Was really looking forward to that Cage of Death rubber match between Sick Nick and Masada... Very happy to say that it did not disappoint... Exceptional performance by both men and watching Sick Nick emerge victorious was an added bonus... And your callbacks to their earlier encounters in the highlights section was great - I know I must sound like a broken record at this point, but I am loving your new format and it's cool that you still make such exceptional use of your fed's rich history...
Since only two members of Bullet Club competed on this show, one might have to say they had a bit of a disappointing night... Big win for Baba and Destroyer... This duo looks superb on paper and I wonder how they will fare in the World Tag League tourney...
Also enjoyed the sparks flying between Sherri and Maria... Could this lead to a match between the Playboy and the Prodigy? We can only hope...
Simply captivating work, my friend... And always entertaining!

Damn, COD between Mondo and Masada! Now that is a main event! Davey Richards (still one of my favorites even though he no showed here in Las Vegas back in March) vs Finlay is a match I would really like to see live one day. KRU delivers once again!

Thanks for the comments Pariah and Vegas. It was fun to have that rubber match between Mondo and Masada, especially in a Cage of Death. It was a pretty brutal match as expected and a big win for Mondo for sure. If there is one thing you can count on, Pariah, it is that I will always reference my fed history even with the changes I have been making. Davey Richards vs. Finlay was a fun match and I agree, Vegas, that it would be fun to see in real life. Next up is the tour ending show and a dramatic night for the Bullet Club - read on...
LOW Kings Road United - Budokan Hall - Tokyo, Japan (Card #1094)
Quick Results:
1) Michael Bennett (with Maria Kanellis) defeated Playboy Buddy Rose (with Sherri Martel) (Snake Eyes Submission – Go Back To Japan, or the Anaconda Vice)
2) Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito defeated Giant Bernard & Dan Spivey (Fuji pinned Bernard – Banzai Drop)
3) Power Surge (William Forve & Paul Pope) defeated Rockness Monsters (Johnny Goodtime & Johnny Yuma) (Pope pinned Goodtime – Center Rink Icing, a springboard flying clothesline)
4) Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), Terex & Voodoo Kaos defeated Jushin Liger, Tiger Mask, Shynron & Wani (Terex pinned Shynron – Indytaker delivered by the Young Bucks)
5) The Destroyer defeated “The Ego” Robert Anthony (Pinfall – Handstand Knee Drops)
6) “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin & Matt Riddle defeated “Russian Bear” Ivan Koloff & “Belfast Bruiser” Finlay (Riddle pinned Koloff – Bridging German Suplex)
7) “American Wolf” Davey Richards vs. “Hangman” Adam Page was a Draw
8) Antonio Inoki defeated Mil Mascaras (Pinfall – Enzuigiri)
9) “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles, Adam Cole & “The Cleaner” Kenny Omega defeated Rikidozan, Giant Baba & Harley Race by DQ
Match Highlights: The main event six-man tag team match with Rikidozan, Giant Baba & Harley Race taking on Bullet Club member AJ Styles, Adam Cole & Kenny Omega was an explosive end to a great card. Omega, the reigning LOW Junior Heavyweight champion, surprisingly worked well with his Bullet Club partners as the tension between them has been rising of late. Omega and his “Elite” partnership with the Young Bucks has been the reason for that tension. At any rate, the conclusion of a hard-fought bout saw Omega have Rikidozan pinned with the One Winged Angel but Race broke that up with a diving headbutt from the top rope. The illegal pin save led to the disqualification decision and a win for the Bullet Club. Omega, still woozy from the headbutt, blamed Styles for not cutting off Race and the two got into a shoving match with Cole stuck in between. Rikidozan, Baba and Race jumped in attacking all three men to a big pop from the crowd. The Bullet Club members were sent out of the ring but the arguing continued between Omega and Styles. The Young Bucks, Adam Page, Terex and Voodoo Kaos all ran out to try and diffuse the situation. It broke off into factions with Omega and the Bucks staring down Styles, Cole and Page while Terex and Kaos got in between them preventing an all-out battle from taking place at ringside.
The highly anticipated match between seven-time LOW World Heavyweight Champion Mil Mascaras and Antonio Inoki did not disappoint. Mascaras scored early near falls with the Flying Bodypress and Crossbody Attack. He went for another top rope dive but that resulted in a referee bump that turned the tide of the match. It was Inoki dominating during the down time and in the end, he used the cobra twist followed by an Enzuigiri to score the pin. The crowd erupted in cheers for the win by Inoki and applauded more afterwards as both men shook hands in a sign of respect.
The undercard had some incredible bouts especially Davey Richards vs. Adam Page, Michael Elgin & Matt Riddle vs. Ivan Koloff & Finlay and the eight-man tag team match. Richards survived the Rite of Passage several times from Page and came back with some big near falls of his own before it ended in a draw. Elgin was almost superhuman in the tag match although Koloff and Finlay got in some good offense against him. Riddle capitalized on a big move by Elgin on Koloff and got the tag setting up the finish. The eight-man tag bout was off the charts with plenty of quick tags and big near falls which included Shynron nearly putting away Matt Jackson with the Spirit Bomb. Terex used his size to dominate the opposition and the finish saw him pin Shynron after an Indytaker delivered by the Young Bucks… Power Surge won their rubber match with the Rockness Monsters, an impromptu best-of-three series with this final match standing out as the best of the three…The opening contest featured Michael Bennett and Playboy Buddy Rose in a great battle highlighted by the antics of their respective managers, Maria Kanellis and Sherri Martel. The two ladies had some heated arguments drawing the attention of the many cameramen stationed at ringside. Bennett won it much to the delight of Maria while an angry Sherri scolded Rose on their way back to the locker room. It was not a good night for the Playboy.

