Also, a 15-Man Battle Royal determines Hardcore Champ Ox Baker's challenger tonight."
MATCH 1: Lou Albano with Angelo Poffo & Mike DiBiase vs. Larry Zbyszko with J.J. Dillon & Tully Blanchard: The "Living Legend" Zbyszko hit 3 consecutive PILEDRIVERS to put Zbyszko down for the 3-count. WINNER: Larry Zbyszko--0 fatigue pinned Lou Albano--3 fatigues with PILEDRIVER
MATCH 2: Bob & Brad Armstrong vs. Texas Hangmen(Killer & Psycho)with Abdullah The Butcher: "Gallows Pole" by Led Zeppelin plays as Hangmen come out to boos. The boos turn to cheers when "South's Gonna Do It(Again) by Charlie Daniels Band plays to signal the arrival of the popular Armstrongs. This was a back and forth match between 2 evenly matched teams with several near-falls on both sides. Bob tried a top rope crossbody block, but Psycho caught him and turned it into a running power slam for a 2-count that drew blood. Hangmen stayed on the attack and made the bleeding worse until they hit HANGMEN BACKBREAKER. Psycho pinned Bob while Killer stopped Brad from making the save. One of the Hangmen grabbed the mic and said, 'We should've been invited to be in the National Tag Team Title Tournament! Rock 'n' Roll Express, we're coming for you...and the National Tag Team Titles!". MATCH 3: Nora Greenwald vs. Rockin' Robin: The two popular & lovely ladies shake hands to start the match. Robin went for a top rope crossbody block, but Nora caught her and turned it into a Northern Lights suplex for a 2-count. Nora went on to hit FLIPPING SEATED SENTON for the 1-2-3 as fans cheered. She helped Robin to her feet, and they shook hands in a show of good sportsmanship. WINNER: Nora Greenwald--0 fatigue pinned Rockin' Robin--1 fatigue with FLIPPING SEATED SENTON
MATCH 4: SIX-MAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Rat Pack(Ted DiBiase, Steve Williams & Jim Duggan)(Six-Man Tag Team Champions) vs. Road Warriors(Hawk & Animal) & Paul Ellering: "Iron Man" by Black Sabbath plays as the challengers enter the ring to cheers. "Tough Guys" by REO Speedwagon plays as the Six-Man Champs enter the ring to cheers. Both teams came to fight! Animal hit DiBiase with POWER SLAM for a 2-count that drew blood. DiBiase later hit Animal with LOADED GLOVE for a pin attempt, but Animal powered out at 1! Hawk and Williams tagged in for a slugfest until Hawk tagged Animal for DOOMSDAY DEVICE. Animal pinned Williams while Hawk stopped Duggan from making the save. Ellering's game plan brought Six-Man gold to the Warriors & himself. MATCH 5: Fantastics(Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) vs. Heenan Family(Masked Superstar & King Kong Bundy)with Bobby Heenan: This was all Fantastics. Fulton made Superstar bleed with FANTASTIC CRADLE. He repeatedly rolled up Superstar with FANTASTIC CRADLE for pin attempts until Heenan tossed a foreign object to Superstar. Fulton intercepted it and used it on the crimson-masked masked man. Fulton pinned Superstar as Rogers stopped Bundy from making the save. The "Sharp Dressed Men" left the ring to celebrate their victory. Heenan entered the ring and got in Superstar's face. He said, "You idiot! Can't you do anything right?". He slapped Superstar. Bundy grabbed Heenan and backed him into the corner. Bundy threatened to punch Heenan, but Nick Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens jumped him from behind! They double-teamed Bundy, but Paul Ellering & Road Warriors hit the ring! Heenan ran out of the ring before Ellering could get to him, but Hawk & Animal press slammed Bockwinkel & Stevens over the top rope and onto Heenan on the floor! Ellering took the mic and said, "Superstar & Bundy, you don't need a manager who wants you to follow his orders. You need a manager that will let you be the monsters that you are. Each man was able to counter what the other was doing. That's how well they knew each other. Finally, Curt hit Larry with The Axe to set up HENNIG-PLEX for a hard-fought win over his father. MATCH 7A: HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP