Austin Theory Strikes21.08.2005 Peabody’s Down Under Cleveland, OH
DJZ w/Stokely Hathaway defeated Bill Taylor via ZDT Fatigue: N/A Match Notes: Some timely chatter by Stokely Hathaway distracted Bill Taylor and allowed DJZ to score the win after hitting his ZDT on Taylor.
Homeless Handicapped Connection defeated Age of the Fall via Handicapped Parking Fatigue: Tyler Black 5: Jimmy Jacobs 1: Hobo Joe 1 Match Notes: Age of the Fall started strong and even got a near fall on Hobo Joe. However, a desperate tag to Gregory Iron turned the tide, as the Homeless Handicapped Connection went to town on Age of the Fall. Gregory Iron was able to hit Handicapped Parking on Tyler Black to score the win! Iron and Joe celebrated with the fans, as Black and Jacobs fumed in the ring.
Backstage Promo: EC3 w/Stokely Hathaway EC3 tells Chad Olson that he is here to make an impact in AIW, and not to get involved in the trash wrestling that Drake Younger thinks is cool. He is then interrupted by none other than Drake Younger! Younger tells EC3 that he can neat him anywhere, anytime, and in any match, as EC3 is mediocre at best! EC3 looks ready to explode, but Stokely Hathaway calms him and tells Drake Younger to be ready, as EC3 will face him next show! EC3 and Stokely Hathaway leave, and Drake Younger just smiles as he holds up a light tube and places it on his shoulder.
Neo-Solar Temple defeated The Colony via Praying Mantis Bomb Fatigue: Worker Ant 1 Match Notes: With Soldier Ant gone from AIW, The Colony looked off, as the Neo-Solar Temple worked like a well oiled machine. In the end, Ultramantis Black was able to crush Worker Ant with a Praying Mantis Bomb, and Hydra was able to block Fore Ant from making the save for the win.
Raymond Rowe w/Stokely Hathway defeated Josh Prohibition via Death Rowe Fatigue: Raymond Rowe 1: Josh Prohibition 1 Match Notes: Josh Prohibition wanted answers as to why Raymond Rowe left their tag team to join the Dudes on TV group. Raymond Rowe was jaw jacking with fans when he came out, and Josh Prohibition hit a suicide dive on him and rolled him into the ring ti get the match started. Stokely Hathaway made his presence known when he tripped up Josh Prohibition which allowed Rowe to take his head off with a stiff lariat. Rowe then followed up with Death Rowe and this one was over! That makes a great night for the Dudes in TV, as they went 2 for 2 tonight, and Stokely Hathaway was extremely satisfied with his men.
#1 Contender’s Match for the AIW Absolute Championship Eddie Kingston defeated Matthew Justice via Sliding D Fatigue: Matthew Justice 2 Match Notes: Huge implications in this match as the winner gets a shot at the AIW Absolute Champion. These two wasted no time getting into it. However, The Mad King was in better form tonight. After throwing Justice off the top turnbuckle, Kingston hit two Sliding D’s to pit Matthew Justice away and win the match, and a shot at the AIW Absolute Champion!
Fight Without Honor Sami Callihan vs Davey Vega was a no contest Fatigue: N/A Match Rating: Callihan tried to attack Vega during his entrance and this resulted in both men brawling. They both went for a chair and struck at the same time. Referee Tom Dunn, checked on both men and determined that neither would be fit for the match, and threw the match out. Both men tried to get at one another in a groggy state, and security made sure they were separated.
Kings of Wrestling Defeated To Infinity and Beyond via King’s Reign Supreme +2 Fatigue: Cheech 8 Match Notes: The Kings of Wrestling isolated Cheech and just wore him down the entire match. Colin Delaney did all he could to get into the match, but could only break up some pin attempts. The Kings of Wrestling hit their King’s Reign Supreme and Cheech was finished.
Necro Butcher defeated Colt Cabana via Ballistic Headbutts Fatigue: N/A Match Notes: Necro Butcher blasted Colt Cabana with his chain when the referee turned to signal for the bell to be rang. Colt was not able to recover, and Necro Butcher put him away after several rapid fire headbutts!
AIW Absolute Championship “The Phenomenal One” AJ Styles* defeated Austin Theory via Styles Clash Fatigue: Austin Theory 2 Match Notes: AJ Styles wants payback for the attack Austin Theory put on him last show. In the early going, Styles had Theory where he wanted him. He hits a Phenomenal DDT, and only gets a two count, as Johnny Gargano ran down and out Theory’s foot on the bottom rope! This frustrated AJ, and allowed Theory to take the momentum. However, Theory could not get Styles in a vulnerable position. Gargano then got a chair and motioned Theory to send Styles to him. Styles was able to reverse it and sent Theory crashing into Gargano! Styles followed up with a Pele Kick and then the Styles Clash to score the win! Gargano and Theory could not believe it, and looked to head towards Styles, when out comes Eddie Kingston! Gargano and Theory high tail it, as Eddie Kingston gets into the ring and stares down Styles and the AIW Absolute Championship! AJ Styles holds the Championship high between them as the show comes to its end!

Of course, I'm pleased that your PHENOMENAL champion sent Theory packing... And with authority I might add... Looking forward to AJ vs. Kingston... But, I have a feeling that someone(s) might feel the need to stick their respective noses into the business of others.
Also happy with Necro Butcher's win over Cabana... The Kings are looking strong and I look forward to them having a chance to become your inaugural tag champs... Callihan and Vega did exactly what was expected - LET THEM FIGHT! And oh, yeah... Sweet victory for the HHC... Watching Tyler Black take a beating is never a bad thing. Truly entertaining!

AJ had no issue with Theory as it was done with authority. I am not so sure he will have an easy time with Kingston, but they don’t call him Phenomenal for nothing. The Kings of Wrestling are looking strong and have had the best success in my tag team division, and I think they may be the inaugural Tag Team Champions which will be coming soon. Callihan and Vega are about to up their violence in their next encounter. HHC are always a steady tag team for me and they often surprise me with the teams they beat, but that is the fun of this game! Thanks for tuning in buddy!

Absolute UpdateFrom the desk of AIW President, Matt Wadsworth
Hello AIW fans! Man is the action getting more and more intense by the show! Our next show will be on November 13th, and it will take place at Peabody’s Down Under in Cleveland OH, and what a show we have!
EC3 and Drake Younger will face off in a grudge match, as Younger thinks EC3 is a mediocre wrestler at best and EC3 wants payback for Younger smashing him over the head with a light tube in their previous match.
The AIW Absolute Champion, “The Phenomenal One” AJ styles will defend his title against none other than “The Mad King” Eddie Kingston. Styles has been a solid champion, and looks to the unorthodox Kingston for his next match.
Lastly, the war between Sami Callihan and Davey Vega has reached a new level. Here is what Sami Callihan and Davey Vega had to say:
“Davey Vega, you and I are destined to tear each other apart! It seems last time that security got in the way and saved your pathetic ass! I will give you your due, as you got me good, but you never finished the job! So, I have been thinking. Do I want to just pin you in the ring, or just beat the hell out of you? Well I want to beat the hell out of you, and bury you in my past! So, I challenge you to a casket match! Let’s see what you got tough guy!”
“Sami, Sami, Sami. I want nothing more than to get another chance to beat the living hell out of you! You want to get tough and have a casket match? Well, I’m game! Then there will be no excuses for when I beat you and prove I am the better man!”
And with that, the main event of the next show has been set and it is going to be explosive! We will see you on November 13th! You don’t want to miss The Most Intense Wrestling In The United States!
