TODD KENELEY: Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the first ever episode of Squared Circle Showdown where in tonight’s Main Event the “Olympic Hero” Kurt Angle returns to the ring to Square off with the “Hawaiian Juggernaut” Jeff Cobb. This match was announced month ago when both men were signed to MFWrestling.JOHNNY PELF: The MFWrestling Board of Governors will be paying close attention this match as either man could find themselves on the fast track to World Heavyweight Championship match against our Inaugural Champion Johnny Gargano.STU STONE: Johnny Gargano survived the American Division Round Robin. Beat Bryan Danielson and the undefeated Adam Cole before beating Rey Horus in the Finals to Crown the Inaugural Champion. Either Kurt Angle or Jeff Cobb could be a great match up for our champion. Speaking of Champions, the Briscoe Brothers survived 31 other teams to become our Inaugural Champions, we will hear from the later tonight.TODD KENELEY: Before we get to that it’s time for the first match in Squared Circle Showdown history as the Blue World Order is in action against the North. We head to the ring now for that Showdown. Before the introductions could begin the Dark Menace walked out on the ramp with a microphone in hand.
DARK MENACE: Many of you know who I am and why I am here as tonight I’ll be accompanying the “Best Bout Machine” Kenny Omega to the ring for his match against “Cowboy” James Storm. What you may not know is that I have also signed to manage a tag team here in MFWrestling. That team is set to compete in this match, that team being “#AllEgo” Ethan Page & the “Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander collectively known as the North. The North then came out and all three men shook hands before heading to the ring together.

Hollywood Nova then tossed Josh Alexander out of the ring and before he could follow Josh Alexander out the “Walking Weapon” removed his headgear in frustration. As Hollywood Nova was rolling out of the ring Josh Alexander blasted the Blue World Order member with the headgear earning the disqualification loss for his team.

DAVID MARQUEZ: Please allow me to introduce my guests at this time, they were semi-finalists in the World Tag Team Championship Tournament and one of them made it to the Final Four of the Canadian Division Round. Please welcome H2K members Brett Johnson and Chris SinclairH2K walk into the frame from either side of David Marquez
CHRIS SINCLAIR: Thanks for having us, David.BRETT JOHNSON: We are proud how the Round Robin events played out. While neither Chris nor I managed to walk out with any gold we can’t be happier with who won the championships. MFWrestling has a great roster of inaugural champions. Yet that is not why we are here tonight.CHRIS SINCLAIR: That’s right. MFWrestling has signed a lot of new faces and some of those faces we are very familiar with. They like to call themselves the Carnival of Chaos.BRETT JOHNSON: My little brother Trickster has always had a screw lose and it seems he has now aligned himself some likeminded people, one of them being Lash Whipwreck, who’s your little brother Chris. By my calculations that leaves us extremely shorthanded.CHRIS SINCLAIR: Which is why we want to take this time to introduce our new partners. Tommy End and Brody King the House of Black.Brody King and Tommy End both walk into the frame together.
TOMMY END: Trickster and the rest of Carnival Chaos. The House always wins. The four men shook hands as the scene faded out.

The “Harbinger of Doom” then caught Tiny with a powerbomb before hitting the Burning Lariat. Killer Kross then powered the “Master of the Buffet Line” into the Tree of Woe. After being caught with a running dropkick while in the Tree of Woe Tiny rolled to the arena floor. Killer Kross then followed Tiny out and the “Master of the Buffet” line recovered and caught a running Killer Kross with a back body drop onto the arena floor. KURT ANGLE: Tonight, I step into an MFWrestling ring for the first time, and I am set to take on Jeff Cobb. I didn’t come here for dream matches. I came here to win championships and tonight Jeff Cobb you will just be a steppingstone on my quest to become the World Heavyweight Champion. Oh, it’s True, it’s damn True“Chaos Personified” Trickster w/ Charade Twins v “Big Stevie Cool” Stevie RichardsTrickster and “Big Stevie Cool” had a great back and forth match as neither man could control the momentum for very long before the other man managed to make a comeback. The six men started brawling all over the ringside area until officials managed to separate the six men. Shortly after the brawl the b.W.o. left the ring area and the Trickster grabbed the microphone.
TRICKSTER: Well, I would be remise if I said that match went the way I envisioned, but I will say this. The Blue World Order is tougher than I thought, but that is not why I grabbed this here microphone. I saw your little interview earlier, big brother. I must say I am shocked you and Sinclair have found some other saps to join you. I will say this while you and Sinclair have added the House of Black to your ranks, I still have a few surprises left up my sleeve. You see big brother the Carnival of Chaos answer to the Ringleader and he will reveal himself in good time. Before the next match Percy Pringle III came out onto the entrance way with a steel chair and sat down to the side.

WINNER: James StormThe camera then switched to a shot of the announce team:
TODD KENELEY: What in the hell was that finish? Kenny Omega and James Storm were in the middle of a classic match and it’s over just like that.JOHNNY PELF: The Dark Menace didn’t look to happy as the referee called for the bell in this one, but I will say this the Dark Menace looks to be putting together one hell of stable, they just need to turn things around.STU STONE: That’s a great observation Johnny. Despite his clients going 0-2 tonight it’ll be interesting to see where this group goes from here. I’ve always liked the Dark Menace and he has a great eye for talent. It’s only a matter of time before this group turns things around.TODD KENELEY: Folks we’ve heard from both men in tonight’s Main Event. It’s time for them to settle it in the ring. Jeff Cobb then went for another lariat and once again the “Olympic Hero” ducked under, and this time Kurt Angle hit a snap suplex before tossing Jeff Cobb into the ropes. As the “Olympic Hero” charged in Jeff Cobb moved and then quickly rolled up Kurt Angle for another near fall before hitting a second Tour of the Islands to earn the pinfall victory.
