tagged out first chance he got. Helsin and Mayham exchanged blows then Mayham tagged out. C-Rush's advantage was short and Helsin hit his finisher to end the match.
It is announced that due to their win, Helsin & Burning Man get a title shot on the next card against Total Hell.
Elina over Lady Godsend by pinfall.
Lady Godsend was doing damage from the opening bell and looked like this would be another disappointing outing for Elina. However she started fighting back. Elina went to hit her finisher, Resurrection, but missed. The match was really good as both took control and the other fought back. Neither lady would go down without a fight. In the end Elina hit Resurrection and got the three count.
Camera go to the back where all of The Asylum are beating down Red Talon. Harley Q sets up a table and Evil Henchmen lift Talon and double team powerbomb him thru it. Tricks is stomping him while saying, "remember Dick, this is the bats fault". King Tux is just laughing. Finally Bane stands Talon up and leans him against a wall. Then Bane backs up, gets a running start and spears Talon thru the wall. Officials and security show up and force The Asylum to leave as medical staff check on Red Talon.
Nightmare w/Maramus defeated Sur w/Bex via pinfall.
Before the match started the mists swirled around the ring. Nightmare sprung out and leveled Bex before disappearing again. Sur was looking down from the ring at his tag partner when Nightmare appeared in the ring behind him and attacked.
Nightmare was all over Sur not letting him get started. He went for a couple pin attempts to no success. He hit Night Terrors but Bex, who had recovered from the earlier attack, came in to break the count. Nightmare fought Bex and sent him spilling to the floor. Then the ref sent him to the back. Bex was unhappy about this but did as he was told.
This distraction allowed Sur to get in a cheap shot. Sur's advantage did not last long as Nightmare was determined. Nightmare hit Night Terrors again and got the win. With the match over Bex came running back down. The ligts went out and came back on. Nightmare and Maramus were gone.
Perfect Specimen & Shayne and Dominion went to a double disqualification so Perfect Specimen & Shayne retwin the Castilex Tag Team Championship.
The match started with good tag action. Both teams used timely tags and hit some good offense. Sentinel applies Nightwatch on Perfect Specimen and Shayne comes in and hits Sentinel. That brought Moog in. All four men started slugging it out. The ref tried to get Shayne and Moog back to their corners but nobody was listening to him. The ref did all he could but eventually it was clear both teams had no intention of stopping the fighting so the ref called for the bell and declared the rare double DQ. All four men ended up on the floor and were fighting as the show ended.

Beneath The Mat
Epoch and Kill Prey have been released from the GWF. No word on why they were let go.
Sources in GWF say there are post Omega Cup plans for focus to be on the five major factions (Kingdom, Empire of Fear, Aethran Martial Law, The Hand and FDF/Titan/Shayne hero team) feuding among each other going into the Halloween Havoc PPV and maybe even into the End Of Days PPV.
Former GWF wrestler Ursa Major's son, Ursa Minor, has begun his wrestling career in a small promotion on Titan.

Card #125 - Triton Pavilon
The show begins with a look at first six men in the Omega Cup; Godsend, Monolith, Nightmare, Aethra Overmaster, Perfect Specimen and Shayne. Then we get the last two names; Crossfire and Endgame.
Plethador over Murtak the Merciless by pinfall.
Murtak was trying to avenge an earlier loss to the Animan. He went for a choke after the opening bell but the ref stopped him. Plethador then started working Murtak over. But the Merciless one was determined not to lose again and eventually started getting some offense of his own in. Murtak hit his finisher but only got a two count. Shortly layer a second finisher with same result. Murtak got frustrated which allowed Plethador to start getting the better of him. A Merman Uppercut ended this match just like the last time they faced off.
Spike is talking to Fist and Probation in their locker room.
Spike: So not only did Better than Human get a title match recently but tonight Helsin and Burning Man have one. You guys keep getting over looked. But don't worry. I made some calls, pulled some strings and got you guys a title shot. At the Omega Cup PPV you will be facing Predators for the GWF Universal Tag Team Championship.
Fist and Probation nod their heads as they smile.
Evil Henchmen beat Team ABC by pinfall when Disciple of Terror covered Astarte following an Atomic Warhead.
