I go with a 224 weight limit with exceptions allowed for certain wrestlers.

Mine was 230 but I'm not currently recognizing the title. Not enough competition as I don't use guys like Gotch as light heavyweights.

Mine is 235, but I make a few exceptions from time to time as needed (i.e. have someone cut weight to make the limit)

I think I've gone up to 244 or so. If they seem to fit the mold as a Jr., or mid-hvy. I'll use. In my USWA thread I just did a 32-man Jr. tourny so you can see who I used. I also don't put Gotch or Londos in the Jrs. either, or ones that should be after a bigger title.

And we all know Buddy Rose weighed 217. For my part of the LOW universe, as soon as current NWA Light Heavyweight champ Frank Gotch loses the belt to a face, Buddy Rose will be benefitting from the effects of his "Blow Away Diet" and challenge for the light heavyweight gold.
