I just got back home to Las Vegas from this show about 20 minutes ago.
After doing my Dri-Tri today, the drive down there was good overall as I was able to drive my truck about 80mph most of the way until the final mile of the freeway which actually took 45 minutes for a reason (an accident?) that was unclear. But me and my friend still made it to this show on time.
The venue is called the Glass House because there are glass windows in the front of the venue. Me and my friends were able to get spots in the balcony which gave me a great view of the ring.
some results:
"The Modern Day Spartan" Jordan Cruz defeated Robert Martyr. I did not realize until I saw him wrestle live how small Martyr was but I think he will have a good career as he is only (I think) 21.
Alan Angels defeated Tyler Bateman. I saw Alan Angels also wrestle here in Las Vegas a few weeks ago for Circle 6. This was an entertaining match.
Team Filthy defeated 44OH! In this match, as part of an ongoing Circle 6 storyline, RSP and Atticus Cogar spent about as much time fighting each other as they did Team Filthy.
Taya Valkyrie defeated Dark Sheik.
AC Mack defeated Sonico to retain the IWTV Independent Wrestling World Championship. This was a good match but I had little doubt as to who was going to win, although I am a Sonico fan and would have loved to see him win the IWTV championship.
Miyu Yamashita defeated Trish Adora.
Intermission. As I mentioned earlier, I got my AC Mack card autographed and I also made a signing for the game.
Calvin Tankman turned out to be Alex Shelley's mystery opponent.
Alex Shelley defeated Calvin Tankman via the BORDER CITY STRETCH (+1.) That is how I have it written on the bootleg I wrote that whlineup is releasing along with the PAC bootleg that I also wrote.
Sandra Moone defeated Maki Otoh. I was really happy to see Sandra Moone (who went to the high school I teach at) go over but I was also a little surprised.
Malakai Black defeated Kidd Bandit in a good main event. Afterward, Malakai Black announced he is now taking a break from wrestling.
Afterward, Prestige's promoter announced he has more dates booked for the Glass House but not until 2023. I had a good time tonight and I would seriously consider returning to California for Prestige in the future. If you have IWTV, I would recommend watching this show. I also would not be surprised to see Prestige running on Mania Weekend in Los Angeles next April (although I think if they are smart it won't be at the Glass House in Pomona but instead somewhere more in the downtown Los Angeles area, perhaps one of the Collective shows?)
This was Show #47 of 2022 for me. Show #48 will be GCW next Friday night in Los Angeles.

I went to a local show in Buffalo last night put on by Daddy Yeah! who runs the Grapplers Anonymous training school. Kevin Blackwood, Puf, Brute Van Slyke, Hayden Backlund & Alexia Nicole were all on the show. Daniel Garcia was hanging out (it was also his birthday). Also several locals who on AEW & AEW Dark Elevation a few weeks ago... Myung-Jai Lee (got beat up by Stokely), Kubes & Isaiah Prince (teamed to lose against House of Black). Prince was supposed wrestle my friend Jeremiah Richter but he had to pull off the show due to having his appendix removed a few days ago.
It was a pretty good show & I can't wait til the next one happens in November.