The Henchmen were dominating Blue Chip in first few minutes. Then Chip made the hot tag to Astarte. Astarte got in some offense on Swerve before Swerve turned things around for his team. Disciple got back in and after wearing Astarte down he hit his finisher to pick up the victory.
Sinful over Taichi by pinfall to retain the Castilex Ladies Championship
Taichi got her first title shot but it did not go as she had hoped. She held her own for a couple minutes before the vet got going. Sinful used Life Blood to put Taichi in a Knee Bar but Taichi knew how to reverse her hold and quickly escaped. A bit later Sinful did it again and once again Taichi was not in it for long.
Some more offense and Sinful used Life Blood but this time she put Taichi in an Arm Triangle. Taichi struggled a bit this time but made it to the ropes for a break. Not long after Sinful repeated the process. It seemed she wanted to beat Taichi at her own game. Taichi was able to finally get out of the hold. She was showing fatigue and Sinful went for the jugular. A Bite to Back of the Neck and the match finally was over. Taichi held in there but with little offense she had almost no chance of winning.
Panther Warrior storms out to the ring with a mic in hand.
Panther Warrior: Tricks you sick SOB, you and your cronies want to get my attention you should have came and looked for me. Not jump a young guy like Red Talon. You are a pack of jackals. Well you are in MY jungle and I will destroy you. So come out and face your destiny.
He paced around the ring as he waited. The announcer mentions that Red Talon will be out of action till sometime after the Omega Cup PPV. After a bit, as no one came out, Warrior stopped.
Panther Warrior: Fine if you won't come to me I will go hunt for you.
He dropped the mic and hopped over the top rope and walked to the back with purpose.
Euritar defeated Shooting Star by pinfall.
Shooting Star came out alone. The announcers speculate on if M.H. Henry has given up on his man. The action went back and forth at first but the FDF man started to give more than he took. The first Heads Will Roll wasn't enough but a second one was.
Helsin & Burning Man over Total Hell by pinfall when Burning Man pinned Bishop Hell when Exhaustion to win the GWF Intergalactic Tag Team Championship.
A solid match that saw the champs working Helsin over for awhile before he got some offense of his own. Both teams used frequent tags. Then the challengers started working Bishop Hell over. Burning Man was really wearing him down then went for his finisher. Totalis came in to make the save. It just delayed the ending as a bit later Burning Man went for it again and rolled Hell up for the win. This is the second tag title for each man but first for them as a team. The irony being Helsin was champion with Crossfire as part of Demon Hunters and they lost it to Burning Man who was teaming with Bishop Hell as the team Burning Hell.

HelSin and Burning Man as a team is rather funky. Nice win by the Henchmen. Yea I wasn't originally planning on teaming them but with Crossfire doing his thing with The Tall Man and me not really having anything for Helsin or Burning Man I figured team them up for a bit. Kind of a weird team with semi connections. Kind of like Meng and Barbarian.

Card #126 - The AC Arena
Opening promo for Omega Cup looking at the participants. Then a first look at the brackets.
Godsend vs Crossfire. The winner will face the winner of the next match.
Nightmare vs Shayne.
Monolith vs Endgame. The winner will face the winner of the next match.
Aethra Overmaster vs Perfect Specimen.
In addition to the Omega Cup the PPV will see two other matches.
Predators vs Gladiators for the GWF Universal Tag Team Championship.
Eydilon vs Perfect Specimen for the GWF Intergalactic Championship.
Vacant over Captain Crossbones by pinfall.
Vacant came out swinging wildly. Captain avoided his blows and went to head butt him. Vacant just smiled at the Captain who looked woozy. Vacant then started working Captain over. He applied his Spine Cracker finisher but the Captain worked his way out. Soon after Vacant with Renegade Bulldog and the pin victory.
A promo from Predators with Wolf saying they will show the Gladiators why they are the best tag team. Lope agrees with a loud howl.
The Tall Man beat Code Destroyer via disqualification.
Both men were looking for an opening to get over the other guy. Destroyer was the first to do so and he had The Tall Man in trouble. After a couple pin attempts Destroyer either got frustrated or thought he could get one over on the ref as he grabbed his crowbar and hit The Tall Man. The ref saw it clearly and signaled for the bell. With the match lost Code Destroyer looked to hit The Tall Man some more with his crowbar. Suddenly a silver sphere flew out from the back and tried to hit Destroyer. He swung at it a few times before finally making contact. It fell to the mat and he pounded on it till it looked crushed. As that was going on The Tall Man wisely escaped and returned to the back.
