Hey topdollar! Just binged read to catch up on all things Rebel Wrestling! Looks like Brody and Savage are in the midst of World War III. I just knew Corny was gonna unleash The Midnight Express on the scene - but it was still awesome to see in my minds eye. Almost as awesome as April Hunter jumping up and down for our joy, I mean for joy. Loved the Severn win over Bundy among several others. You can never have too much Roddy Piper. The Duke Boys angle totally rules, you really took me back with that one. Have no idea who they are but they are definitely Fightin The System Like A Two Modern Day Robin Hood. And that's all we can ask for. I can tell you are really having fun with this fed - Bravo my friend! Also agree with Scott Fire 54, totally think of Pro Wrestling Illustrated when I read the Apter segments.

Thanks Bri! I'm glad you're having as much fun reading it as I am writing it. Things arent't done yet between Brody & Savage--not by a long shot! I wanted to have Corny bring in the original Midnights because I knew most people would expect Condrey & Eaton or Eaton & Lane. I had the idea for their debut for awhile now and was waiting for the right time to unleash it. April definitely jumps for joy. Look for her in-ring singles debut soon. I've got some surprising ideas for both Severn & Piper so stay tuned! I wanted to have 2 black and white LOW cards under masks, but I didn't want to do Assassins or Executioners. I thought Duke Boys would fit right at home in this Southern 'rasslin' fed. You really have no idea who they are? That's easy--they're Beauregard & Lucas!(I love having Corny do this commentary. It reminds me of when The Patriot came to WCW. Tony Schiavone would say "Who is this masked man?" & Bobby Heenan said "It's The Patriot.", or Schiavone would say "Who is The Patriot?" & Heenan would reply "That's easy, he's the guy in the mask.") Until Boss Hogg & Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltrane lock the Duke Boys in the hoosegow, Long Live Rebel Wrestling! YEE-HAW!

BILL APTER'S "HOT SEAT" Apter: "Please welcome, my guest, 'Living Legend' Larry Zbyszko.("Bad Company" by Bad Company plays to boos as Zbyszko comes out with his manager Jimmy Hart.)Larry, why did you & your Hart Foundation teammates Rick Rude & King Kong Bundy viciously attack Roddy Piper 2 weeks ago on the Hot Seat?" Zbyszko: "Piper got exactly what he deserved. he's the biggest hypocrite I've seen in my many glorious years, and these spudheads flock to him like sheep." Apter: "Aren't you worried about what he'll do for payback?" Zbyszko: "If he's smart, he'll go back to the retirement home where he belongs. But he's just as dumb as these spudheads here in El Paso so I guess it's up to us to retire him... permanently. Isn't that right, Jimmy?" Hart: "Right as rain, Larry, baby. If Roddy Piper can find two partners next week, Larry Z., Rick Rude & King Kong Bundy will take him out back like old Yeller. Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!" Apter: "I'm sure Piper won't have any trouble finding two partners when he returns from injury next week, and I sure wouldn't want to be in your boots, Larry. Thanks for your time."