Ox Baker(Hardcore Champion) vs. Abdullah The Butcher in a Hardcore Match: Abdullah showed why he's called The Butcher. he hit a piledriver on the steel ring steps that may have knocked Baker out cold! Abdullah grabbed a trash can and smashed Baker in the face to bust him open. Abdullah grabbed a rope from under the ring apron and choked Baker with it. While Abdullah was doing that, he also appeared to be raking Baker's face with a fork at the same time! Abdullah then grabbed a metal pipe from under the ring and brought it crashing down on top of Baker's bloody bald head! Abdullah must have been getting bored with the carnage because he finally threw Baker into the ring for SUDANESE MEAT CLEAVER to put Baker out of his misery. The referee slowly handed the Hardcore Title to Abdullah who grabbed the belt and put it in his mouth! Abdullah chased the referee out of the ring, but Texas Hangmen ran out to stop The Butcher. Abdullah leaned over the announce table to get in the faces of Lano & Cornette, but Killer & Psycho wrapped their nooses around Abdullah's arms to corral the Madman From The Sudan. WINNER: Abdullah The Butcher--1 fatigue pinned Ox Baker--7 fatigues with SUDANESE MEAT CLEAVER to win Rebel Wrestling Hardcore Championship
A video airs while "Saturday Night Special" by Lynyrd Skynyrd plays. It promotes the Main Event of next week's show in Greenville, South Carolina. "Mr. Saturday Night Special" Bruiser Brody defends Rebel Wrestling World Championship against #1 Contender Johnny Valentine. Valentine: "Brody, I'm going to keep this simple. I'm going to hurt you. I'm going to take your title." Brody: "Valentine, I know what you're capable of. But I don't think you know what I'm capable of! Huss! Huss!"
MATCH 8: NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Barry Windham(National Champion)with J.J. Dillon vs. Blackjack Mulligan: Commissioner Lou Thesz appointed Morgan Dollar as Special Referee for this family feud. Windham wore down Mulligan and got 3 near-falls with SWEETWATER SUPERPLEX. It looked like Mulligan would make a comeback when he reversed a throw into the turnbuckle. He went for a running clothesline, but Windham moved out of the way and Mulligan crashed into the turnbuckle. Windham covered him for the pin. He put his feet on the ropes for extra leverage, but Dollar didn't see it and made the 3-count. Dillon motioned for someone in the back to come out, and Tully Blanchard & Larry Zbyszko ran down to the ring. They held Mulligan so Windham could use him as a punching bag! Dillon grabbed a mic and got in Mulligan's face. He said, "Mulligan, you're an ungrateful piece of trash! you did absolutely nothing in Rebel Wrestling until I managed you to the TV Title. I even built an entire stable--The Four Horsemen--around your stupid cowboy gimmick. Remember Cowboy Bob Orton, Tracy Smothers, and that worthless Sam Houston? And what did you do when you lost the TV Title? You quit the Horsemen! You didn't want me to be your manager anymore! But guess who did? Your son--who has more talent in his little finger than you have in your entire body! Tully & Larry also agree with my vision to make the Four Horsemen a name to be feared & respected. From now on, when people think of the Horsemen, they're not going to think of a bunch of idiots wearing cowboy hats.". Windham crawls under the ring and comes out with a branding iron with a "4H" brand. He attempts to brand his father, but Sam Houston, Scott Casey & Johnny Mantell run out to save Mulligan! The "stupid cowboys" clean house, and Dillon's Horsemen head for higher ground. The Rebel Wrestling range war has begun! WINNER: Barry Windham--0 fatigue pinned Blackjack Mulligan--3 fatigues when Mulligan hit the turnbuckle
Cornette: "Dillon's team is a force to be reckoned with, but it looks like Mulligan has some friends too." Jim Cornette: "The Conways are in tag team action. We have Dixie Divas with Melina vs. Francine. But up first is the six-man tag team debut of the Blue World Order."