Godsend promo as he says he will win the Omega Cup for a second time and show everyone his greatness.
Mean Streets over New Age Gladiators w/End of Days by pinfall when Patch pinned Mayham after a super kick.
Skiver had trouble with New Age at the start. C-Rush was keeping him off balance then tagged Mayham in. A couple unsuccessful pin attempts then Mayham tagged C-Rush in. It looked like Skiver was getting something going so C-Rush quickly tagged Mayham back in. Skiver was finally able to tag Patch in and Patch went to work. Before long he hit the super kick and ended the match.
MG7000 is standing with The Asylum in back.
MG7000: Recently you guys brutally attacked Red Talon and he is still out injured. Panther Warrior called you out but you ignored him. When do you plan on facing him?
Tricks: Face him? Why would we do that? We are done with that kitty. (At this point Harley Q starts flirting him MG7000, touching him and running her fingers down his arm as he keeps swatting her away) No MG we have nothing to say to Panther Warrior as we have moved on.
King Tux: Yea that's right. Fall of Gotham are going to get some tag gold. Tricks and I have big plans. We will be...
Suddenly Panther Warrior brandishing a kendo stick rushed in and started hitting the members of The Asylum. Before things really got going security came in and pulled Panther Warrior away. The Asylum members were angry except for Tricks and Harley Q who were simply laughing.
Elina beat Lady Godsend via pinfall.
A rematch of a recent confrontation that saw Elina come out on top. Lady Godsend seemed set to avenge it as she was dominating Elina. She went for her finisher early but Elina kicked out with enthusiasm at one. Lady went for her finisher a couple more times with no success. She started to wear Elina down more. Then Elina seemed to find a second wind and fought back. She hit Resurrection and earned a second victory over Lady Godsend in a short time.
The Butcher w/M.H. Henry beat Splatter X by pinfall to retain the Castilex Hardcore Championship.
This was a bit of a disappointment for fans of hardcore as the action never left the ring and was one sided. The Butcher tore into Splatter X and never gave him a chance before hitting Chopping Block to finish him off.
The whole Kingdom (Godsend, Demon Godsend, Lady Godsend, Eydilon, Dominion, Black Death and even Natives and Duke of Destruction) make their way to the ring in a show of power. Godsend talks about how he will be winning the Omega Cup and after that he and the Kingdom will start collecting all the gold. Suddenly the lights go out.
When the lights come back on the Empire of Fear (Maramus, Nightmare, The Tall Man, Death Dealers, Sinful and Captain Crossbones) are surrounding the ring. Maramus says Godsend has a nice plan. The problem is the first step will not happen as Nightmare will be winning the Omega Cup. We then hear Aethran war trumpets.
Aethran Martial Law (Aethra Overmaster, Sly Drury, Gladiators, Spike, Turmoil, Paralyze, Thrash, Mean Streets, Code Destroyer, Scorn and Fhanna) walk out and stop on the entrance ramp. Overmaster says Aethrans have been overlooked too much lately. He will rectify that at Omega Cup by winning and standing tall over all over competitors.
The Hand's entrance music plays and The Hand (Dark Menace, Monolith, Total Hell, Overtime and Alpha Female) come out and stand on the stage. Dark Menace tells Overmaster one guy he can't look down at is reigning Omega Cup winner, and soon repeating winner, Monolith.
Laughter is heard and the camera scans the crowd till it lands on Shayne and Perfect Specimen standing on a concourse surrounded by smiling fans. Shayne says they all think they are winning the Omega Cup but the reality is the winner will be one of them. And they have agreed it doesn't matter if it's him or Specimen, the other will congratulated the winner. All that matters is one of them wins and adds the Cup to all the gold they already have. At this both men hold up their individual single titles as well as their shared tag title belts. Everyone is staring and pointing at each other. It looks like a powder keg about to blow but everyone is keeping calm as the show ends.

Omega Cup PPV - Deimos Intergalactic Arena
A look back at last two Omega Cup and their winners. Then promo for tonight's Omega Cup and the wrestlers in it. It is reminded that titles are not on the line in tournament matches and managers are not allowed ringside.
