Bruiser Brody was always a solid upper-card guy for me. He has spent most of his career with my NWA-World Class region, even holding the regional title for a short time. Was just never able to hold the gold for any real time, so regardless of whether he was face or hell, he was someone an up and comer had to beat on their way to title contention.
After running out ideas for him, I sent him to my new Japan region as a heel and he is #1 Contender for the NWA International Title held by Baba. So far he is doing well, but will see if he can win the gold.
One "tweak" I did, was I have decided to ignore the "down-3" on L2D and treat it as "hurt-2." A slight tweak that makes for a strong Hardcore Monster.