Two fun KRU (1023&1024) shows and it's great to see the rubber match goto Power Surge, plus I did want Million to win, but Inoki winning is top stuff...

The mounting friction within Bullet Club is exciting... Gotta wonder if this faction is on the verge of collapse... Or if Styles and Omega are devising some kind of shenanigans that will make KRU spin out of control... Bullet Club cannot be trusted... Like Crimson Cross said, it was very cool that Power Surge picked up that final win over Rockness Monsters... And I have to agree with bookerbill also - Mascaras vs Inoki was a truly memorable match... Huge win by Inoki over the seven-time World champ... Of course, I have to mention the match that kicked off the show... Lots of fun seeing the Prodigy defeat the Playboy... But, nowhere near as enjoyable as the ringside sparring been Maria and Sherri... Very nice conclusion to the tour, my friend... Great work!

Another great KRU tour from Japan!
What I love most about these shows is the unique match ups you put together.
Bullet Club divided! Will we see Bullet Club and Bullet Club-Wolf Pack? Uh... never mind.

Thanks for the comments Crimson, Bookerbill, Pariah, Aceldamas and Joebreakdown. Don't worry guys I have no plans for even more Bullet Club as there are too many egos mixed in there already. I have already set up a big meeting between The Elite and Team Styles in the new fed year so hopefully something will be settled there. I can't see Omega, Styles and Cole lasting together much longer with each one thinking they are the leader of the group. As much fun as Bullet Club Wolf Pac would be, and how could I not pull it off better than WCW lol, I don't have any plans to do that. As for that final show of the KRU tour that was honestly one of the best cards I ever rolled out from top to bottom, not a clunker in the bunch. Next up is action from Golden Age Wrestling and after that will be a show from World of Sport which is the last show before the start of WrestleCade 11 weekend...
LOW Golden Age Wrestling - Mecca Arena - Milwaukee, WI (Card #1095)
Quick Results:
1) Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons defeated Mr. X & Mr. X II (Lyons over Mr. X by submission – Sleeper Hold)
2) Wild Red Berry defeated Dick Hutton by Count Out
3) Danny Hodge defeated Iron Mike Dibiase (Pinfall – Oklahoma Side Roll)
4) Wild Bull Curry defeated Ilio DiPaolo (Pinfall – Right Hand Punch with Brass Knuckles)
5) Mad Dog & Butcher Vachon defeated The Crusher & Larry “The Axe” Hennig (Mad Dog pinned The Crusher – Piledriver)
6) George Hackenschmidt defeated Yukon Eric (Submission – Russian Bearhug)
7) Antonino Rocca defeated Killer Kowalski by DQ
8) Buddy Rogers & Gorgeous George (with Cherie Dupre) defeated Lou Thesz & Ed “Strangler” Lewis (George pinned Lewis – Rolling Hiplocks)
Match Highlights: It doesn’t get much bigger than the tag team main event with Lou Thesz and his mentor Ed “Strangler” Lewis taking on the “Nature Boy” Buddy Rogers and Gorgeous George. Rogers and George were very outspoken meeting with local reporters earlier saying that they were overlooked for matches during WrestleCade 11 weekend and that they were going to make an example out of their opponents. Thesz and Lewis looked sharp until Rogers laid out the “Strangler” with a barrage of piledrivers. That turned the tide and in the end, it was George using the Gorgeous Grip followed by the Rolling Hiplocks on Lewis to score the pin…The “Russian Lion” George Hackenschmidt gained a measure of revenge on Yukon Eric who defeated him on the last GAW card in Chicago, IL (Card #1082). Hackenschmidt survived a strong offensive from Eric before trapping him in the Russian Bearhug for a submission victory. Hackenschmidt is on his way to compete in the PWI Invitational Cup Tournament during WrestleCade 11 weekend and avenging the loss to Eric just may gave him some extra momentum.
The Crusher, the “Man Who Made Milwaukee Famous”, had a disappointing homecoming as he teamed with Larry “The Axe” Hennig in a losing effort against Mad Dog & Butcher Vachon. To make matters worse it was The Crusher who was pinned when Mad Dog, after hitting a chair shot outside, connected with his trademark Piledriver…Antonino Rocca looked dominant in his match with Killer Kowalski but wound up having to settle for a technical decision. A frustrated Kowalski took it to the outside where he ran Rocca head first into the ring post several times resulting in the disqualification call by the referee…Ilio DiPaolo, a former holder of the LOW International Heavyweight title, engaged in a wild battle with Wild Bull Curry. They fought in and out of the ring until Curry, out of view of the referee, used a pair of brass knuckles to pick up the win…Manager Wild Red Berry, who has the Fabulous Kangaroos (Al Costello & Roy Heffernan) under contract, has recently taken to getting back into the ring. Berry is a very accomplished wrestler as his opponent Dick Hutton found out in their match. He is also very cunning as he won it via count out after jamming his cane into the throat of Hutton as they fought on the floor.