Perfect Specimen beat Aethra Overmaster by submission to advance.
Overmaster tried to over power Specimen who countered with finesse. After wearing the bigger man down some Specimen put him in Pinnacle of Success and Overmaster finally tapped out.
Endgame over Monolith by submission to advance.
Another upset but one that almost didn't happen. When the action went to the floor Endgame was pouring it on against his opponent and the ref was close to calling for a disqualification. Endgame got control of himself and took the action back into the ring. Once he applied Rolling Figure Four the match was finished and so was Monolith's chances for a repeat.
Perfect Specimen and Shayne are in their locker room. Shayne congratulated Specimen who in return wished him luck in his match.
Nightmare over Shayne by disqualification to advance.
Since Maramus was not allowed ringside Nightmare was forced to make a traditional entrance. It didn't matter as Nightmare attacked at the opening bell. Only a minute in Nightmare hit his finisher and almost scored the victory. He kept the pressure up and Shayne started getting frustrated at not being able to get any offense going for more then a short while. Finally his temper got the better of him as he grabbed his whip and tried choking Nightmare out. The ref made the count and when he got to five he was forced to call for the bell. Shayne was upset and it looked for a bit like he would attack the ref. However he thought better, calmed down and apologized to the ref before leaving the ring.
Crossfire over Godsend by pinfall to advance.
Godsend took Crossfire very lightly and it was obvious from the start. That overconfidence ended up costing him. He playfully slapped at Crossfire who responded with a vicious but focused attack. He battered Godsend who was shocked and kicked out of numerous pin attempts. Then Crossfire hit a Hunter Hammerlock Drop and Godsend did not kick out. Possibly the biggest upset in Omega Cup history.
The semi finals are set as Nightmare faces Crossfire and Perfect Specimen faces Endgame.
Shyane is obviously upset as he punches and kicks things in the locker room. Perfect Specimen walks in and gets him to calm down. Shayne says he's mad he didn't do his part like Specimen and that he let his temper get the better of him. He tells Specimen to go win the Intergalactic title and the Cup.
Perfect Specimen defeated Eydilon to pinfall to win the GWF Intergalactic Championship.
For Specimen to continue advancing in the tournament he could not afford a long match here. So he went all out in his assault. Eydilon could barely catch his breath let alone get much offense in. A Not So Shabby Spinkick ended Eydilon's night and title run.
Crossfire over Nightmare by pinfall to advance.
Once again Nightmare came down alone and once again he gained an early control. Both men struggled for control. Eventually Crossfire earned it. He hit Bullseye and surprised Nightmare for the victory. Having pulled two upsets against two of the top men in GWF could Crossfire win the Omega Cup?
Perfect Specimen beat Endgame via Submission to advance.
Both men showed their ability. Once again Perfect Specimen used his finisher Pinnacle of Success to win the match and move on.
Predators over Gladiators by pinfall when Wolf pinned Fist after End of the Hunt to retain the GWF Universal Tag Team Championship.
As soon as the champions got in the ring the challengers jumped them. Their advantage did not last long as once the match officially started Wolf fought back and tore into Fist. Wolf and Lope kept tagging in and out to stay fresh as they worked on Fist.
Fist finally got the chance to tag out and Probation used his power to pummel Wolf. After a couple pin attempts Probation tagged Fist back in. The match went back and forth for almost ten more minutes with both teams having a chance. Finally Wolf wore Fist down enough and he hit End of the Hunt and thus it was. The Predators had defended their titles. Now it's time for the final of the Omega Cup.
Perfect Specimen over Crossfire by submission to win the Omega Cup.
Early on Crossfire was rocking Specimen and it seemed his improbable run in the cup would be complete. However as he has often Specimen fought back. For the third time in the tournament Specimen put his opponent in Pinnacle of Success and made them tap out. Perfect Specimen had done it. He had won the prestigious Omega Cup. Not to mention he added another title during the night. Lord Nexus, Shayne and the Fighting Titans came out to help him celebrate.

Overmaster, Monolith, Shayne and Godsend all ousted in the first round of the tournament... Wow!
Impressive showing by Crossfire, but not enough to beat Spec in the final... Fun stuff!