MATCH 1: George South, Jake Milliman & Kenny Jay vs. Blue World Order(Stevie Richards, Blue Meanie & Super Nova)with "Progressive Liberal" Daniel Richards: The Progressive Liberal has a mic and says, "I'd like to thank my long-lost cousin from the Richards clan, Big Stevie Cool, and my brothers from different mothers, Da Blue Guy & Hollywood Nova, for joining me on my crusade through the Redneck States Of America. Together, we will make Southern wrestling great again. You're welcome.". Stevie didn't waste any time. He damn near kicked Jay's head off with STEVIE KICK for the quick win. Afterwards, Meanie & Nova beat down South & Milliman! Then the bWo used blue spray paint to paint "bWo" on the chests of their fallen opponents as fans booed & threw trash into the ring. WINNER: Blue World Order(Stevie Richards--0 fatigue, Blue Meanie--0 fatigue & Super Nova--0 fatigue) beat George South--0 fatigue, Jake Milliman--0 fatigue & Kenny Jay--0 fatigue when Richards pinned Jay with STEVIE KICK
MATCH 2: Melina with Heavenly Bodies(Tom Prichard & Chris Candido) vs. Francine with Triple Threat(Shane Douglas & Impact Players: Steve Corino & Justin Credible): Francine took the fight to Melina, but in the end, Melina hit LAST CALL for the 1-2-3. She took the mic and said, "Shane Douglas, beating your (bleep) was easier than I thought it would be. I bet my Heavenly Bodies can beat your Impact Players just as easy. How about it, Franchise?". Prichard made Credible bleed with ENZUIGIRI. Double-teaming by the Bodies made the bleeding worse. Prichard finally finished off Credible with another ENZUIGIRI. Melina entered the ring and did the splits in front of her victorious team. So next week will begin the Superfly TV Wonderland Open Challenge, bruddah. If you want to be the new Champion of Television, bruddah, all you have to do is meet me in the ring next week. MATCH 5: JR. HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP "Exotic" Adrian Street(Jr. Heavyweight Champion) vs. Red Bastien: Lano reminds viewers that Bastien beat both Mikey Whipwreck and Iron Mike DiBiase in back-to-back matches to get a Non-Title Match with Street. Cornette reminds viewers that Bastien beat Street in last week's Non-Title Match to get the title shot this week. Bastien's in the ring when Street skips to the ring tossing rose petals to the crowd. Street wraps his feather boa around the referee and kisses him on both cheeks! The ref throws the boa to the floor and calls for the bell to start the match. Bastien caught Street by surprise with a flying bodypress for a 2-count to start the match. Bastien quickly locked on sleeper, but Street reached the ropes to force a break. Bastien later hit ATOMIC DROP for what he thought was a 3-count and the win. He jumped up to celebrate his title victory, but the referee pointed to Street's foot on the bottom rope and ordered the match to continue! The confusion gave Street time to recover, and he hit CRUCIFIX for a 2-count. He later hit CRUCIFIX again to pin Bastien's shoulders to the mat for a count of 3. Street retains the Jr. Title! A dejected Bastien leaves the ring as Street's Punk-Funk Connection partner Jimmy Valiant enters the ring. Valiant hands Street a champagne bottle while Valiant holds a whiskey bottle. REBEL WRESTLING YEAR 2 Saturday Night Special 5: Greenville Memorial Auditorium--Greenville, South Carolina(Hour 1)
The show opens with an outdoor camera showing Blackjack Mulligan arriving in a pickup truck. He gets out and enters the arena.
Dr. Mike Lano: "We have two title matches for you tonight. World Champion Bruiser Brody vs. Johnny Valentine in our Main Event, and National Tag Team Champions Rock 'n' Roll Express vs. Texas Hangmen." Jim Cornette: "We also have Bobo Brazil vs. Randy Savage for #1 Contender to the National Title, and Stan Hansen vs. Gorgeous George. But first, Blackjack Mulligan's in the ring with Johnny Mantell & Rhinestone Cowboys."
Mulligan: "Scott Casey & Sam Houston have a match next against Tully Blanchard & Larry Zbyszko, but I'd like to take a minute to thank them & Johnny Mantell for coming to my aid last week. I cant't believe that my own son tried to brand me with a branding iron! J.J. Dillon, you called cowboys 'stupid'. Well, these cowboys are gonna kick your asses!(Fans cheer)You want to form a new Four Horsemen with my son and make me your first target. Well, I ain't going down without a fight, and these men will back me up every step of the way. I don't care if it's in the ring, the locker room, or the parking lot. I'm coming for you & your Horsemen, Dillon, and Hell's coming with me!(Fans cheer)We're not bandits or outlaws. We're The Highwaymen, and we're gonna do some Cowboy (bleep)!"
