Not sure where exactly post this, but since while it has to do with bootlegs, it really applies to all facets of FG (Legends, COTG, indies) I didn't want to pick one particular board under It's Up to You Promoter.
Yahoo is shutting down their Groups section--by October 28 it won't be possible to upload any more files and by December 14, everything that's part of it will be deleted. There have been quite a few GWF and Legends groups over the years with bootlegs and matches, including ones from prolific bootleggers like Jon Knapik and Travis Heckel as well as the Legends team of Tim, Stu, and the Olsons, so this serves as a heads-up--if you want those files, go get 'em and save 'em now.

I'm honestly amazed it's taken them this long to close it.

You have to be part of whichever Yahoo Group (lowcreations, lowbootlegs, whichever others) had them, none of the COTG ones have been active for a long while.

Thanks for posting this, Pete. I am pretty sure I got down all of the LOW Bootlegs files I posted. I don't even know if my Yahoo! e-mail is still activated or not. So crazy to think how Yahoo! Groups were one of the first ways to share bootlegs on a larger level and how many options we have now, including right here on the board.

I'm honestly amazed it's taken them this long to close it. Completely agree. I didn't even know they were still around.
