Has anyone created custom charts for olde time wrestling to more closely match the style of that federation?

I don't know what kind of charts there could be but I have adopted Olde Wrestling-specific rules that are derived from the Professional Wrestling Rules & Regulations Official Handbook that you can get on their website.
The ones I use are:
Piledriver is illegal - roll DQ
Tag saves after the first are illegal - roll DQ on second and subsequent saves
Over the top rope is illegal - For out of ring roll 1-6, on 5-6 opponent was thrown over the top rope. Roll DQ.
Championship matches are best 2 of 3 falls
