I loved it as well. Great old school feel and it was like a breath of fresh air. I watched AEW Dark right after and I have to say it was a fun two hours. I will definitely be watching the NWA regularly.

I'm on vacation at the moment so it took me a few days to get through the first episode of NWA Powerrr. I avoided this thread for fear of spoilers or anything tainting or influencing my viewing experience. I went in ready to like it but I frickin' LOVED it! I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed it from start to finish. It feels really polished, which can sometimes be a negative. In this case it just felt like every aspect of the show was fitting of this unique, retro-modern wrestling hour. I'm really excited to see where this thing goes! Also, great to hear it's done so well on YouTube so far (aided by AEW). Last I checked they had over 300,000 views on this first episode and it's only been up a few days so far.

Fantastic first episode and the show was perfect for what it was going for. So cool to have so many distinctly different wrestling shows out there now that all have unique vibes.

Really wanted to like this show, but it fell a bit flat for me. I loved the presentation, loved the graphics and the studio setting, but I thought the audio balance was dodgy and it reminded me that I don't really enjoy modern wrestling too much. Nobody locks up anymore- it wasn't until the last match (which was the best in my opinion) that opponents locked up. I also thought Tim Storm's punches were terrible!
Maybe I'm just very old! I'm going to stick with it though as I want it to succeed.

I plan on watching this and episode 2 of Uncharted Territory during my son's late night feedings this weekend.

I thought it was a fun show. No issues with the wrestling or the mic work. I get that they're going for the Georgia Championship Wrestling nostalgia vibe but I think it's possible to do that and still have a show that doesn't look like it was made in 1979. Still fun, though. I'll watch the next episode.

I enjoyed the first NWA Powerrr show alot. On Tuesday I left work right at 2 to make sure I had time to go to the store and get home to watch this debut episode.
I liked the nostalgic feelings from this show- the :05 after the hour start time, the Atlanta location, and the studio setup (very similar to how CWFH tapes its shows in Port Hueneme with the crowd all seated on one side but for CWFH minus the interview area.)
Eli Drake remains one of the best wrestlers on a microphone today and I think he will do very well in the NWA. I am also glad to see Royce Isaacs getting some national exposure. I also like Nick Aldis as the current NWA World Heavyweight Champion and I am intrigued to see what happens with him and Camille (I think she is dating Tom Lattimore?- if so Lattimore is one lucky guy.)
I just wish on commentary they would briefly mention the backgrounds of some of these wrestlers who might not be as well known to many fans. Even if they don't want to mention other promotions, they could at least say years of experiences and geography (for the Dawsons, for example, they would not have to mention CWF Mid-Atlantic but instead could say they have wrestled for years in the Carolinas region.)

I believe Kamille is dating Braun Strowman, according to one of Strowman's bio's?! But that could be outdated too.
