I call the match when the pin hits 12 even if there's no pin unless the match must end some other way. I am not speaking here about The Basilisk's move specifically, but in general I do not call a match when a wrestler's PIN reaches 12. My reasoning is if the wrestler's PIN has reached 11 and they roll a 12 then he/she has not actually been defeated yet so the match should continue. Obviously, the next PIN attempt will then end the match for sure, but it still needs to get there for me to end the match. I think I am in the minority though on this, I remember a discussion on Uncharted Territory where the LOW crew said they all end the match when a PIN gets to 12. But to me, if they kick out at 11 by rolling double 6s then why is the match over?

I have no set in stone rule for 12 myself. Usually, I keep going figuring a pin attempt WILL end the match but figure the wrestler with 12, or more, is in REALLY bad shape but keeps going as we have seen in some matches. The one time I will end the match is if it has been a long one and does not seem close to rolling a pin either way. Then I would have the referee stop the match.

My rule is that a wrestler is knocked out when their PIN reaches 13... Which virtually never happens during a regular match... But, I needed a concrete goalpost for running a Last Man/Woman Standing match.