MATCH 1: Rhinestone Cowboys(Scott Casey & Sam Houston) with Blackjack Mulligan & Johnny Mantell vs. Tully Blanchard & Larry Zbyszko with J.J. Dillon: Casey & Houston pulled out all the stops. They took turns hitting Zbyszko with BULLDOGS until he was bleeding from Houston's BULLDOG. He was able to tag Blanchard who took the fight to Casey until he hit SLINGSHOT SUPLEX that drew blood. Zbyszko tagged back in and gave Casey a PILEDRIVER, but Houston, Mulligan & Mantell entered the ring to attack Zbyszko! Blanchard entered the ring to help his partner, and Barry Windham wasn't far behind. A wild brawl broke out between Highwaymen & Horsemen, and the referee disqualified both teams. Security tried to separate them, but they continued to brawl down the aisle and all the way to the back! NO WINNER: Rhinestone Cowboys(Scott Casey--6 fatigues & Sam Houston--1 fatigue) and Tully Blanchard--0 fatigue & Larry Zbyszko--6 fatigues fought to a Double Disqualification
MATCH 2: Princess Victoria vs. Francine with Triple Threat(Shane Douglas & Impact Players: Steve Corino & Justin Credible): The ladies fought back and forth, but in the end, Francine dropped Victoria with DDT for the 1-2-3. After the match, Francine took the mic and said, "I'm issuing an open challenge to any male & female wrestler to step in the ring with The Franchise & me next week.". She handed the mic to Douglas who says, "We don't care if you're in Rebel Wrestling or if you're from another promotion. Wherever you're from, Francine & I will stomp you like cock(pauses)roaches! And you will both...get your asses Franchised! Ha-Ha!". WINNER: Francine--1 fatigue pinned Princess Victoria--2 fatigues with DDT
MATCH 3: Midnight Flyers("Midnight Rocker" Marty Jannetty & "High Flyer" Jim Brunzell) vs. Fabulous Freebirds("Fabulous" Jackie Fargo & "Freebird" Terry Gordy) vs. Smokes & Beer (The Crusher & The Sandman) in a TRIPLE THREAT TAG TEAM MATCH: The teams battled back and forth, but in the end, Gordy hit Crusher with BAMM BAMM SLAM for the win. WINNER: Fabulous Freebirds(Jackie Fargo--3 fatigues & Terry Gordy--0 fatigue) beat Midnight Flyers(Marty Jannetty--0 fatigue & Jim Brunzell--0 fatigue) and Smokes & Beer(Crusher--2 fatigues & Sandman--1 fatigue) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match when Gordy pinned Crusher with BAMM BAMM SLAM
MATCH 4: Stan Hansen vs. Gorgeous George with Cherie Dupre: These two wrestlers are total opposites as evidenced by their pre-recorded promos and ring entrances... George: "Stanley Hansen, you're a vile & vulgar man. You shouldn't even be allowed in the same building as me--let alone the same ring! I can't stand the smell of your disgusting chewing tobacco. I must insist that you allow Cherie to disinfect you before I give you a proper thrashing." George walks out with Cherie leading the way. She has to spray perfume in front of his every step to purify the air. He enters the ring, and he demands that she spray the referee too! Hansen:(Chewing a big wad of tobacco with juice dripping out of his mouth. Some of it spits on the camera when he talks)"Gorgeous Georgie Porgie kissed the girls and made 'em cry. Of course they cried! Any girl would cry if they were kissed by a prissy peacock like you! You ain't got the face of a real man like me.(Smiles as tobacco juice drips down his chin and onto his chest)Ha-Ha-Ha!" Hansen walks out and screams, "I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!". He rings his cowbell as Cherie attempts to spray him with disinfectant. He spits tobacco in her face, and she runs away screaming! George was furious! He walked right up to Hansen and slapped him before turning around to take a bow to the crowd. When he turned back around, Hansen greeted him with a chop to the chest that could be heard throughout the arena! They battled back and forth trading near-falls. At one point, George distracted the referee so Cherie could finally spray Hansen with disinfectant--right in his eyes! Hansen was livid! He threw George out of the ring and went after him. He whipped George into the barricade and clotheslined George over it and into the crowd! George grabbed a fan's beer bottle and smashed Hansen over the head with it, and the referee called for the bell to disqualify both men. Security came out to break up the brawl. Hansen punched the security who grabbed him while George told the security who grabbed him to "Get your filthy hands off of me!". Commissioner Lou Thesz came out and said, "This is the second Double DQ this hour for a brawl, and I've had enough! I'm not gonna let you get away with fighting in the crowd so next week you'll have a Lumberjack Match! Until then, I want the two of you along with Highwaymen & Horsemen to get the Hell out of the building! You're all giving me a headache!". NO WINNER: Stan Hansen--2 fatigues & Gorgeous George--1 fatigue fought to a Double Disqualification

