I always liked how the Ringside Companion updated the tag team rule, gives an edge to strictly tag team professionals and how they can run smoothly as a team. Pairing two random wrestlers (especially single stars like say Alpha Force and Max Shield gives The Mercenaries lets say an edge team dynamic wise). I mean this isn't WWE tad teams from like 2003 or something here lol

One rule Iāve changed is the tagging out on defense.
It should be harder to tag out when youāre down, so my āhouse ruleā is
dazed - 1 (tag) = successful on roll of 2-6 hurt - 2 (tag) = successful on roll of 2-5 down - 3 (tag) = successful on roll of 2-4
I also have one āhot tagā per match: if the roll is down - 3 (tag), the āhot tagā is successful on rolls of 2-7

Typically, it's two. For a while, there was a rule in the GWF that the number of saves depended on if the tag team was an official tag team, a team of two guys in the same stable, or two random guys. I think it was two saves for official teams, one for stable teams, and one or none for random guys. Does anybody else remember this rule? I still use this rule.Regular teams: Rating 0 2 PS Tag Out L1D 2-6, L2D 2-5, L3D 2-4 Semi regular teams: Rating +1 2 PS Tag Out L1D 2-5, L2D 2-4, L3D 2-3 Rarely team: Rating +2 1 PS Tag Out L1D 2-5, L2D 2-4, L3D 2-3 Never team Rating +3 1 PS Tag Out L1D 2-4, L2D 2-3, L3D 2 *Tag champs get 1 additional PS *6-Man Tags get 1 additional PS and Double team. *Tornado tag matches I increase tag range by 2 to replicate "not having to tag" and add a PS and Double team for each team. Also babyface guys tagging out with a roll of snake eyes have their partner come in on L2O. Thats how i've always played.

The "babyface rule" makes sense as it would excite the crowd and thus boost the tagged-in wrestler, so it seems like a realistic kind of thing. Thanks for posting that, I may just use that in the future! Todd C WTIC
