I have been gone for an inordinate amount of time and had lost my love for a game that I had played since I was 17!!!
A game that have made lifelong friends that have impacted my existence...unfortunately, I have also lost friends (rest in peace Dave Szymanak) that has affected me dearly.
A game that I carried with me all over the world including the middle east! One of fondest memories is match between Iron Mane vs Spike for the Galaxian title that was played during a nasty sandstorm.
A game that has been introduced to ALL four of my kids (and hopefully to my grandkids someday). Two of them have official characters in this vast universe (Dark Star Creature and Snoochie)! My youngest plays with a passion that reminds me of the golden days and can talk cotg trivia with everyone.
A game that I sadly argued with other promoters over the stupidest sh*t that had no bearing on anything...literally nothing...and became possessive to the point that I thought no one was listening about my corner of the galaxy.
A game that I stepped out of because of something petty and irrelevant... a game that I lost touch with because of ego...
A game that sits here next to me bringing back fond memories, great matches, fantastic storylines (and some that were not so great), and a reflection of myself during a more innocent time.
Sitting here a lot older than when I started...looking through the multitude of cards that have impacted my imagination and spurned many conversations and would like to enjoy it again.
I miss this game...neigh, this..."friend"... it is time for this friendship to return to its roots! It is time for this friendship to return to being fun and imaginative!
Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for the return of....
Rasslin' Old Skewl Style!!!

So awesome!
I'm in total agreement. Tom created (and continues to create) a hell of a game. One that I always come back to despite work, 'real life', negative interactions, bullying, etc.. The games biggest strength is you don't need anyone else to create an amazing universe unlike any other. Looking forward to catching up with your fed!

I thought this was just great. I've met some good friends through this little wrestling game, and it rang true. Well said!