MATCH 5: Foreign Legion(Iron Sheik, Pampero Firpo & Vachon Brothers: Mad Dog & Butcher Vachon) vs. Red Menace(Ivan Koloff, Alexis Smirnoff & Bolsheviks: Nikolai Volkoff & Boris Zhukov) in an EIGHT-MAN TAG TEAM ELIMINATION MATCH: Mad Dog pinned Smirnoff with PILEDRIVER. Volkoff pinned Butcher with BACKBREAKER DROP. Sheik pinned Zhukov with Camel Rider. Volkoff pinned Mad Dog with BACKBREAKER DROP. Firpo submitted Volkoff with EL GARFIO. Koloff pinned Firpo with legdrop. Sheik busted open Koloff with loaded boot, and he quickly locked on CAMEL CLUTCH to make Koloff submit. Iron Sheik is the sole survivor! MATCH 6: Bobo Brazil vs. Randy Savage with Dixie Divas Champion Sherri Martel to determine the #1 Contender to Rebel Wrestling National Championship: The fans were solidly behind Brazil in this match with the hated Savage. However, Savage was all over Brazil from the opening bell. He got near-falls with FLYING ELBOW DROP, top rope crossbody block, and another FLYING ELBOW DROP. Savage was frustrated that Brazil kept kicking out of pin attempts and threw him out of the ring. Savage followed and a wild brawl erupted! Brazil's big hammer punches allowed him to win the brawl. He threw Savage in the ring where he hit COCO BUTT, but Savage put his foot on the bottom rope to stop the referee's count. Savage made a comeback and hit kneedrop for the 3-count. Martel entered the ring to raise the hand of the Macho Man. WINNER: Randy Savage--1 fatigue pinned Bobo Brazil--3 fatigues with kneedrop to become #1 Contender to rebel Wrestling National Championship
MATCH 7: NATIONAL TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Rock 'n' Roll Express(Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson)(National Tag Team Champions) vs. Texas Hangmen(Killer & Psycho)with Hardcore Champion Abdullah The Butcher: This was a knock-down drag-out fight! The champs thought they had the match won when they hit Psycho with DOUBLE DROPKICK, but he kicked out. The Hangmen made Morton bleed with Hangmen Noose. Then they hit HANGMEN BACKBREAKER, but Morton kicked out. Psycho hit DDT that knocked out the bloody Morton. Psycho covered him to win the National Tag Team Titles. They held their newly won belts up high as Abdullah joined them in the ring. Can anyone stop their reign of terror? WINNER: Texas Hangmen(Killer--2 fatigues & Psycho--3 fatigues) beat Rock 'n' Roll Express(Ricky Morton--5 fatigues & Robert Gibson--2 fatigues) when Psycho pinned Morton with DDT to win the Rebel Wrestling National Tag Team Championship
MATCH 8: WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Bruiser Brody(World Champion) vs. Johnny Valentine: Brody had the early advantage and got a near-fall with JUMPING KNEE DROP. Valentine made a comeback and hit ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER for a near-fall. Valentine was in control when he went to the top rope, but there's a reason it's called "high-risk". Brody recovered and threw Valentine across the ring! Brody hit JUMPING KNEE DROP, and fans counted with the referee: 1-2-3! After the win, "Mr. Saturday Night Special" took the mic and said, "Alexis Smirnoff! I didn't forget about you beating me for the TV Title. Now, I was glad to see you lose it to my good friend Jimmy Snuka. But I wanna know--I need to know--who's the better man between us? That's why I'm willing to defend the World Title against you next week in Columbia, South Carolina. But I don't want just any match. I want...a Last Man Standing Match!". WINNER: Bruiser Brody--2 fatigues pinned Johnny Valentine--2 fatigues with JUMPING KNEE DROP to retain Rebel Wrestling World Championship
Cornette: "The World Champion has a score to settle against Smirnoff, and he's willing to put the title on the line next week in a Last Man Standing Match to find out who the better man is." Lano: "We'll also have Stan Hansen vs. Gorgeous George in a Lumberjack Match next week. Wait a minute...I'm getting word that something's going on in the parking lot."
An outdoor camera shows Scott Casey & Sam Houston laying on the ground. Tully Blanchard & Larry Zbyszko are beating up Johnny Mantell. Barry Windham is fighting his father Blackjack Mulligan, and Mulligan's winning! Suddenly, he gets jumped from behind by a man dressed entirely in black & wearing a black wrestling mask. Blanchard & Zbyszko join in to make it a 4 on 1 beatdown. J.J. Dillon opens the door to Mulligan's truck, and the Horsemen drag him over there. They hold Mulligan's right arm inside the truck, and the masked man slams the door on it! Mulligan yells in pain & agony! The Four Horsemen hold up four fingers to the camera--including the masked "Dark Horseman". Who is he?
