I'm coming back to online play from the physical cards. I've got a fed with 6 terrtories. I was keeping track of them in a spreadsheet but that got deleted somehow. What do you guys use to track what's going on in your fed? I know the game tracks rankings and titles. But what about feuds, injuries, plans for upcoming matches etc. I'd love to see what everyone has come up with.

When I was running online, I complemented it with some physical materials to keep track of things the online system didn't have provisions for. I had two little moleskin notebooks, one labeled "Booking" and one labeled "Injuries/Suspnsions." I kept track of future matches in the former and injures and suspensions (shocking, right?) in the latter. I also maintained a ledger using traditional ledger paper of all my single wrestlers and tag teams. Every line was numbered, so if someone was feuding with someone else, I would jot down the line number of the feuding enemies in the "feud" column. I supplemented all this with a spreadsheet so I could keep track of things electronically, but if anything ever happened to the spreadsheet, I could always recreate it using the notebooks and ledger.

This is kind of funny because I just relaunched my fed and am sort of figuring a lot of this stuff out right now. Here's what I have going at this point...
I plan to have a Word doc for each in-game month of play. I have the whole month's events listed out so that when I want to add a match for a future event, based on ideas or storyline developments, I just drop them in and don't have to worry about forgetting.
I also have a separate document that is just for ideas I have for current or future storylines just so I don't forget potentially useful idaes for the future.
Lastly I have a Excel doc where I can track wins/losses and streaks for everyone in the fed. I plan to have an "inactive" tab that I can move wrestlers to when they are no longer a part of my fed, just so there's some sort of record of how they had been doing if/when I bring them back in the future.
We'll see how this all works out for me though.

I use a spreadsheet the I record wins and losses for both singles and tag matches. The spreadhseet is also filtered by card type, federation and records RAHL rating etc. I have a seprate tab with lists venues, so they are easily on hand for me when I am planning events in the future.
All my results are written in a series of notebooks. Each match has brief notes- usuallyt which moves led to pin attempts and eventual winning move/outcome. Sometimes I add notes like 'squash' or 'Bagwell was sh*t,' stuff like that...

I could certainly email it to you, but it’ll be full of my existing data. You’d have to wipe the cells and be careful not to delete the formulas. The spreadsheet calculates total matches, winning percentage for singles, tags and combined and a few other things.
Send me your email address and I’ll send it next time I’m on my laptop
