I always played online remembering the rules from my old sets. Anyway recently I ordered lots of card stock as I thought it would be nice to have. I was just looking over the rulebook contained in a starter pack and it mentioned for tag matches that when a wrestler tags out on offense his partner comes in on the same offensive level. That is how I play it. However, I thought i'd read it somewhere that this only applies to regular tag teams. So if a guy tags out and they are not a regular team then his partner only comes in at offensive level 1.
I hope I've been playing it right for a good number of years. I guess I saw it as part of the advantage of being a regular and more well oiled team. What do others do?
Thanks, Wayne

I don't use those established tag team rules. Offensive tags stay on the same level. Same number to roll to make a defensive tag regardless if you are a set team or not.

I always thought the wrestler enters on the same level on offense.

I drop them a level if they're on two or three. Just to demonstrate their lack of teaming.

Thanks guys. I guess it’s what works best. I managed to find where I saw it. In the ringside companion dated 2101 megatournament rule clarifications and updates

Hey Wayne,
I have an awesome list of tag team rules I can send you (just a compilation of rules I've got from other promoters over the years). You want me to e-mail them to you?
